Yeah my Lunar in the Into the Ruins RP has the midnight cloak and the braid , they are pretty cool, highly recommend

I was actually looking at the braid too! Since the ebon shadow style uses chains, my first thought went to the braid. Would be pretty cool to get that too eventually. Make a pretty neat combo altogether. Curses, shadows, and martial arts.

For Family names, you can go with Al-Kamari, the greatest silk merchants, or Al-Thuria, the greatest leather workers. Both are the most effluent merchant families in Huzuz, the capital.

Oho, that would be an interesting spin. That might even imply that the pirate captain wasn't actual pirate. Unless Hala was being married to a pirate. Would imply perhaps the dragon blood was using a piracy as a cover to eliminate an esteemed merchant for some reason.




But! If we are going with ties, I could probably be tied to dragon blooded as well to help that story along. Such as being related to him, or rival family if I went with an elemental style. Or was among those trained for that families secret assassins if I chose the ebon shadow style.

Ok, had to redo my answer to clarify.
Heart's Blood should be detailed for forms that are huge or tiny, if you have the corresponding Charm to take them.
Stolen Faces should be detailed for all human forms, and we need to work out what Intimacies you have.

Stolen Faces allows you to take the form of actual specific humans, and use any intimacies others have towards them. But it's up to you.

I am just thinking that given the amount of time we are dealing with that I haven’t had time to gather any specific people for that Merit, so until I do add some form, I won’t take that. I’ll shift that point to something else.

Influence could also be a possibility. It is mentioned as a notoriety.

But regardless, 2 dot Backing would be fine, but I'd want you to define some of that organization. And where it is based. And remember the more far-reaching it is, the more likely the Elemental Orders will have infiltrated it (OOC).
