Shoot, I'm having trouble with a few things. I wasn't ever all that good at describing personalities. Plus I'm having trouble coming up with a good effect for the spell. I know I want it to be a folk song, since I mostly listen to folk music, but the thing is that I have a few songs in mind but I can't think of a befitting effect for any of them that doesn't fall under a different category.

GamerKitty205 Okay, no personality, but I believe it comes through well enough through background. Though you should note that your character would be part of the upper class by having regular schooling. Also, we need to weaken that Other Spell, as they are to be extremely weak in the beginning. Or, an option would be to make her Jazz mage, a spell controlling any dead bodies of cats would be fine in my book; however, I know a body is different then a spirit, but if you like that option I would be fine giving that to you

Might want to take away "eight now" spelling error, but besides that she is good to go.

Kind of. I'm re-using a character of mine named Francis Sato. He's kind of based on myself with a few tweaks here and there, for instance he's sometimes more stubborn than me depending on what environment he's in.
