Haha if you aren't a fan of overly action packed movies with a heavy emphasis on sci-fi then you might not like it, but the designs and concepts are really cool. I really enjoy the red light district, I don't think it directly says it's the red light district but it stands out enough to make the conclusion without help

Haha. I love action films. I have a feeling that the old was a little more action packed though. That movie was fucking intense. The reason I didn't see the new one was because a friend told me that the only similarities between the two were name sake and general concept so I was really disappointed by that.


If you don't mind a little gore and someone's eyes almost exploding out of their fucking head, check out the 1980's total recall. It takes place on mars and there's a baby in a man's chest.

I am. I think that would be great. Not COMPLETELY of the human body. But definitely heavily enhancing it.

well the reason I'm not keen on limb replacement is due to complications of the body actually rejecting the prosthetic/implants. That's what generally worries me about it.

yeah but that would be due in part to stem cell research (illegal in most places and not widely accepted in the scientific/medical community), mechanical engineering (pretty good atm), and bio engineering (a science field in it's infancy).

Yes I do, and it's one of the regrets I have about being born in this time. I also have conflicting happiness because I was born in a time of technology and information rather than caves and sticks... so... very conflicted haha
 
All this talk about cyberpunk... anyone know Shadowrun? I really love the setting...and on an unrelated note; I thought only germans do coke&beer ;)

Yeah, grew up in germany so i picked it up as second language... actually going back to see some family and friends in a few weeks.


Good call! I should probably post or go to sleep as well...
