I didn’t think they would have, but they totally can have met before. When and where, do you think? Is Hiroto’s family noble or would have visited the castle?

Hiroto's family isn't noble but the only reason I could think up if Hiroto and Maxwell would to meet is where Hiroto's family would have to go to the palace to comfirm a few things.
