It's cool down is as long as it takes for him to have a build up of negative emotions. Can be weeks, or months.

[Getting hurt, or hurting people builds negative emotions. So does generally being mistreated in any way] Time varies.

Molten, can you hidden your post for a minute? Since we need to talk about how many techniques your character here, because nobody has over six techniques like you do.


Plus I am going to accept people with the likes when Dragon is away.

Well, if Dragon said that it was fine then I can't do anything about that. But let me like your cs first, and then I will unhide your post, so you don't have to write that again. =3
 
I'm going to post in about an hour or two.


Now that Altair killed the dragon, I'm thinking that we should have a moment for our characters to kind of introduce each other, and then something else should happen, maybe like having a shadow-elf attack happen in the now-destroyed city?


Just putting this out here because so many of the RP's I've been involved with have died since nobody knew where the story was going.

Let's not have any more conflict unless @Blackrose7 or @Dragon Slayer Arcos says we can.
 
He is a floating enigma?! Oh no! The storm has subsided for the time being so I am taking the chance to read and catch up.


With the dragon dead, the present characters should be curious about the others like them. And try and interact. Though not all of you will cooperate I bet xD


And the next stage will be some training. Since Tobias will have the most experience with his powers and thanks to his passive will the the most developed, who better to help the newbs get into their powers.

Dragon is dealing with a heavy snow storm here, but they did said that they would try to come back. ( Which he did. )

I find it funny that you guys haven't even bothered to look up at the rooftops here, since Alexandria is still there.  :/
