Fantasy - Order of the Hunt Character Sheet
Looking forward to hunting monsters with you all.
About....
How battles will take place:
Player 1(You)
Alexander charged toward Dmitri, raising his sword high above his head preparing to strike.
Player 2(The other player/ NPC)
Dmitri rose his dagger and prepared to parry the attack.
GM(Me)
Alexander charged forward with all of his might, striking down upon the frail Dmitri. However, Dmitri rose his dagger just in time to parry the blow, but not without its consequence. His dagger was broken and now he was facing a raged berserker with no weapon to defend himself with.
That's a basic round up of how it will go. You all will write what you attempt to do, while putting in thoughts, emotions, and other things like that. While I will act as fate, being the end decision. And don't worry, I wont just be killing people left and right, you will be notified of an oncoming death if I feel the battle is going in that direction.
Key things to know and consider within the story:
Examples of Monsters within the story:
Rules:
1. RPN's rules and terms of service apply.
3. 2 Paragraph minimum.
4. Language doesn't matter, but please don't let it taint your work
5. Wait for everyone else to post before you post again.
6. 5 or more days will lead to your character being auto controlled. When in this state, your character is prone to death. To prevent this happening just notify me that you will be taking a long leave and i will gladly control your character for a certain amount of time.
7. Suggestions and concerns about the RP would be greatly needed to make the story develop even further. so if you have any ideas or concerns, PM me or @HaruAketchi and we can talk about future plans or suggestions to make improvements to the RP.
8. @HaruAketchi and I are both the creators of this RP and thus we are both the law of this RP so listen to what he has to say as well. But if it contradicts, let me know and we will come to an understanding.
9. If you have read the entire overview type "Dream" anywhere in your character sheet.

Looking forward to hunting monsters with you all.
About....
- Nothing in particular. It is a RP about travelers during the medieval period with a ton of fantasy elements. We also happen to be monster/ bounty hunters. Cool right?
- Btw. There is no story. We simply follow the Hunt.....Which the GM creates and places out for you
- RP starts in a forest where the travelers are at camp after a formidable Hunt
- Probably only gonna be 4 other people in the story besides me and HaruAketchi but not completely sure. Post your character sheets anyway and we will figure it out who will be in the story.
- There is not a concrete story but a story will be evolved through out the course of the RP. The only constant factor is that you have decided to join the Hunters' faction "The Order of the Hunt"
- Be very descriptive. Once you start writing, include even the most unimportant detail into the story, but don't go over board. I want this to resemble more of the day to day life of a traveler.
- I will control the day, time, and setting switches through a narrator type voice that is separate from my character. I will set the stages through a brief description that will be in Bold letters.

Key things to know and consider within the story:
- We are a group of people known as Hunters. Hunters are made through a very demanding selection process that one should never take lightly.
- Only a very small amount of "Hunters" are made every year worldwide.
- If a hunter dies, you are able to take his essence and add it to your essence giving you a slight boost in power. It is as if your brethren continues to fight with you
- You can't kill another hunter in order to steal the essence. It would nullify the effect.
- Hunters are neutral in political affairs. They aren't allowed to join sides of a faction. Because of this, they are used quite often to settle disputes between factions.
- Hunters are not allowed to participate in Wars.
- Hunters have perks such as resistance to diseases, slightly better senses and physical attributes such as strength, smell, sight, intuition, and so forth., improved healing factor.
- Hunters are no different than a normal human except for the fact that they have been cursed.
- Besides their natural attribute boost, they have special techniques that can't be learned.
- The longer you live as a Hunter, the stronger your natural physical abilities grow.
- The life expectancy of a hunter is 1 to 3 years if you are average in skill. 3 to 10 if your really good. and 10+ if lady luck finds you worthy. It is very possible however to live until you are 136 with the Cure of the Hunter. You can also be weak Hunting/ Skill wise and have a Hunter's Age of 10+. The numbers listed above are based on Hunters who actually hunt religiously and not cower away or live in the isolation.
- Despite all of the superior characteristics of a "Hunter", they are not infallible, as they can still make mistakes, take a misstep in battle against mundane men or supernatural demons, or be overwhelmed by sheer numbers and individuals who have the skill to match a "Hunter". Though rare is the individual who managed to slay a "Hunter" out of skill rather than dumb luck or by ambush.
- There are different difficulty of Hunts, or quest, ranging from "F" to "SS".
Examples of Monsters within the story:
Titan:
A massive creature of gargantuan size. They are rare, or at least it seems that way because all who encounter them disappear. The only species that has been known to best Giants are Dragons, requiring a whole nest of them to stop one.
Ogre:
Ogre can be fount mostly anywhere where there's darkness and flesh. It does not take much to best an ogre, just a well-tempered blade and an intellect to match.
Goblin:
The Goblin. A truly repulsive creature. Most seasoned warriors have bested two or three hordes of goblins in their day. Goblins can be found almost anywhere. They will destroy your livestock and kill your pets, so be on the watch. The travel in large packs of at least seven or eight. Goblins are the most common monsters.
Banshee:
The Banshee, most only hear of these creatures through tales, and lore. Banshees are the souls of women who have fallen into darkness by the greed of others, having been treated very badly. They appear as a floating, hooded, human outline covered by rags. Banshee screams depress all who hear it, and fills them with the horrors of their past, which then to demoralizes them. Banshees have the unsettling ability to force their way into the bodies of living creatures, thus replacing the creatures' spirits with their own. A banshee who does this, however, loses its original form. They can also cast a number of curses
Soul Keepers:
Soul Keepers, the product of a Banshee stealing a body. Once the body is stolen and the soul is expelled, this is the out come. Despite their appearance they are completely harmless, unless provoked otherwise. They are simply wandering in search for their bodies. These can be found mostly anywhere, but they are only visible at night.
Harpies: A Harpy is a large bird with human characteristics. They often resemble females, and hunt small children. They can be found in most forests and mountains. They generally travel in flocks of three, Archers and mages have no problem taking them out.
Undead: The undead are reanimated bodies due to spirits not moving on into the afterlife. Undead beings are most typically mindless, bloodthirsty fiends hostile toward any living thing that comes across their path.
Beastmen: Beastmen are failed Chimera experiments from the capitol of Sadon. They have the same intellect as a goblin but are able to match the physical abilities of an Ox. A Horde of Beastmen could easily best a Knight.
Ghouls: Ghouls are also, the product of failed resurrections. Much like the Undead they are only found at night, and are also killed by sunlight. They are much larger and stronger then the Undead. Ghouls also have use of Black Magic. The Ghoul is a fierce opponent.
Lamias: Lamias are much like Beastmen, except instead of resembling Bulls, they resemble snakes. They are the failed results of Chimera experiments at the academy in Sadon. They are a bit smarter then Beastmen but are also a tough opponent, they generally travel alone.
Trolls: Trolls walk upright but hunched forward with sagging shoulders. Their gait is uneven, and when they run, their arms dangle and drag along the ground. For all this seeming awkwardness, trolls are very agile. A typical adult troll stands 9 feet tall and weighs 500 pounds. Females are slightly larger than males. A troll’s rubbery hide is moss green, mottled green and gray, or putrid gray. The hair is usually greenish black or iron gray. Trolls have no fear of death: They launch themselves into combat without hesitation, flailing wildly at the closest opponent. Even when confronted with fire, they try to get around the flames and attack.
Wraiths:
Wraiths are spirit-beings. Wraiths retain their individuality and intelligence. Wraiths are angry and violent spirits, long for a return to mortal life and vent their jealous rage on living creatures. While possessed by a constant, desperate fury, wraiths nonetheless possess the intellect and self-control to deal rationally, if grudgingly, with mortal beings on occasion. These creatures are self-motivated and cunning and have all the memories of their past lives before undeath. Those memories no longer move the wraith nor provide any sense of morality other than a strict adherence to the wraith's own code of honor and law. Wraiths are lawful creatures, willing to make deals and hold to them. They respect the same tendency in both living and unliving creatures and will respond to honorable opponents with honorable actions. It is not unusual for a wraith to accept a creature's surrender; however, those surrenders will always be unconditional. Further, those foolish enough to surrender to a wraith are simply placing themselves into a position where they will almost certainly be turned into wraiths themselves
Imps:
In its natural form, an imp stands almost 2 feet tall and weighs about 8 pounds. Imps are craven, but not so timid as to pass up an opportunity for a surprise attacks. In its natural form, an imp attacks with the wicked stinger on its tail. It quickly flies out of reach if a foe manages to strike back effectively.
(There will be a lot more that aren't listed like some of these crazy things below under attachments. I will also update this list with each new creature or monsters that is encountered through out the journey for Hunter knowledge.)
