Carrier's Peak is a quiet Alaskan coastal town, where the only contact with the outside world is an obscure gravel road and the bay which fuels the economy. Everyone knows everyone, and a tranquil, almost boring atmosphere clouds the town.
That is, until a new boarding house opens up.
You are a boarder in this mysterious house, where the owner always seems to cook and clean for you and your fellow guests, but is never around. One would think of it being fishy, but you're being fed and have a place to stay, so that's good enough. Who knows, maybe you'll even find romance in this one small town.
