Tsk you don't get it do you? Gamma is an arc villain, one doesn't break off from him and survive. He'll kill his subordinates the minute he sees a hint of betrayal or disloyalty, which is, actually, sometimes, even before the plotting traitor even thinks he or she could betray him.
