I figure that the classes will all be 'populated' but with NPC's, just means that the PC's in the tech course are Vurudial, Guyle and the teach, Amy.

There's Kaleb, who seems sorta like a vessel/priest for a god. Locke seems like the OP embodiment of Chaos; Serena appears to be a buffed version of a Portal Gun and I can't think of anyone else that seems particularly godlike
