1- No godmodding, meta gaming or power playing.


2- Avoid pointless arguings, but if you have to discuss something really important then use the out of character chat.


3- Ignore trolls.


4- Be respect ful to the other roleplayers.


5- You can be a Yonko or Shichibukai, but once those spots are taken you can only be a normal pirate or marine.

Fruit-Pika Pika No Mi


Appearance-Smith has blue eyes with black hair. His hair is long and quite shaggy. He wears a suit underneath his marine uniform.


Personality- Smith is kind hearted and relies on his devil fruit to win fights. This doesn't mean that h can't fight with swords though as he is trained in the art of two sword style. He is reckless and never has a good reliable strategy to win. He is quite dopey.


Bio- Smith found the fruit after the death of Kizaru, the previous admiral. He found it as he was strolling along the beach. He ate the fruit thinking it would taste nice and promptly went to have a swim in the ocean. Upon entering the water he began to drown. He saw a marine ship and longed to be there. His devil fruit responded and caused him to fly to it in a blinding flash of light. Smiths childhood involved no tragedies and he grew up peacefully in the East Blue in Grey Terminal. On arrival on this marine ship which was headed to grey terminal the marines immediately called HQ. They told Smith about the marine which he thought would be a fun idea. He then thought better as he wanted to be a pirate. The marines told him he could be a Shichibukai which made him happy.


Other- Smith likes eating peaches and mango syrup. He laughes according to his devil fruit (pika pika pika pika.) And his sneeze sounds like this (Pikepika PikaChu!
