Jimbo is about an average height and weight for a guy his age. His hair is a tangled, ruffled mess of a fiery red mass with yellow streaks in it, tied into a ponytail. He wears white shorts, an open, red hawaii shirt sporting yellow flames and sandals. He carries around in his belt a couple of short trenchswords in custom-made sheaths connected to oil flasks.

Backstory:

Jimbo was born in a village on a small island in South Blue. Only his mother was native to the island, his father came around about a year before the birth of Jimbo. The first couple of years Jimbo could remember, his father was never around and nobody cared to tell him where he was off to. Most of the village's children seemed to shun him for reasons he never really knew, so he grew up lonely. Because of this, he developed the rather unfortunate habit of setting things on fire. It served as a nice way of getting the attention he needed, and over time it grew into an important aspect of his daily life to set stuff on fire rather than just a habit for gaining attention. Of course this served to distance him from the rest of the village even more, though he never really thought of this through his childhood. During his early teen years, he figured he wanted to use this fire of his for more than just entertainment, and he started practicing the use of fire with various things, such as art and combat. During this time, his father also became more stationary at home, and started learning Jimbo how to navigate a ship. He made him read several books about navigating, study maps and so forth, though he would never tell Jimbo why he insisted on learning him this. Jimbo grew into quite an adept navigator as well as a decent swordsman, something his father also started teaching to him. Once again, he wouldn't tell why he would learn this to him, or where he knew these things from. One fateful day though, the village was raided by pirates, just in it for the loot. A few people objected them, but was cut down, so the village decided to leave them alone, and let them pillage as they wanted. Jimbo, not so much. He approached the pirates, confident he could beat them with the skills he had learned from his father, though there were alot of pirates, so he decided to do this more stealthily. Naturally, stealthy for Jimbo meant setting them on fire. So, he snuck up on the pirates, threw a bottle of oil in their general direction, and hailed them with lit matches. The pirates easily evaded the resulting flames, though the house they were inside weren't as lucky. The flames rose high and spread swiftly, swifter than Jimbo had anticipated. The pirates, surprised by the fire attack, left with the loot they had gathered, which would have been great if not the entire village soon stood in flames. Because of the pirates, the villagers were in no position to save the city, and before anyone realized it, the whole village was burnt to cinders. Jimbo was devastated; he could've sworn that he had controlled the flames, that the knew what he was doing. He went to the smoldering ruins of his home, to find his father sitting right outside. His father pulled him down beside him, telling him everything he had craved so many times before: How he had been a pirate before he had met his mother, how he had sailed the Grand Line as the navigator of his crew, how he had fought for the life of himself and his Nakama numerous times, and lastly, how he had met his mother and finally settled down here. This was also why the villagers shunned him so: His father was a dreaded pirate. Since Jimbo's birth, his father had decided to prepare him for life as a pirate. After explaining, he got up and started yelling at Jimbo, gesturing at the destruction of the village, caused by his lack of skill and control. He told him, that somewhere in the world, a fruit existed that would grant him the mastery of fire he so craved. Immediately after, he sent him away, telling him that he would no longer recognize him as his son until he became a master of fires, capable of protecting the people he held dear with those flames of his.

Jimbo, bent on becoming a pirate as his father, took off with the first boat from the island towards the nearest port, Port Cross, in order to join a crew and sail out, finding this fabled fruit his father had mentioned.

Looks cool, I'm hoping that I'm right about him using oil-coated swords that he sets on fire. But you've put spent 24 points in your attributes, and as a human you only have 22 to spend.

Oh, my bad. I'm gonna fix that right away.

And yeah, he uses oil-coated swords he puts on fire. I edited it with a description of them under the feat.
