Backstory: A resident of Toon Town but lost his memory one day when part of his brain was dipped but he managed to escape because a certain mouse teleported him into the real world. The gang of weasels were told to dip him since he was a toon ambassador to humans and he was starting to gain more power as he began to gain more fame and was good friends the biggest toons in the city. Now he woke up in Story Brook looking as goofy as ever and out of this world but he has no clue where he is and why. The only thing he has left is his toon instincts and that's to make anyone and everyone laugh.


Personality: A real goofball and super friendly. ( sometimes too friendly if you're a certain detective, but they're buddies now ^w^ ) He's able to make almost anyone laugh!


Job/Status in town: The Freak a funny freak but a freak nonetheless


Good, Evil or Neutral: He's mostly good but since he doesn't hate anyone and will be friendly toward villains and try to turn them good by making them laugh, and he won't want to hurt anyone so he draws the line at using his powers to hurt the innocent and even non-innocent.
