You can start off, I suck at it usually. Umm, so we're starting off from where we were last at Cold Creek correct?
 
Sure, however...I can't remember what was going on XP i remember they were a little sore with each other, and that's about it
 
This was your last post. Maybe you can think of something with this. -shrugs-


Em looked at him, then back at Radar. She siughed and walked out, going to her dorm. She slammed teh door behind her and flopped down onto her bed, staring at the ceiling. She did nothing buyt think for a few minutes, then piulled out Godless[i/] and flipped it to teh part she was on; Jason telling Shin and his snails all about hsi idea
 
Oh, right...Crap post that was XP ha ha, okay....I think I got something......


After reading 2 chapters of Godless, Em put the book down and ran a hand through her hair. She sat up and sighed, marking the page she was on and looked around her dorm, thnking about what happened with Jake. She should probably go talk to him. Or let him come to her. Or.....Ugh
 
Jake pushed the wheelbarrow over to the manure pile, tilting it slightly to dump the contents from it. Returning the barrow to it's rightful place for the next person, he unwrapped a mint and laid it on his palm for Eclipse. Bobbing his head, the stallion lipped it from his boy's hand, making a show of eating it. "Alright, boy, see you after." And with that, Jake exited the barn, starting towards the dorm building.
 
With a sigh, Em put the book on her desk and sat down on the end of her bed, biting her lip. She should go to him first, yes, that's exactly what - But that would give him the upper hand, and Em didn't want that. Frustrated, she walked out of her dorm. If she saw him, they'd talk. If not, that would be okay.
 
Jake pushed the dorm building open, rubbing the back of his neck as he started up the stairs. Seeing Em in front of her dorm, he nodded slightly, starting down the hallway for his dorm, each step taking him closer to Em.
 
As Em started walking down to take a walk, she saw Jake and stopped, not sure if he was going to his dorm, or coming to her. She blinked, and realized he was going to his own dorm. She shook her head and sighed, and continued walking down the steps
 
Jake glanced at her as she walked by, then whirrled around, taking her arm gently in his hand before she could get any farther. "Em." he started, sighing softly. "Listen..I'm sorry." he finished, watching her with a green gaze.
 
Jake sighed. "Because I didn't get it. I didn't understand why you didn't want your grandmother to come, so I pushed you too far to the awnser of 'why'. It's my fault." he said.
 
Em sighed. "Then I guess I should tell you why. My grandmother doesn't really approve of the horse I ride, or the way I do. She always finds something wrong with my posture, or Radar's build or a routine. As much as she tries to keep it in the arena, it comes back with her and she brings it up all the time. She used to be an equine, and apparently, I have big shoes to fill. That's why I was automatically in a bad mood. Sorry I flipped," she confessed, looking him in the eye the whole time.
 
Jake listened silently as she spoke, then nodded. "I understand, Em. It wasn't your fault you flipped, I'm sure I'd be the same way. So we're okay?" he asked, letting go of her arm.

Em sighed. "yeah. We're good," she said, folding her arms. If it was anyone else who grabbed her arm like that, he'd be slapped. But, this was Jake. What made him different, she wasn't sure.
 
Jake nodded. "Alright." With a small smile and a nod, he continued his way to his dorm, turning the knob and pushing open the door. Sitting down on his bed, he looked outside, hands behind his head.
 
"Okay," Em nodded, and turned around to go back to her dorm. She was kind of hoping taht Jake would argue, tell her she was way too good for her grandmother to mean that stuff, but it was okay that he didn't. As long as he did later.....She sighed and walked into her dorm, and turned on her iPod. Putting the buds in her ears, she scrolled through teh menu and turned on Breathe, by Anna Nalick. It was a great song, taht usually calmed her. She flopped down on her bed and closed her eyes, listening to the song as it played in her ears
 
Jake leaned back against the headboard, running a hand through his dark hair. Glancing around his room, he rose from the bed, heading into the bathroom for a shower. Turning on the hot water to let it run, Jake sat down on the toilet seat cover, touching the stream of water once and a while.
 
Em closed her eyes listened to Adele and Jamie O'Neal until she fell asleep to the music. She woke up and hour later with Journey in her ears. Blinking, she sat up and took the buds out of her ears, abnd looked at the clock.

Em woke up and yawned, staring at her ceiling for a few minutes. She stretched and sat up, crawling out of bed. Knotting her fingers in an attempt to wash away the exhaustion, she walked into the bathroom and splashed water on her face. She slept in an odd position, so her neck was sore and her hair was a mess. She groaned and started working to untangle her hair with a comb
 
Blinking his eyes open, Jake wiped the gunk from them, pushing himself into a sitting position. He threw back the covers, standing up from his bed, running a hand through his hair as he headed over towards the closet, pulling out a pair of jeans and a plain red tee. Glancing outside, he wondered if Em's grandmother was coming today. With a shrug, Jake pulled on his clothes, heading into the bathroom to brush his teeth.


Upon finishing, he stuffed his feet into socks and boots, opening and closing his dorm door as he started downstairs, grabbing an apple on the way by.
 
Em finished combing her hair, and rubbed her head. She sighed and put teh comb down, and picked up her toothbrush. After she brushed her teeth, she walked out and pulled a t-shirt and her tan colored jodhpurs out pf her closet. Afetr she was dressed, she walked out, then cursed as she remembered her grandmother was going to be here in a mettar of hours.
