Realistic or Modern Organized Crime

He looked her in her eyes, "Before you I had a fiancé as well. For better or worse we ended it and went our separate ways. But she was also my working partner. And she was almost as cruel as me. Actually probably worse. She still thinks that we are together though and so she gets very upset whenever she sees me with anyone else that isn't her." He sighs, "I don't like to say this, but she's fucking crazy."

"She still thinks that we're together since I asked her to marry me and that bond can't be broken. Granted it shouldn't but she's gone to great lengths to know what I'm doing. Thus I call her the whisper because she's quiet as hell and stalks me. And as for you? She'll fight you for being with me."

"I'll try and deal with her but..sadly yeah." He sighed, "I guess its not her fault to be honest. She's just from a family where a promise is never broken. Ever." He shakes his head, "Let's just focus on the cake for now."

He smiled warmly, "Thanks Lynn." He chuckled then looked back to the book, "Do you think you can perform tonight, hun?"

"Well I was just worried about your shoulder, hun." he sighed, "But I guess I can't stop you." he laughed.

He nodded, "If you say so hun." he pops his neck, "Alright. I'm gonna get to work on the cake. If you want you can get ready and head to the market because I forgot to pick up eggs this morning hun, and I need to put more weapons hidden around the house."

As she walked the market, it would feel rather odd. Everything was there and in its place but...something was else was there.

A hand grabs her shoulder "Hun." it was just the vendor, "Are you alright? You look like you've seen a ghost."

He nodded and went back, behind the stall, "What can I get you today, sweetie? Apples? Bread?"

"The sweetest ones this side of the nation, hun." he nods and turns to go get her items.

"Make that two." Another voice chimes in. It came from a woman who looked to be flawless in every shape and form. Her hair shined bright and ever so delicate eyes, "Hi sorry. Didnt mean to intrude. I just do love my peaches." she giggled.

She nodded, looking over at her. "It's fine, really." She pulled her wallet out and paid for her items, though she kept her focus on the gorgeous woman beside her. This was her. She could tell. She just knew it. She suddenly just felt so... unimpressive and unremarkable. how could he even think she was attractive after almost marrying a woman like that?

Even as she looked at her most men were staring watching her closely as well, although not in the same terms as her. She reached for her bag and paid it off. She looked back over to Lynn. "So rude of me I know, do forgive me." she takes off her gloves and sticks it out, "Amanda Sole, pleasure to meet you." for some reason...that none of that sounded real or true.

She smirked, "I shall. I'll see you tonight. What was it? Ms. Hart?" she giggled and walked away.

Before Lynn could say or do anything a stick popped stuck out from the side blocking her from the Vixen. Following the stick she saw the vendor who just shook his head, "Its okay, hun. The one's she gots are a few days past expiration date."
