You go to other schools snd compete in different speeches. Mine was a prose and thats when you take chapter or section out of a book and read it with a lot of expression. It is a lot of fun. I didnt win tonight though. :ClosedEyesCrying:

Oh the school doesn't offer it...I had to find a place to go do it. The only things my school offers are sports and chorus...I honestly find sports pretty boring and I hardly consider myself a singer. Unless you count velociraptor screeching as singing....

Well, it's still cool though.
Are school is based mainly around sports and music. I play softball but that is it. I quit basketball this year to do speech. I liked basketball but one I like speech better and two it took up all my time.
