Um, how exactly established is this place? I thought all of the buildings would be run down and in horrible shape. Not good enough to house in like the last person who posted (idk who it was I'm on my phone)

I do believe it only having one semi livable room is quite run down.
Well to my knowledge from visiting abandoned sites
I can go into even more detail about the peeling wallpaper and lifted up tiles but I personally felt that it would make the post unneeded long

Well the only radiation influenced atmosphere I can think of would be Fallout 4 and its buildings, and the majority of homes were missing walls, rooves, or had multiple holes and everything was rusted, so I wasn't sure if it was like that or worse, hence why I asked. Also, there's never too much detail. I plan on making a long post.
