Name: Victor Waltz.

Epitaph: "The Right Hand of the Dragon.".

Bounty: 352,000,000.

Age: 25.

Background: A young man who hails from the small town of "Rum" on the island of "Lookout" in the East Blue, Victor is a person who has seen the dishonor within the Marines and the World Government agents that have long since run Rum Town's actions firsthand alongside his childhood friend and sworn K (Whose real name remains a mystery, even to Victor himself)...deciding to do something about the mistreatment that the people suffer at the hands of the corrupt Celestial Dragons, Victor and K join the Revolutionary Army in order to combat them in which Victor quickly rises high through the ranks and becomes Dragon's personal 2nd in command, handpicked chosen by him, Victor has a motto for all his fellow officers in the Army, especially towards new recruits and rookies and that is "If your not going to worth betting both your life and your ideals on the line then you shouldn't be in the Revolutionary Army...", Victor takes his work and his pride in the Army very seriously but knows when to crack a joke around his subordinates in order to lessen their fears and tensions during missions, he becomes Sabo's mentor when he reaches the age of 20 and is forced to teach Sabo all Victor knows personally about the inner workings of the world, not just the Revolutionary Army and the World Government but pirates, as well, of whom are currently shaping the new age...

Personality: Cool, Calm, Collected, Caring, Kind, Wise, Sarcastic, Mysterious and has a sense of humor.

Appearance: Looks similar to Sabo but with longer hair and a more muscular body, he always carries a pipe on his back at all times that he never lets go of, not even once, he wears a black colored trench coat with a white colored collar shirt and blue colored jeans, as well, as red colored army boots.

Fighting Style: Taught and Self Customized Variation of Fishman Karate, also fights with a long sized pipe, as a melee weapon.

Weapon: A pipe he calls "The Symbol of Brotherhood", it was given to him by K when they were kids, to show, as a sign of them having taken Sakazuki together with one another and becoming sworn brothers...

Sub Weapon: None.

Devil Fruit: Vector-Vector Fruit-A Devil Fruit that can only be used three times in life, no more, no less, to either "control" a person's "fate" or "change" it, Victor dislikes having eaten the Fruit and refuses to use its powers, instead, he relies on Fishman Karate and his pipe to fight with, the former having taught it to Koala after having learned it himself from Hack, of whom he drafted into the Revolutionary Army despite reluctance on Hack's part.

Epitaph: "The Demonic Being.".

Bounty: 455,000,000.

Age: 26.

Background: Like Victor, also from Rum Town on Lookout Island within East Blue, K, as he prefers to simply call himself for one reason or two has seen the ways of how the world works and is dissatisfied with it, he wishes to change it, however, unlike Victor, he wishes to take a more forceful approach and attack the World Government head on, even if it means trampling on innocent civilians in order to do so, Dragon demotes K because of such methods and in turn because of being demoted, not to mention his jealously towards Victor becoming Dragon's personal 2nd in command, including his refusal to join K in leaving the Army, he creates his own Revolutionary Army that he calls R.E.B, .R.E.B. is meant to be portrayed, as a more intimidating version of the Revolutionaries and not to mention especially full of vengeance, it is made of up ex pirates, Marines and World Government agents alike that have been done wrong by the Government itself and is now waging a private war against it, to stop REB before they take things too far out of hand, Dragon has sent Victor and his apprentice after K, the former of whom K is expecting...

Personality: Cruel, Cold, Cunning, Calculating, Strange, Sadistic, Manipulative and has a dark sense of humor...

Appearance: Looks similar to Ace but with longer hair and wears the exact same clothing, as Victor only with the colors being reversed, having a white trench coat, black colored collar shirt, red colored jeans and blue colored army boots, the shirt and the jeans are both ripped, the latter having patches, to conceal his identity when acting, as the leader of REB, he wears a plain looking mask with a giant purple colored K stamped on it.

Fighting Style: Self taught fist fighting.

Weapon: A red colored Boxing Glove called "Left.".

Sub Weapon: A blue colored Boxing Glove called "Right.".

Devil Fruit: Chaos-Chaos Fruit-A Devil Fruit that when in motion whilst fighting causes someone to become stronger every-time they fight but at the side effect expense of their inner rage also growing stronger...
