Qualities are personality. Skills are... More of the skills that actually help things. However keep in mind that this is a group of random people in a modern time, where most people have no survival skills whatsoever, so please keep that in mind. Right after the crash. I would've started it on the flight, but there's not much we can do on it, so I'd prefer to jump right in after the crash.
