They just drive out of town to the motel so it's assumed that they're just elsewhere in the country. From there they use shadow magic(that's what I'm calling the fact the shadows can carry people between realms) to get to Neverland. Once they're done there a few days later, they use Ryan's shadow to get back to the motel. Then they drive back to town and make sure to arrive separately.

Don't worry Eeve. There's definitely nothing up. Ryan is totally just a normal person caught by the second curse, don't worry about it.

My only suggestion for that is to either say she talked to Gold and then go talk to Ryan or write out a conversation with Gold and just piggy-back him since no-ones playing him. I've written out a short conversation with Hook like that which I may post eventually.
