Characters Slots

This is mainly a wolf rp but there will be a few humans here and there that will pertain to the plotline. Once the time for the humans comes into play I may look for people who want to play them or play them myself.

Spoiler: Ranks Explained(Someone Always Asks ^_^ )

Alpha - The highest rank and usually the most respected wolf in the pack, they lead the pack in the best way they can so that those under their care survive. The Alpha usually tries to carry the burden of the whole pack so that others can be more relaxed in the hard times.

Beta - This is the second-highest rank within the pack, they help share the burden with the Alpha and Alpha Mate, helping them with the stress that comes with leading and dealing with the loners, should the loners ever cause any issues.

Elder: Elders help the whole pack in general with their vast amount of knowledge, they sometimes were even once alpha's or Beta's so they understand the pressures of the two highest-ranking members of the pack. They share their wisdom hoping to ease the stress on the Alpha's and Beta's while also strengthing the pack.

Healer: The healers help the wounded or sick, they always seem to have some form of a cure. This doesn't mean though that their jobs don't weigh on them a great deal.

Hunter: They go out and hunt for the pack, doing their best to make do with what they have, and trying never to return empty-pawed.

Fighter: They protect the pack and fight with all their might, knowing of the great risk and responsibility that they carry upon their shoulders.

Pack Mother: The pack mother watches over the young pups when their parents go off to hunt or fight. If their parents never return, the Pack mother takes in the pup/s as their own or see's if another wolf would want to adopt the pup/s.

Pup: Don't do much besides growing and learning.

Scout: Scouts tend to tag along with fighters or hunters to do patrols and keep an eye on the movements of the predators and the movements of the land itself should it change.

Loners - Can be survivors from the other packs, or simply loners in general.

Power: Telepathy - Has to be within a mile range of the wolf he wishes to talk with though. Right now it's just giving him trouble accidentally slipping into others minds

Appearance:

History: Ivan was chosen as the next Alpha due to his skills, the old alpha didn't want someone to take over the pack simply because they were the Alpha's son or daughter. He wanted the pack to be in good paws and so Ivan did everything within his power to work hard and rise in ranks. In the years he was the Alpha he had seen many strange and neat things. However, Ivan never thought he would see the moon he so loved fall from the sky one night, leaving the nights in pure darkness. He wasn't sure what to expect after that, as soon as the moon slammed into the Earth something inside every one of his wolves changed. No, even the world they knew wasn't the same, the predators had started to get more aggressive, they even lost a few of the pack thanks to that. What worried him, even more, was the fact that their neighboring pack had vanished. There wasn't any blood, bodies, or trails to tell if they had ventured off somewhere, it was like they hadn't existed. Now he has to keep his guard up and keep a close watch on the skies in case the weather begins to change as it already has once before.

Power: Healing with white light from her paw. This usually drains her energy and will kill her if she uses it for too long.

History: Amaya was born into their small pack. Her mother was the previous healer training Amaya to the best of her ability until she passed away during the moon falling. She had been out on her own, looking for Amaya's father when she vanished along with the neighboring pack. Amaya stepped up, taking on the responsibility and role of her mother from then on.

Power: Sensory Tracking - Ability to track someone or something by thinking about. However, he first must have a connection with it like a strand of hair, blood, or excreta. If it is for a missing wolf though that takes time.

Appearance: Has yellow eyes with a red orange hue around the iris.

History: Kovi was a loner at one point, but soon got tired of just barely being able to survive. Not because he couldn't hunt, but because living off of small prey was much harder than big prey. And try as he might he sure as hell couldn't take down a grown deer on his own. So after searching through pack he came across the Moonstar Pack. It took a bit for them to accept him as he was still trying to get used to following orders on a hunt. But soon he fit in and has been doing his best for the pack since. Now he has to deal with the overbearing sense of where something is if he touches anything it left behind. It's giving him a major head and making him fall behind in hunts. If they were going to get powers why couldn't he have gotten something simple, like enhanced strength.

Power: Enhanced Touch - Simply touching the ground with her paws makes her able to feel movements around her right now and she hates it.

Appearance:

History: Lili doesn't remember who her parents are, nor if she had any siblings. When she came to one day she was covered in wounds and couldn't even remember who she was. Having no idea where she had come from she simply pulled herself together and survived. Giving herself the name Lili because it made her feel nostalgic, though she wasn't sure why. She moved along in life, getting stronger as she lived as a loner. But when the moon fell she wasn't sure if living as a loner would be a good idea. Still though, without her memory, joining a pack with lots of other wolves terrified her.

Power: Memory Projection - Able to bring up memories to show those around her things instead of actually telling them. As of now though her memories are all mixed up, so she is in a bit of a hazed state of mind.

History: Jeena was born and raised in the MoonStar Pack, they have always and will always be her family. Her mate Hal had been a loner she had come across by chance. Though the two of them didn't click right off the bat, in fact, Jeena had attacked him as he had been intruding in their territory. She had been the lead fighter at the time and knew to protect her pack from a strange large male. That was also how she ended up with the scar across her eye. The two had fought each other for over 20 minutes till they came to a standstill. Jeena had been ready to go again if need but her old alpha stepped in, he drew the line not wanting his best fighter to be put out of commission. She agreed to let the loner pass through their camp on orders of her alpha and watched him closely. Though days later she caught him in the area, he didn't move to attack. Instead, he said he had been looking for her to see how her injuries were and it caught her off guard. After that, the two of them would meet from time to time, before their relationship began to change to love. Hal soon decided to join the pack and the alpha allowed him to as Jeena was like a sister to him and he wanted her to be happy. Hal made sure to prove his worth to the pack as a hunter. They even had pups, two sons, and a daughter, sadly though one of their sons's passed away due to a high fever they couldn't bring down. That sadness never left her heart, and now that she has to deal with this strange power she has been watching the death of her son and mate on repeat.

Power: Water Manipulation, though right now it's more like try not to accidentally drown himself

Appearance:

History: Zane has always been close to his mother, she was his idol when he was growing, sadly he did not get her fighting skills, but he did have an amazing sense of direction and a good memory. So instead of straining his body to be a great fighter, he decided to become a scout seeing that as the best way to help his pack. He worked hard for the pack, to make his mother proud, and when his father went missing and his mom hadn't come back after a day he began to worry. He started tracking their scents, and his worry only grew as he got closer and began to smell blood. He came across his mother and father, for a second he thought both of them had died. But he noticed his mother breathing faintly, his father however had died. When he got his mom back to camp the healer worked hard to save Jeena, however, it was determined that Jeena would never be able to fight again. The wound to her right back leg would cause her to have a permanent limp, plus she was already 8years old and the old alpha had already passed away. The others in the pack had already begun to grow concerned for Jeena's health as was, so she settled down to become an elder for the pack. Zane did what he could for his mother knowing that she missed fighting, but doing his best to keep her mind off it. However, when they gained powers something in his mother changed and it seemed like she was reliving the events of his father's death and the death of his brother because she would often mutter their names in tears. But refused to talk to him or anyone about what was going on.

Name: Todd

Power: Water Manipulation (think really clumsy water bending at the moment)

Sexuality: Bisexual

Appearance: Small tawny-colored male wolf with a disfigured muzzle. The bridge of his snout has a large hump in it due to a complication at birth where his snout fractured and then healed incorrectly.

History: The runt of his littler, Todd was often referred to as "Little One" and things of the sort. Instead of physical prowess, he opted to work on his mental capabilities; often taking to playing mind games or manipulating himself out of any trouble he found himself in. Though his birth name faded into memory as he grew older and his parents passed, it can be assumed that it translated to something close to "small" or "little". Upset by this, Todd took on the name of a fox he had once met as a pup. Foxes were sly and cunning, much like him.

Todd enjoys weaving grand stories for pups and younger wolves. Though, now that the moon has fallen, he's not sure he could come up with anything better than that.

Power: Icy Touch; her paws leave icy trails on any wet surface and her breath seems to come out in puffs of cold air.

Appearance: Female Wolf with long, white fur and grey accents. Her eyes are an icy, almost white-blue.

History: Unlike her younger brother, Todd, Moon had always been a large and powerful wolf. She grew up learning the ways of becoming a hunter and providing for her pack. She is fiercely loyal to her brothers above all else, though that loyalty is very closely entwined with her loyalty to the pack. When the moon fell, she seemed heart broken to lose the thing she was named after, but she wouldn't mind expanding their territory to the human-world.

Power: Fire-breathing. However, that the moment it's more like a steady stream of smoke coming from his mouth at all times.

Appearance: Large grey male wolf, powerful and intimidating.

History: The most powerful of his siblings, Pebble took on Fighter Training from an early age. Though he looks the part, his bark is far worse than his bite and he's often been referred to as a gentle giant.

Power: Silent Move - She is able to move around without making any noise. It isn't something super powerful, just helpful to not wake up others and play pranks.

Appearance:

History: Rima was born into the pack, her mother had been a loner who was hurt and passed away shortly after giving birth to her. It was said that her mother's name was Rima as well and that the pack mother named her that in respect to her Rima's. Since none of the females at the time were wanting a pup, the pack mother took care of her and raised Rima as her own. This made Rima set her eyes on the position of Pack Mother. She made it her goal to become the best pack mother ever known and to help care for and raise the other pups of the pack. And that was just what she did, she had no one fight her for the position either as most of the pack figured she was well suited for the role. She wasn't super great at tracking prey, her knowledge of herbs was bad, and she really wasn't strong as she was born smaller than most pups and it shows in her size as an adult.

Power: Better hearing, when he focuses on a specific voice/sound, he will hear it clearer, but for now it only pains his hearing. Almost like a Tinnitus

History: Corvo was born into the pack. Having no idea, what he was good at, he played around a lot, sneaking on other pups and just been a fool. It was his father, who ordered him to start training as a hunter and soon he discovered the joy in it. Hiding in the dark and waiting for the best moment to strike, soon became an easy task for him. He never wants to walk home empty handed, but instead make sure that everyone gets enough.

  History:Navarri has always been rambunctious, more than his partner in crime. If trouble was starting in the pack you had to look no further to find the root cause. There have been a few unceseracy scuffles Vavarri has started just from boredom alone. He isn’t exactly mean spirited,and more approachable than Ravii. Chances are he will approach you first, picking and teasing on his pack mates is his favorite pastime.

  History: Ravii has a bigger bite than his lifelong friend Navarii. Unlike Navarii who likes to pick on the weak, Ravii pushes his luck with authority. He is usually passive with the rest of the pack unless provoked. Despite being the more mature one, he has no problem going along with Navarri's antics. If Navarii is chasing after you, chances are Ravii is close behind. If you catch him alone, it is best to leave him that way. He has always be aggressive towards others, the first sound he ever mad as a pup was a growl.

History: Alpine never knew what it was like to grow up with parents. They had both died the day she was born, her mother passed giving birth to Alpine and her father disappeared so Alpine always assumed he was dead. Growing up as an orphan, the other pups had treated her poorly. But that only gave Alpine motivation to move up in the ranks and prove to herself that she was stronger than everyone thought she would be. So, the day Alpine earned the rank Beta, Alpine told herself that she’d make sure all the wolves would be respected better than she was.

History: Ivory was one of the few pups who have lost their parents to the scary predators. Now she looks up to Rima as a mother figure. When she isn’t with Rima, Ivory tries to seek out Ivan and bug him rather than be with the other pups. Ivory also has a bad habit of getting into trouble by going on adventures as she calls them. Since usually no one has the time to go with, she intends to go off on her own.

Appearance:

History: Apex had been a loner before the fall of the moon. She gave herself the name, Apex since wolves were apex predators and top of the food chain. She didn't trust others around her and only relied on her sense and instinct to survive. When the moon fell and the world shifted things changed. Apex could see that those around her were becoming more violent and hostile to anything that moved. Even those that were once calm and would run away when they would see her coming seemed to try to pick a fight. The idea of finding a pack was beginning to draw, though she is still very hesitant to admit to it. Especially now with these new powers that have seemed to come out of nowhere and she has no idea how to control them. What use would a pack be if they didn't have powers, nor saw powers? It would spell an instant kick out.

Name: Aphelios ( A-FEL- EE-OS)

Age: 6 years

Power: Mind Games – Aphelios has the ability to create various illusions; distorting the opponents sense of taste, touch, sound, scent and sight. (Note that he cannot force one what to think or do - only alter their senses!) This ability is only meant to trigger the opponents emotions and fears in order to confuse and distract them. This ability afflicts no physical damage, but can affect ones sane state of mind if the illusion is strong enough or if it mimics someone they know or something they fear. This ability has no way of finding one’s fears unless Aphelios has become aware of them. This abilitity has no way of mimicking other wolves the opponent knows unless Aphelios has met them.

Side effects of using his ability are headaches that can lead to severe pain throbs, exhaustion which can render him unconscious (faint). Pushing his limits such as using his ability for a long period or attempting to use his ability on more than one opponent can result in a brain tumor.

**Note:**Currently, headaches have become common as Aphelios attempts to control his powers. As of now he is completely unaware of his ability. Aphelios has unknowingly been using his own powers on himself creating ghostly illusions of his deceased mate to the point where he believes her spirit follows him and the pack, no matter where they go.

History: Aphelios was born and raised a quiet but loyal and clever individual next to his MoonStar brethren. Although charming in body, he was much more a sidelines kind of wolf and only entered the stage with a calculating façade. Meeting Irina brought about his brighter impulsive and genuine qualities. The fall of their blessed moon and sacred light has led to great imbalance and ruination. Aphelios has witnessed as the earth shook and heavens roared. What gods have they unknowingly awoke the wrath of? Aphelios did not care. What he wanted to know was why she had died in his place. He still feels her ghostly presence which is slowly disrupting his daily life and chipping away at his sanity.

Name: Gunnar

Age: 7

Rank: Hunter

Power: extreme strength; a single bite can rip the head off even the strongest of bears. Due to his added musculature, he also is almost the size of a small bear.

Sexuality: Biquestioning.

Appearance: (I'll put an image and a description here)

He is a massive, jet-black wolf with blazing orange eyes. His pelt is somewhat scratchy, after his pelt having to grow back in after he survived a forest fire when he was much younger. He has a crimson scar over his left eye and a similar scratch on his snout. He towers above other wolves at an imposing 3.6 feet tall, making him easily seen. This also makes it difficult for him to be an ambush hunter and instead attacks his prey head-on.

History: He hails from the norse highlands, meaning he is very well accustomed to the cold to the point where it can be -15 degrees and he genuinely wouldn't know. This also means he is very hardy, having to fight his whole life. This led him to be a very jaded wolf, often seen as cold and uncaring, but is a very noble fighter and believes in the concept of even grounds in combat. He refuses to hunt things such as rabbits because of how much more powerful he is and opts for things such as elk, caribou, deer, and the occasional bear. Every fight he has ever been in, he wears a scar, If he didn't get one in combat, he would cut himself to make one for it. Throughout his life, he has bounced from pack to pack, oftentimes because he is the only survivor of the encounter. He is a true warrior, and is always ready to take the life of another being, but by no means does he enjoy needlessly killing.

Crush: None as of yet. He tries not to let anyone in his life so he can avoid the pain he felt losing his parents (both genetic and adoptive)

Mate: He had a short-lived relationship with Eivor, but it died as soon as she did, in battle.
