personality:Toki is a dedicated and hardworking young man. He is wise far beyond his years and very intelligent. He can be overly prideful or even downright arrogant, Never believing in the possibility that he could fail. He will usually hold back against his opponents until he gets a feel for their power then he will try to match that power. 


Backstory: Toki Indakki is the grandson of  the current leader of the Order of the White dragon. He has spent his entire life being trained in the ways of Chi and in somewhat of a prodigy. He possesses the same Divine Chi as his grandfather and as such had a wonderful teacher in his Chi arts. His Goal growing up was to surpass his grandfather and become the strongest warrior In the world. 


So far he has had no luck, as there are a few in the Order he has yet to overcome, and his grandfather regularly defeats him. Yet his resolve is yet to be wavered, he refuses to give up and dedicates all of his time to surpassing his own limits. This has resulted in a growth rate that has surprised many, and he shows no sign of slowing down. 


Rank: Dragon. 


Chi Typeivine Chi: A specific type of Chi that is Very Potent. Possessers of this Chi usually have very huge amounts of Chi readily availible, and are immune to outside manipulations of their chi. 


Chi techniques:


Makoconffensive Technique 


a dense beam of destructive energy, deals high burst damage to target and low splash damage to all nearby. Can be fired from hands or mouth. 


Di Techi: Defensive technique 





creates a powerful stopping barrier out of chi for a few seconds. Able to withstand three attacks or a single sheild breaking attack. 


Divine Essence: Transformation technique


A very powerful transformation technique  availible only to divine chi wielders increasing all physical attributes, chi production, and spiritual awareness by 10X. Currently can only maintain for 1 1/2 minutes. 


Extra:He has learned his techniques from his grandfather, they are very advanced moves and are hard to duplicate. He is currently learning a technique called divine Wrath, which is the second of three divine Chi transformations.


everyone knows the potency of Divine Chi and it is actually quite feared by most enlightened fighters. They know that one can never match a user of divine chi in sheer volume of power they simply have too much, this has lead to many legends claiming the power to be infinite. While this is the common belief it is not true. The average chi weirder has about 100 Chi. A user of divine Chi is born with a minimum of around 1,000 the number increases as they train and grow. 


In his base form Toki has managed to get a chi of up to 9,500

personality:Asura is a polite and kind young man, he has a strong sense of justice stemming from his nobility. He is well educated and has quite the dedication when he puts his mind to something. He does tend to let his pride get the better of him on many occasions. 


Backstory: Asura Gaijeel was a young orphan adopted by the Leader of the Order of the white dragon. He began his training at the age of 6 and he became fast rivals with Toki. When the two were growing up they were in their own way inseparable. They were always sparing and training together. 


However this rivalry was threatened when Toki attained his divine essence, a trump card that repeatedly overwhelmed Asura. Causeing him to push himself to create his own transformation technique. His constant drive to surpass the Red Dragon is A mystery, but too this day the two of them have a tied record of 50 wins each

Chi Typelasma Force Chi: A naturally occurring variation of Lightening Chi.  


Chi techniques:


Bo Koechoffensive technique





after slamming the tip of the staff into the ground Asura unleashes a wave of Plasma at his opponents. Deals massive damage in a cone. 


 Bo KoHisan 





a powerful spinning technique that pulls opponents into a plasma filled vortex. Very high Damage over time.


Inner Demon: Transformation technique. 





this for drastically increases the strength and durability of Asura allowing him to fight sort of on par with his rival. While in this form his defense is fortified by cold plasma barriers and his offense is fortified by hot plasma auras. 


Extra: he's a generally friendly guy except when it comes to Toki. Actually considered by many to be a better strategists. 


While he maintains a base chi power of only 3200


each of his techniques power him up considerably before being unleashed in many cases up to x3 


And his inner demon technique pushes his Chi power to around 80,000!

silith is considered to be a strange girl in the least. Mostly known for her powers of fear and evil many deem her as a secret demon but she isn't one. She's often quiet and shy, sticking to the life of being unseen because of past events. She has a soft spot when it comes to relationships especially if she's in one. She then becomes clingy and over protective along with a side of constant worry that she will be left by the man/girl that she loves


Backstory: 


Silith grew up in a broken home. Her mother being a druggie and father being an alcoholic. Both of which often beating her. It


lead her to a bad life of constantly running and being brought back to her parents then running again. Then the cycle all changed one day when she was about to be beat by her father, she was only 13. He was especially drunk on that day and had chosen to do more than just beat her, he planned to rape her but before he could she found out what she was.


that day she had unintentionally slaughtered both her parents in an unimaginable way with a secret chi she hasent


found since. After this incident she had been quickly brought to the order of white dragons and was taken in even though her past [COLOR= rgb(39, 42, 52)]but never agreed to help them or to coooperate with any one until a year ago[/COLOR]. There she quickly climbed the ranks and soon became the rank of demon which most people call her these days after an incident a couple months ago were she nearly killed another demon for reasons best left unknown.

She can progress to Demon if you were to remove the possibility of the shadow attack backfiring. Also I don't think that attack can be blocked at all, but it needs to be dodgeble somehow.

Alright well I was thinking with the fear attack that if they hide before she sees them then it's doge able. Other than that I was figuring the only way they can beat it would be to over come there worst fears. And I'll pm you the stuff plus remove the backfiring

personality:Isshin is the stern but loving leader type. He is wise beyond most and has a deep understanding of seemingly everything. He is a very patient man who seems to have time for every little problem. However...his temper is not something to be tested, he can be utterly ruthless when it comes to defending his "children".


Backstory:Seventy years ago Isshin was recruited into the order of the White Dragon. At the time he joined he was ranked dog, while he seemed to posses a natural affinity for using his Chi there was otherwise nothing special about him. 


Three years after he joined the order the great Clan war began. The order of the White Dragon had stepped in to intervene when the Order of the Black Oni decided to get involved in the post ww2 politics. The Clans waged a grizzly war for the next 10 years. It was during this war that the first recorded weirder of divine chi was witnessed. After losing two of his squad members who he was particularly close with Isshin unlocked the Divine Essence...


his power skyrocketed and he was promptly brought into the Rank of Dragon. 


He was a played a pivotal role in ending the clan war, after he was able to best their elites. A few years later he had his son. And at the age of 36 he challenged and defeated the previous white dragon.


since then the Order has grown Very strong. He has begun to assign his Demon ranked elites to any recruits who show promise and has re-opened the Dragon Program, finding those with rare Chi and talents and putting them to work. 


He chose his grandson Toki Dakki for his Divine Chi which skipped a generation, And he chose to adopt Asura Gaijeel for his rare chi and his ability to Bridge seemingly any power gap with his dedication. (Other dragon ranks will be added)

Very lax character. Not one for hard work and determination but loves a good fight. Fighting and music are the only things that can get this kid moving. Don’t give him homework or assignments because he might never live up to the expectation, but give him an opponent that will beat him down and you better believe he’ll let his dragon fangs show for the order.


Backstory:


Hikari was never good in school, fact is he dropped out of high school as soon as he was able to. He never told his parents probably because he thought it was too much of a drag to. During his times of troubles Hikari always listened to his music. Sadly though his parents weren't fond of this hobby for it distracted him from school. They hated this so much that they took away his headphones. In this time his brother Akumu stole a pair from the convenience store and gave it to Hikari as a “Pact” and a promise that they will always be brothers. Hikari treasures this gift and kept it hidden from his family for as long as he could. When he dropped out of high school he finally kept them out in the open and wore them everywhere he went. Hikari grew up in a fairly moderate family. His parents were happily married for 24 years and had his older brother Akumu to keep him company. When Hikari was 14 his family was raided and killed by the Black Oni for anonymous reasons. Perhaps maybe they wanted Hikari for his powers before the Order of the White Dragon got to him. Whatever the reason is Hikari was heavily traumatized by this and was able to flee before the Black Oni captured him. Hikari was found by the leaders of the Order and was taken in to help hone his powers and to avenge his parents death by helping put an end to the Black Oni. Hikari continues to wear the headphones around his neck to remind him of his brother, for it is his greatest treasure.

Chi Type: Corona Chi: A type of chi that is able to take light particles around the user and can use it to the users advantage in all types of forms.


Chi techniques:


1. Knives forged in light


- this technique is the only offensive technique that Hikari knows. He is able to manifest light particles around him and give them a materialized form around his hands to create knives that point outwards from his knuckles. (Kind of like the picture below but more “less material looking” and more like beams of light) (I’m planning to extend this ability further down the road but wanted to start small.)

2. Orb of Sight


-Hikari is able to create an orb of light that he can wield to create vision and illuminate any space, even the darkest of places (that's very important to remember). This was the first technique that Hikari learned.

3. Light Sap


Hikari is able to take light energy from any source and can add it to his “bank” Hikari is able to store light for a certain amount of time to further extend the period he is able to use “Knives forged in light” and "Orb of Sight"He is able to recharge during battle but it will take some recharge time currently. As long as the source isn't too large Hikari will be able to black it out and take the light energy for himself. (Think of the device used in Harry Potter that was able to capture light, it's essentially that)
