You remeber that she had wounds beneath her hair (those scars that she show to Veena) well only way to see where wound is (especially when hair color is red) is get hair away... plus it was already dirty so it was needed to get away from infecting Hanah's wounds. It will grow back (if not shaved again and again, what other girls would have done if she would have stayed alone there)

I meaned before she was arrested if when Hanah was get caught and sentenced to prison if there was any news about her crimes. I really tried before hospital get Hanah in news even as mentioned to Help @Barred, but didn't get her to news other than mentioned how there was car in shooting site (nothing about driver ;( )

Or, now when i have thinked, it could be that wire at door tells only from door's lock part if it's open or closed so door can be moved when wire is only thing attached to it. Door is too heavy to Hanah to she could move it.
