relative density - the density of an object compared to pure water. it means we dont hve to write 1000 kg/m3, but we just simply write '1'. i dont think relative density has a unit, but its the equivelent of tonne per cubic metre, i guess.
Well relative density is a dimensionless quantity but 1 g/cm3 is the density of water

which is the same as a tonne per cubic metre. we verry rarely use grams or centimetres in engineering equations, which is why we dont write what you said.
Sorry xD I'm not that fancy in Physics C we have to write units for most things (sometimes we don't but it's not all engineering equations. In fact most of it isn't)

bear in mind i cant imagine hanah would also know road laws, speed limits, etc. If she plans on driving, chances are the police would catch her.
