Basic Information

Full Name: Miyu Kazehaya
Titles/Nicknames: Silkthread
Age: 20
Job: Spy
Birthdate: 11th of December
Height: 5'5"
Weight: 102lbs.

Character Information

Appearance: Miyu is a slender young woman of pale complexion. She has long limbs, one of which--the left arm--is a cybernetic prosthetic. Tattoos run down the left side of her body, the imagery includes scales, octupi, and runny ink spilled from a quill. Strawblonde hair frames her youthful face, with soft features, though her predatory gaze and the asymmetrical, mulit-colored make-up she favors lend her a chaotic appearance. On the field she favors a scantily-clad appearance, showing off her various tattoos and cybernetics underneath black cloth and red strings, and subsequently striking fear into the unfortunate enemies that get a glimpse of her. In contrast to her scant outfit, she wears a bulky helmet with a heavy collar attached to it.

Personality: Miyu is a firm believer in authenticity and grace. She values beauty in all aspects of life, from people to landscapes, and considers those who are not true to "their own personal beauty" to be weak and untrusthworthy. Though she is certainly willing to make exceptions, should a man earn her respect or admiration, Miyu loosely believes in female superiority, both physically as well as mentally. She herself is a quick-witted, intelligent individual, not one to shy away from proving her strong-will, knowledge, or simply the bauty of her own appearance; Miyu takes pride in every last aspect of herself. Despite all of this, she is not a boastful person, only "stepping up" to a situation when she feels challenged.

Background: Miyu grew up in the streets of Tokyo, poor and almost orphaned, her parents negelectful . Early on, she admired the Shimada clan, not just in spite, but specifically for their dubious business--something that to her only proved that they were smart and could take care of themselves. Barely scraping by, she was eventually recruited by a criminal organization that operated in the shadows of both the Yakuza as well as the Shimada Clan, called Malchip. As Miyu would later find out, Malchip targeted young and impressionable girls, trying to condition them to be alluring assassins, in order to use them to get close to--and take out--important Japanese businessmen as well as criminal competitors. It is during her time with Malchip, that Miyu received various tattoos in order to fit a certain mold the organization wanted to have at their disposal.

Miyu, disgusted upon eventually finding out the truth about her purpose, feigned her ignorance to the plot. Determined to never be poor and on the streets again, and even moreso determined to never let a man use her again in such ways, she used her training to gain access to the organization's labratory, where she stole an experimental tool called Obsidium Silk--an ultra sturdy, barely visible substance that mimicked spider silk, and was capable of cutting even solid materials. Upon attaining the equipment, she fled the area, hiding from the eyes of the organization, and began to work as somewhat of a mercenary. Instead of aiding heartless people in their murderous, greedy endeavours, she took to vigilantism, working for those striving to expose criminals to the public. More than a few corporations around the globe found their dirty laundry showcased to the world, all courtesy of Silkthread.

Likes: Honesty, courage, tea, hot springs and saunas
Dislikes: Her tattoos, traditionalism, spineless gangsters, winter, greasy foods
Sexual Orientation: Bisexual, with a strong preference for women

Combat

Class: Defense
Base Health: 200
Combos With: Sombra, Reinhardt, Tracer, Junkrat, Reaper
Counters: Orisa, McCree, Winston, Genji, Soldier 76
Countered by: Roadhog, Hanzo, Pharah, D.Va, Symmetra
Strengths: Flanking, sabotaging enemy flankers, close-quarters combat
Weaknesses: Open spaces, long-ranged characters, movement restriction
Preferred Range: Medium
Fighting Style: Silkthread's abilities are almost exclusively centered around the Obsidium Silk Technology. The extremely fine Silk is stored within a small chamber on her wrists, and dispensed through the fingertips of her modified glove. Obsidium Silk is extremely sturdy as well as thin, effectively functioning like spider silk with potent cutting properties. Silkthread fights with the motions of a dancer, merging fury and grace whenever she lashes out her lethal Obsidium Silk strings.

Abilities
  • Primary Fire: Obsidium Silk Whip - Silkthread keeps her Obsidium Silk connected to her dispenser glove, being able to slash at, whip, and even choke enemies. Due to the high velocity with which Silkthread can move the strings around, they will inflict incisions upon making contact and deal increasing damage should they wrap around the target's body or limbs for prolonged periods of time.
  • Secondary Fire: Steel Web - Silkthread fires her strings on two seperate points, creating an invisible path between the two anchor points. Though Obsidium Silk itself is extremely sturdy, the anchor points are prone to damage, and can be removed from the attached surface by damaging them.
Passive: Catwalk - Silkthread's balance and skill--and her coated soles--allow her to traverse her own attached Obsidium Silk strings.
  • Primary Ability: Tripwire - Silkthread places a trap attached to two walls. Whenever an enemy walks into the Tripwire, the Obsidium Silk wraps around their body, immobilizing them for a short period of time.
  • Secondary Ability: Who Said That? - Silkthread places a small audio recorder behind enemy territory to confuse enemies by playing audio cues.
  • Ultimate: Arabesque Guillotine - Silkthread performs a sequence of graceful acrobatics, hurling Obsidium Silk around, and unleashing a cutting fury in the process. As Silkthread dances across the battlefield, enemies in her path will receive high damage due to the high momentum of the Obsidium Silk.
Announcement: "Two things you can't run away from: the truth, and me."

I love this ninja-esque character! If you can just put how much damage each attack does so I understand how strong your character is against squishies, tanks, etc.

Apart from that, she's accepted. I trust you'll find a way to bring her into the introduction, cause the introduction will occur at a nanobiotechnology conference in the New York area. Not sure if your character would be interested in nanobiotechnology, but perhaps either Reaper or something else in the area.

SAGO CARTAGENA
Quicks Titles/Nicknames: Dr. Cartagena
Age: 31
Job: Ex-Genetic Engineer
Birthdate: May 5th, 2046
Height: 5' 4"
Weight: 300 lb
Likes: Plants, isolation, the color orange, being alone, rolling thunder on rainy days, not being bothered, spending time with his lovely family, not being around other people... you get the picture.
Dislikes: People who are not his family, or plants. He considers plants people.
Sexual Orientation: Bisexual

Character Information
Appearance:

A rather mousy nerd, Sago is a short black-haired brown guy of Peruvian origin. With a wide nose and large eyes, he comes off very unassuming and easily thrown around. He has a somewhat hunched back after the many years of hard study, and thick black glasses from the long nights staring at computer screens. Being a generally neurotic and antisocial guy, it didn't help that he was born without a right arm. Thanks to the technology of the age, he does have a rudimentary plastic prosthetic- the only kind his family could afford (his thought of "if it isn't broke, don't fix it" lasted deeply into his adult life). Despite a face spattered with dark freckles and twig body shape, he comes off as more than just awkward thanks to his large, mutated tree-trunk of a right arm. That's not figure of speech either- after an experiment gone wrong his formerly missing arm grew back into a tentacle-like stem complete with spiny leaves and sharp thorns all over the greenery. The new arm was comically huge, giving his gait a lopsided pattern as when placed straight down it reached past his feet. Right where flesh met plant there is a large root bulb giving it a sort-of armored-shoulder appearance. The regeneration power of the plant genes, while didn't completely turn him into a plant, now affect new cells being made, such as having leafy finger nails, green roots in his hair, and patches on his skin where he had been cut or injured.

As a scientist, most of his style of dress included sweater-vests and stiff dress pants, and determined to not let the accident completely turn him into a monster he keeps up the look albeit with a torn socket for the arm. Though he didn't have a keen fashion sense, he did know that with the eternally green color from his arm, he probably would never wear his favorite orange vests again. He is currently in the process of forcing himself to accept brown as his new favorite color, as often obviously shown with always wearing either a brown vest, slacks, or socks for every occasion.

Personality:

Sago is a neurotic, introverted, and all-around boring nerd, and self-proclaimed at that. From a young age he knew he was a pretty bland person and he's already come at peace with that. Having gone past the angsty will-I-always-be-alone stage of his life, Sago has been an even-tempered somewhat asocial guy, preferring pouring over reports and peer-reviewed journals rather than other people. Perhaps that's what led him to prefer the lively-yet-quiet company of foliage instead. After the accident his personality was able to withstand the blow - after all, he was used to balling everything inside and never acknowledging it. However now with every line he spoke there was an underlying anger. Short and succinct statements always have a low threatening tone, and every lightly-teasing comment has a feeling that he actually means it. Despite not liking working with other people, he knows that it's certainly an unavoidable thing if he wants the help of the struggling Overwatch.

Background:

Sago was born under a very poor family- but they had so much with each other. He lived in a group-home of sorts, run by his mother and aunt as they looked after eight rowdy children. They had so little, but the giving nature of his grandfather had heavily influenced his daughters, and in turn his grandson. He loved his family dearly, but it pained him to see how much of the world they were missing out on. He wanted to grow up and be able to shower both his family and others with all the experiences and luxuries possible, and the only way he thought to do this was having a crazy amount of money. That set him on an isolating role of having perfect grades and absolutely zero friends. On the warpath he distanced himself from his family, and eventually cut ties with completely in his pursuit of the grand-paying title of doctor. Early on he decided that being a medical doctor was too much for him, and directed his focus on research instead. When it came time to select his topic, studying his herbaceous plants that he had learned to call his extended family came as a no-brainer.

After graduating and having his thesis approved, he was finally given the honor of the title 'doctor.' His great work ethic and research on splicing plant genes into other species landed him a career in Lumérico. Specifically, he was working with the plant growth hormone auxin, and how its regeneration of torn twigs could potentially be a new way towards green energy if it was produced in high amounts. With a last half-hearted but tearful goodbye to his family, he moved to Dorado, México and began the rest of his life of working towards green energy and sending lifeless sums of cash home. Well, so he thought. The accident occurred when he was injected with the genetically engineered plasmid. His right arm, already only loosely supported by the cheap plastic prosthetic, was easily pushed away by the massive spiny stem surging out over the course of only a few days. It was a miracle how the human cells were able to not only integrate the genes required but also spread in a bacteria-like pattern throughout his body. Soon he was spouting tough thorns from his fingernails and stem-like hair from his scalp. At first, it was easy to hide with some rubber gloves, root cover-up, and long sleeves, but soon the arm became too bulky, and the rubber gloves would be easily pierced by his thorns. Soon he became the subject of study - how the hell did human DNA accept CRISPR so successfully? - and work became less like a job and more like a torture facility. Gradually he was given less freedom until he couldn't leave the facility, all the while his arm continued to grow past his hip, and down to his knee. By then it had acquired such girth, it didn't make common or logical sense to lug it home. His naturally isolationist personality kept him from lashing out, even as his accommodations became a cage, and his colleagues became torturers. Not knowing how to properly express himself he did all he could to bottle it up and keep quiet. By then every new cell his body generated was lavishly green. From every cut, bruise, of graft was a new shade of green, darkening with age. His skin eventually stopped being a sign of his heritage and more a badge showing his mutated status. A few years like this had him only wishing he had spent more time with his family, with whom he realized he hadn't spent time in such, such, a long time.

When the CEO Guillermo Portero stepped down, and the company was suddenly under great scrutiny, Sago was able to escape as many of the scientists and security became more focused on job security than actually doing their job. However, even though he escaped integrating back to his old life would be a little difficult with his now body-sized arm. So, after reading many of the leaks from years prior that he had previously passed-off as garbage, he decided that Overwatch may be the best thing to help him, especially after their efforts in helping the former-Shimada clan member find new life while also keeping such a secret as Blackwatch. With literally nothing to lose, Sago made his new goal in life to get himself safe, and finally able to speak to his family again.

Combat
Class: D E F E N S E
Base Health: 250 HP
Combos With: Symmetra, Torbjorn,
Counters: Tracer, Genji, Squishy flankers
Countered by: Widowmaker, Hanzo, Symmetra
Strengths: Can easily take out squishies (most notably flankers) and low-health enemies
Weaknesses: Very slow moving and large target due to the arm
Preferred Range: Close-to-medium range

Fighting Style: While not technically battle-trained, he can be helpful in taking out enemies that get to close with a plain swing of his arm or shooting small pin-prick thorns out from his hand. His quick regeneration ability expands to enable him to set up traps and alert systems for guarding objectives or keeping a point.

Abilities

    • Primary Fire: A melee arm-swing of his arm, doing about 70 damage a swing.
    • Secondary Fire: Thorns shooting from his fingertips, doing about 15-25 damage depending on the distance it took to reach its target (close range is about 25, medium range is 15). He has a "magazine size" of about 30 thorns, and regenerates a pair of new thorns every 3 seconds. Therefore, he isn't able to "reload" this weapon but instead has to re-grow the thorns to use

[ Had a bit too much fun with the BB code, but here it is! Sorry it took so long. I don't normally make OCs for fandoms like this, so sorry if its more than a little rough.]

[Edit: Took away the cool-down of primary fire, as well as increased damage of secondary fire, and ultimate. Also increased healing amount per-second.]

Added damage values. The idea for her primary fire would be that she's kind of similar to Reinhardt in terms of pure damage, except for three things: For one, she's faster and has more range, and can apply "damage over time" to targets with a lot of health. That's obviously better than Reinhardt's weapon. But she also can't hit multiple enemies at once, and can't change targets if she indeed applies the damage over time thingy.

For Tripwire I figured a weaker version of Junkrat's mine would be reasonable.

For her ultimate I kind of imagined it like a Death Blossom that has more movement speed and can thus be used more dynamnically, but it's also a bit weaker and, most importantly, needs to actually run over enemies. Like, the radius is more localized than Death Blossom's spread.

Basic Information
Full Name: Serena von Papen
Titles/Nicknames: Titania, The Gigantess of the Wall
Age: 29
Job: Security Guard
Birthdate: 14 September, 2048
Height: 1.87 m
Weight: 83 kg

Character Information
Appearance: Serena takes the form of a tall, intimidating woman. Her towering stature and her toned figure factor into her aggressive appearance, but a warm and placid smile offsets any sense of intimidation she may not want to give off. She has long, brown hair that curls at its ends, and a strong constitution that resulted from her training and service, in and out of Overwatch.

Due to incessant exercise to maintain peak condition, Serena's body lacks a lot of fats, but is highly muscular. She may not be effeminately well endowed, but she possesses a unique strength that she combines with her natural genetic ability to grow and regenerate.

Personality: Serena embodies human strength. No, she is not just a mass of muscle, she is much more than that: her present stability and newfound purpose is the result of her perseverance and persisting optimism to improve her human condition, no matter how inhuman others found her to be. She is fervent about keeping in shape, but has insecurities about her past. She feels bitter that Overwatch had to be shut down, and is seriously contemplating joining Winston's (illegally) reformed Overwatch. Although the PETRAS act condemns Overwatch activity, it doesn't necessarily condemn her actions as a vigilante after all(the world barely knows her as a vigilante anyways).

One of Serena's biggest charms is her gentle, caring heart that drives her to be an irrepressible force of good. She may be gentle, but she has no qualms using her strength to put any threats to rest, or anyone who dares to touch on her past.

Background: Serena was the child of a German genetic experiment to increase the crusaders' recovery and muscle growth rates. Crusaders required intense and vigorous training to acquire the strength necessary to don their armour, and such training was expensive and long. In an effort to reduce this timespan, German scientists attempted a long experiment that not only required genetic treatment, but natural proliferation to produce offspring with said genetic improvements. The result was Serena, the only child in which the inserted genes not only were accepted, but also became the dominant trait. However, genetic engineering is complicated. Serena's genetic ability was beyond her control, and Serena grew exceedingly fast for a human being. A side effect of her uncontrolled growth of body mass was the production of large stores of fat. She couldn't even fit into a crusader's armour, although she was the child of an experiment entirely for the sake of being a crusader. Her genetic ability would even randomly cause some of her limbs to expand to larger sizes, which was exactly what she didn't want. A fruitless, fat experiment, Serena plunged into a world of low self-esteem, unacceptance, and misunderstanding. She couldn't accept her fate to only be an overweight failure, and she began to blame her parents for having been involved in the experiment to begin with.

Serena had no solution. She had gained so much weight, she could only watch the crusaders annually parade through the streets as the saviours of Germany from the back of the crowd. How she loathed the crusaders: she could have been one of them, but she had been used and thrown away. And that was when she met Reinhardt. He was passing through the crowd, but noticed her face dark with contempt and loathing. Going up to her, Reinhardt asked if she wanted something signed. Serena, disgusted at the currywurst she could smell in his breath, shoved him away with an arm that abruptly expanded to the size of a tree trunk. Taken aback by the sudden, coincidental surge of strength, Reinhardt was immediately interested in her situation, but learnt of her past as a failed genetic experiment for the sake of people just like him. Beginning to feel guilt, Reinhardt decided to call in a personal favour to get Angela to take a look at Serena, and after some inspection, Angela decided that if Serena was going to undergo treatment, she would have to remain hospitalised in the Overwatch Swiss headquarters' infirmary while Mercy thought over the problem and found a solution.

Serena had finally found what she was looking for. For the first time in forever, Serena had hope that her life could get better, and it did. She begged her parents to let Mercy bring her to the Overwatch swiss headquarters. Reluctant as they were to let their daughter go, their daughter's depression was a result of them as well, and they had no reason to deny Serena of any shot at happiness. Mercy decided to put Serena in a series of training sessions in an attempt to get more into shape while she oversaw her physiotherapy and diagnostic sessions to determine a way for Serena to control her genetic's random impulses to expand in size. The result was a healthier Serena who could actually control her own ability! No longer was she bound by what she thought was a flaw she was born with... what she had hated the most now became her most valuable asset. Within Overwatch headquarters, Jack Morrison eventually met the new Serena, and approached her with the option of joining the ranks of Overwatch. It was an opportunity, and Serena's last venture worked wonders for her.

Serena grew obsessed with training, she no longer wanted to talk about what she had been before, let alone think about it. All she wanted to do was get fitter, better, and as far away from the image of the girl so overweight she could hardly move. She kept up her constant drive to be healthier, in shape, and fit for the duration of Overwatch, creating a name for herself and even getting posters, until Overwatch was shut down. She was infuriated by the public, after all, Overwatch had done so much for the world. Serena could hardly imagine that normal humans could have resolved the omnic crisis alone. Still bitter about Overwatch's demise, Serena now lives as a vigilante, working on her own to work for the common good while staying undercover.

Combat
Class: Tank
Base Health: 600
Combos With: Roadhog, Reinhardt, Ana, Mercy
Counters: Slow moving tanks, Mei, Symmetra
Countered by: Highly damaging characters
Strengths: Being a meatshield, resisting slowing or stunning effects
Weaknesses: Large figure, easy to hit
Preferred Range: Melee
Fighting Style: Serena fights her battles by getting in close and swinging her weapon. She has a simplistic fighting style with great returns, although having to come into melee range makes her inevitably disadvantaged against characters that can keep their range. She uses her genetic growth and augmentation abilities to barrel into enemy lines and disrupt their formation, intimidating them with the strength of a titan.

Abilities
Explanation is needed here: these are the assets your character can bring to the battle. After all, no matter how much one has at their arsenal, they aren't going to strap all their guns to their bodies and clank into battle. Limit it to only these fields; I will not accept any more abilities apart from these. It is fine to have up to two weapons. However, this does not limit what your character can do outside of the battlefield, where they will have the luxury of time to collect what they need to flex their strengths.

While we will not be using dps and hps strictly to govern any fight scenes, I still want them to get an idea of how quickly your character can deal damage or heal.
  • Primary Fire: Swing Weapon
Serena swings her magnetic zweihander, a blade resembling a large, double-edged sword with a long handle. Instead of having an edge, however, the sword's edge is blunt. The sword contains extremely strong magnetic elements that not only allow it to control the auxilliary lasers that line the edge of the sword, but also magnetic elements in the ground and around her. When entering combat, she ignites her sword by using the magnetic components to align the lasers to induce an array of tiny laser-induced plasma blades, effectively transforming her giant sword into a plasma chainsaw. Each swing deals 75 damage. The range of her melee swing is ordinarily five metres, but can extend half a metre for every swing in her passive. Her weapon was designed out of magnetic nanobots so that they could realign and rearrange themselves to grow in size along with Serena.

  • Secondary Fire: Gather Magnetic Material
Serena channels her sword, gathering magnetic material to use for her purposes. While gathering magnetic material, she stands still and uses her sword's magnetic components to rip magnetic material towards her and force them to orbit her figure. The magnetic debris begin to whir around her and grow in quantity, and can deal damage to anyone within a three metre radius. It takes about a second to gather enough debris to do damage, and another three seconds to deal maximum damage. She can continue to channel this for as long as she needs to, but is stuck in her spot until she stops. Upon stopping, she melds together all the magnetic debris into disposable armour around her.
Passive: Combo Star. If Serena can land one blow after another, she slowly warms herself up, and can use her genetic ability to expand in size slowly. It takes ten consecutive blows to reach full size, which is double her size. An increment in size increases the range of her swing by half a metre, increases her movement speed by a quarter of a metre per second, but increases her size making her easier to hit.
  • Primary Ability: Augmented Ambush
    Cooldown: 5 seconds
Serena uses her genetic ability to temporarily augment the strength in her legs, allowing her to jump a large distance. She readies her sword as she jumps and strikes down forcefully when she lands, dealing 400 damage if she can successfully land a direct hit on the target with her weapon. In effect, it is similar to Reinhardt's charge, except it functions like Winston's leap. Upon landing, she can also deal 50 damage to any nearby target within melee range.
  • Secondary Ability: Augmented Weight
    Cooldown: 5 seconds
Serena uses her genetic ability to suddenly augment her arms. This augmentation increases the damage of her next attack within two seconds by 30%.
  • Ultimate: Augmented Size
Serena uses her genetic ability to become a giant, growing up to ten metres in height. For seven seconds, she can quickly cross large distances with her stride and deals 50% more damage, and her range is at the max of ten metres.

Abilities

    • Primary Fire: A melee arm-swing of his arm, doing about 70 damage a swing with a 4-second cool down.
    • Secondary Fire: Thorns shooting from his fingertips, doing about 10-20 damage depending on the distance it took to reach its target (close range is about 20, medium range is 10).

I love this character. <3
As it stands, you can make this character a lot stronger if you so desire. You don't need a four second cooldown for the character so you can remove the cooldown if you want. Your passive could heal you for more if you wanted, and I would allow you to shorten it from regenerating only after five seconds to three seconds of sustaining no damage.

Apart from that, everything is accepted. If you don't want to change anything, that's fine. I'm planning to get started on this rp super soon, so I'll be doing a little thing in OOC to fill you guys in today.

Otakuyaki Otakuyaki I tried to address some earlier questions on my damage stats! I hope I made it clearer for you! If not please let me know.
Hmm... I'm rethinking it now and I think it should be fine as long as her primary ability does not render her invincible for three quarters of a minute. I know she's supposed to jump into the fray and deal damage without having to worry about the repercussions, but even Orisa with her 400 health can't fortify herself for too long. At the most, the invicibility can last maybe ten seconds or so. Invicibility lasting nearly a minute sounds like an ultimate to be honest, but if you want to keep its duration for 45 seconds, I can't allow you to use it too frequently within a single engagement. Prolly once every three posts you make during the fight.

Also, what does the +20 damage buff do again? Does their next, immediate attack deal an additional 20 damage or something?

Coolios. She's accepted!

There's a lot of good guys. At this rate, I might need to scale up the strength of the few baddies I have to even make the villains pose a threat. lmao

Otakuyaki Otakuyaki woo~ alrighty I cut down the primary by half! Plus, using it too much would put a lot of strain on Sage, so no worries there!

Also I should probably reword that damage buff to defense buff I think? All it does is lend allies a temporary force field.

I think the primary ability should be fine now as long as you can't use it every post. Maybe every other post at most.

Yeah maybe just a defence buff might be easier.

Made some edits, all listed at the end of the original post to give him a few buffs. ^-^

Full Name:
Ailani Amari
Titles/Nicknames: Robin, The Songbird Sniper
Age: 29
Job: Bounty Hunter/Bodyguard/Mercenary
Birthdate: Febuary 17th
Height: 5'6
Weight: 146 pounds

Character Information
Appearance:
yyyyanmei_by_tombslug-db5cl89.jpg
Ailani is a rather average looking woman. She has an average height, average weight, average long brown hair, though she holds an hourglass figure. Her eyes are where it's really at. Intense steely green orbs, tired after years of fighting. Under the mask, are soft, full lips, a thin scar running straight down from her top lip, to the bottom of her chin. Ailani wears lose fitting clothes with a black and orange color scheme. A cloak is optional, and whether she wears it not depends on the weather, though the mask is almost always on.
Personality: Ailani is not what you would call a kind person. You can barely even call her a person. Cold, untrusting, and ruthless, She does whatever it takes to get the job done along with very little chatter. The strong and silent type if you will. She also pretty much hates her entire family, so bringing them up is a touchy subject, and she has very little interest of starting one of her own. All that being said, for the very select few who she trust, they know the softer side of the Songbird Sniper. A broken woman who is a little softer, loyal, and protective. A useful friend to have.
Background: Ailani is the second child of Ana Amari, obviously, and beloved little sister of Faereha. She was just like her older sister, infatuated by Overwtach, and everyone apart of it, and she dreamed of going their ranks one day. Ana had started to train Faereha, and while Ailani begged Ana to train her as well, She was denied. At the time, She didn't know why, but it some strain on their relationship. Ailani soon grew close to Reyes, who said he'd help out. So Ailani got close to him, and some of the other Blackwatch members, like McCrea and Genji. They trained her until Ana found out, saying she'd deal with it when she got back from one of her missions...well she didn't come back, and was presumed dead. It was crushing, and really tough for the sisters to get through. Faereha left to join the Egyptian military, Overwatch fell apart, and everyone went their own ways, leaving Ailani alone with about 20 bucks in her pocket, and no idea what to do next. She tried getting in touch with her sister, buy that went nowhere except an hour long argument, and leaving things worse than they were. Everyone else she trusted was gone, unreachable, or out of the question for help. But she somehow managed to survive. It's a long story, but now Robin, or The Songbird Sniper, is a rather well known Bounty Hunter. Also wanted for multiple crimes part of a wrap sheet about a mile long, she's learned how to be pretty hard to catch.

Sexual Orientation: Demi-Sexual - Ailani needs to get to know her possible partner before anything romantic or sexual happens between the two.

Combat
Class: Defense
Base Health: 250
Combos With: D.Va, McCree, Junkrat, Roadhog, Torbjorn
Counters: WidowMaker, Reinhardt, Ana, Pharah, Mercy, Symmetra, McCree, Orisa, Winston
Countered by: Widowmaker, Tracer, D.Va, Pharah, Solider 76, Flankers,
Strengths: Movement speed, slightly higher health, sheild busting
Weaknesses: Flankers, other long ranged combatants, close combat
Preferred Range: Mid to long range
Fighting Style: Armed with a bolt action sniper rifle and a pistol, Ailani likes to keep her targets at a good range. While she has the knowledge for hand to hand combat, she's one who favors a quick death. Besides, what good sniper let's their targets escape or get to close anyway? (We'll that sucked)

Abilities
Nightfall - Weapon One

  • Primary Fire: Nightfall's primary fire is a standard sniper round. Like WidowMaker, Ailani can charge her shots. Dealing 15 uncharged damange, and 120 fully charged damage. Each clip holds 12 rounds.

  • Secondary Fire: The rifles secondary fire is a static round which can not be charged. Dealing 30 damage with each shot, it increases to 50 damage when it comes in contact with sheilds. Each clip holds three rounds.
Weapon Two - Raptors Wing
  • Raptors Wing is a standard auto pistol with a 20 round clip. Since Nightfall isn't that useful when a target gets close. Each shot does 10-15 damage. What it lacks in that department, it makes up for in speed. Reloading is quick, taking only about 1.5 seconds, and the fire rate is pretty fast as well.
Passive: Wall Climb - Ailani can scale walls farely quickly, and can some times host herself up quicker using window ledges.
  • Primary Ability: Cling - Ailani, using a special static charge oases through her clothes and cloak, Ailani can climb up or down wall and stick to it to use as a snipers perch. She can of course, move again once damaged, it by deactivating the static threads which allow her to cling onto walls.
  • Secondary Ability: Static Pulse - This is an ability that could be a combination of a hack and flash bang if you think about it. A short ranged pulse, used for getting out of hairy close combat situations, leaves enemies stunned for about two seconds, and disoriented by leaving them nearly deaf for about 5 seconds. It does a small amount of damange, that can finish off very low health enemies doing 25-30 damage
  • Ultimate:
    • Songbird's Call
Ailani fires a shot a special ammunition laced with explosive, detonating with a large shockwave. This large shockwave stuns anyone within 15 metres for 2 seconds, and cancels out any Sonar arrows or sound-based effects within the 15 metre radius. (Thank you Otakuyaki Otakuyaki )

It should be fine, I just need to know how often your character can use her secondary ability, Static Pulse. Every second post for her in combat? Every third? Can't have it too frequent.

Also, I apologise for being late. Between intermittent internet and impending finals, I'm dying a lot more than usual.

Wake me up inside.

Conqueror Vessel(support tank)
tumblr_o70wcs1Uu01sq4lzko1_1280.png

Health:
100 health, 400 shields
  • Primary Fire: Shield Particle Tether
This tether can connect to either an ally or an enemy.
Against an enemy, the tether blasts them with a stream of solid shield particles. It deals 60 damage per second. The tether does not require precise aiming. The tether deals 90 damage per second against shield bars and barriers.
On an ally, the shield particle tether gathers shields particles around the ally to form temporary shields. As many temporary shields can be added to the target as 100 more than their base health, but once the tether disconnects, the shields will only last for one second before they begin to drop off at a rate of 50 shields per second. The tether adds 50 temp shields per second. This ability is useful for prolonging an ally's health pool until proper healing can reach them. The shield tether can recharge the health pool of barriers, only if they are active, by targeting the barrier as if attacking it.
  • Secondary Fire: Encroaching Barrier
The Conqueror charges large, elliptical barriers, slightly smaller than Reinhardt's, in her arsenal over time that she can deploy, storing up to three charges of these barriers. Upon using one barrier, the Conqueror uses a charge, and must regenerate the charge before obtaining other. These barriers proceed forward at a walking pace, and can protect the Conqueror and two of her allies directly behind it, allowing the Conqueror and her allies to proceed in the wake of her moving barrier. The Conqueror regenerates one charge every seven seconds. Each barrier has 1500 health. The barrier knocks back enemies as it moves forward and does 50 damage doing so.
Passive: The Conqueror gains 1 point of recoil for every 5 damage she blocks, or for every 5 damage her shield bars take. When the Conqueror stops taking damage for one second, she releases a burst of energy, dealing 1 damage for every point of recoil she has accumulated, and knocking back enemies within immediate range. She can only have up to 100 points of recoil. Upon reaching 100 points of recoil, she immediately releases the energy burst.
  • Left Shift: Suffusion
    Cooldown: 7 seconds
The Conqueror cloaks the target ally in a shield of 200hp lasting 2 seconds. Upon expiry, it materialises around the target ally, adding the remainder of the health to the target ally and dealing a quarter of the damage it has taken to enemies within melee range around it. If it was destroyed, it has no after effect.
  • E: Attractive Shields
    Duration: 4 seconds
Cooldown: 1 second after use, 2.5 seconds of charging for every 1 second of usage
For up to four seconds, all attacks except melee attacks within 15 m of the Conqueror gravitate towards her. The Conqueror takes a quarter the damage she would have taken during this small period of time. This ability is channeled and recharges similar to D.Va's defence matrix.
  • Ultimate: Zone Generator
    Cast time: 0.5 seconds
Duration: 10 seconds for every 25% ult charge
The Conqueror deploys a Zone generator somewhere which powers her remote Zone ability. As long as the Zone generator exists, the Conqueror can suddenly create a cylindrical barrier 15 m in radius(extending in height to the top of the map), with her at its centre. The cylinder solidifies, and enemies cannot pass through it. Enemies that were within the cylinder are now trapped inside for the duration of the ultimate. Enemy attacks and status effects(discord, stuns, & hack) cannot pass through it. Allies cannot heal each other if they are on opposite sides of the barrier, and Symmetra's photon barrier cannot pass through the barrier. All allies within the sphere gain 75 shields. Upon creating such a barrier, the barrier lasts for a short duration before disappearing along with the Zone generator, depending on how much ult charge was used to create the Zone generator. This ability can be cut short if the Zone generator is destroyed.
  • Ultimate: Teleporter
    Cast time: 0.5 seconds
The Conqueror deploys a teleporter pad that allows teleports her allies to another teleporter pad. The teleporter has up to six charges if the Conqueror has full ult charge.
Brief Background: The Conqueror vessel was created using Taniya Kalathevi's body. Zachary crashed her funeral to steal her body. Zachary decided to name it as such due to Taniya's ability to create space in the wake of her Encroaching Barriers and through her Zone generator and lead Talon operatives whilst keeping them safe with her hard-light shields.

Basic Information
Full Name:
NS-T-3143
Titles/Nicknames: The Last Nulltrooper
Age: 7
Job: Combat omnic
Birthdate: 20 June 2070
Height: 1.98 meters
Weight: 800 pounds

Character Information
Appearance:
3143 appears to be nothing more than a standard Nulltrooper at first glance. The unit is heavily worn, with scratches, marks, and overall wear and tear extremely evident all over its frame. Despite this, basic functionality appears unimpeded.
Personality: 3143 has grown far beyond its initial programming and has developed a personality in its interim time.

Background: NS-T-3143 was produced in June of 2070 as a basic Nulltrooper in one of Null Sector's many covert manufactoria. Deployed to the European front in anticipation of a mass attack following success in London, its time to shine did not come as Null Sector anticipated; rather, their failure in London lead to greater attention toward their activities in Europe, eventually leading to a full military operation against Null Sector.
3143 was deployed to a combat role exactly once. It participated in a mass assault against German military units as Null Sector attempted to move east to survive their bases being stormed. During this event, it somehow became separated from the other Nulltroopers around it; cut off from the network, the Nulltrooper's basic self-preservation routines took hold.
After a mass battle- in fact the last Null Sector would ever partake in- the Nulltrooper returned to find every single Null Sector unit it encountered dead, and the network link to its superiors permanently severed. 3143 hid from the German Army and proceeded to make its way toward the originally stated goal- east. Over the course of 7 years, the unit moved on an erratic path across Europe toward its goal, on foot; during this time, its processors went into overdrive as it reevaluated its priorities following positive confirmation that Null Sector was no more.
Sometime in late 2076, the unit's personality advanced far enough for it to understand its goal beyond a pre-programmed need. With a new drive to reach the east in mind, 3143 marched toward its goal, eventually making its way to Illios, where the unit judged that it had gone far enough. With nothing left on it's now far-outdated objectives, and wear and tear beginning to affect it, 3143 settled into a bitter reality that it was the last artifact of a pointless goal. The unit, existing in the uninhabited sections of Illios and operating on what self-repair it could, simply waited for something to happen; and indeed, things did.

Likes: 3143 is capable of empathizing with other Omnics (given its role as an Omnic separatist).
Dislikes: 3143 holds a suspicious yet curious attitude toward humans, which it has developed over the course of 7 years.
Sexual Orientation: None.

Combat
Class:
Offense
Base Health: 250
Combos With: Other offensive classes (e.g. Soldier 76, Pharah)
Counters: Light and rapid-mobility classes (e.g. Tracer)
Countered by: Heavy defensive classes (e.g. Bastion, Junkrat)
Strengths: 3143 is effective at countering rapidly-moving targets with its rapid-fire blaster and targeting systems. It is a well-rounded combat unit overall, if rather lacking in special abilities.
Weaknesses: 3143 has no ultimate to speak of and also lacks any special weapons aside from its Nullblaster.
Preferred Range: Medium
Fighting Style: Medium-range offensive. Strafe back and forth while firing the primary weapon.

Abilities
  • Primary Fire: Nullblaster
  • An automatic energy weapon that fires bursts of pulse projectiles, much like a handheld pulse rifle. The weapon is attached to the right arm, in place of a hand.
  • Secondary Fire: Charged Nullblaster
  • Charge up the Nullblaster to fire a more powerful blast.
Passive: Shielded Electronics
Due to this unit's disconnect from any Omnic-service network, it is impermeable to hacking that does not involve physically breaching its systems (e.g. network hacking or malicious programs).
  • Primary Ability: Nullgrenadier
  • Launch an explosive energy sphere from the Nullblaster, detonating on a landing much like a frag grenade. This ability has a cooldown approximately as long as Soldier: 76's Helix Rockets.
  • Secondary Ability: Double Down
  • Crouch to steady accuracy and reduce damage from incoming sources. This ability works much like Bastion's state changes (being a brief change in stance) and as such can be repeatedly used.
  • Ultimate: None
  • Nulltroopers don't come with ultimates. They're too cheaply made for that.
Announcement: [oh it wishes it had one]

==================

I hope this isn't too bad. Tried going for a truly unique Omnic character that hadn't been done before.
