I think it'd be more fun to experiment around and create a character who has powers other than unarmed. It'd cover more bases and make combat "Marginally" more interesting.

Plus my OC was always just kind of an unspoken Expy of Awakened Garou. So it's not like I was breaking new ground or anything with them.

What's your timezone, availability, and a rough estimate of your dedication? I will consider opening up for you if you meet the requirements and Gaius doesn't post his OC within 48 hours.

I only intend on detailing the NPCs of the 7th, 8th, and 11th floors initially so that we can strike while the iron is hot, will that be an issue?
 
i am good i wouldn't mind takign the 4th which is pretty much an aboleth under water city

We will start the RP before we get into writing the extra floors. More things will be added as the story requires them.
 
The original one fell apart because of a combination of hype train derailment, and interest exhaustion. And the fact that I couldn't balance my character.

I'm hoping to correct those things this time around.
 
well you can control the last and i think you have managed that the other two well that's out of anyone's control
