  𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐅𝐎𝐗 𝐇𝐎𝐋𝐄 — 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀
  It seemed to appear out of nowhere. By some miracle construction was done during the night, drawing curious eyes when it was suddenly up and running. The Fox Hole is a lavish building that speaks of hedonism and money. Though it has only been running for about two years now the place has quickly gained popularity. People are drawn to The Fox Hole because of its extravagance and more importantly, the alcohol that it has to offer.
  
  𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐅𝐅 — 𝗯𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗸𝘂𝗹𝗸
  What’s a business without loyal employees to help keep the place in order? Miss Coco has picked each of her employees for one reason or another. Sometimes they make things easy and come to her. Each staff member helps The Fox Hole in some way. To the outside world they are regular people but they could not be farther from the truth. The staff are all a part of the criminal organization known as The Skulk. These criminals carry out Miss Coco’s wishes and keep the club’s best interest in mind. In return they are given endless opportunities and riches.
  
  𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐄𝐑𝐀 — 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻’ 𝟮𝟬𝘀
  The economy is booming and traditionalism seems to be swept under the rug. Many people have begun to live life as though it is their last day on earth. Fashion, beauty, and entertainment are the main focuses of society at the moment. Though like any society, corruption and greed run rampant. In the bustling city of New York, one would do well to avoid the hungry jaws of the city. It’s not uncommon for people to step on others to secure a place at the top. Behind the glitz and glamor, violence runs rampant. Gangsters and old money families pull the strings from the shadows, cutting loose anyone who gets in their way.

  —THE BIG THREE.​

  
  𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐒𝐄 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐀𝐍𝐈
  House Mariani holds the title of the oldest crime family in NYC. The Mariani family are a fierce group of Italians-Americans and Italians. Their Don is simply known as Papa Mariani or Papa. He rules his family with a cruel, iron fist. There is nothing sacred when it comes to this family. They are not people of honor and are willing to go to the extreme to keep their place at the top. It is said that House Mariani caused the downfall of House Buchmann and others that came before it. House Mariani values strength and power above all else: They run a number of (rigged) casinos as well as having dealings in drug trafficking and illegal arms dealing.
  
  𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐒𝐄 𝐃𝐎𝐘𝐋𝐄Ellis Island becocked those who sought to have their own version of the American dream. House Doyle’s origins began when their found stepped into American soil. Their goal had always been to stretch their influence, which is why they branched off and came to America. House Doyle has always been a neutral party. They prefer to stay out of conflicts as best they can, even when dealing with allies. House Doyle is the type to throw stones and hide their hands. They often boast about being the “kinder” crime families but it’s all a facade truthfully. House Doyle has their hands deep in human trafficking and loan sharking. The former head of the house died a few years ago so they are now controlled by Aoife “Fee” Doyle.
  
  𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐒𝐄 𝐋𝐄𝐕𝐈𝐍𝐄 House Levine is not as old as the other houses but they are no less powerful. House Levine is made up of like minded individuals, a found family if you will. Their members come from different backgrounds and walks of life. House Levine cares little for differences. Because of this their numbers are quite vast. House Levine keeps their pockets full through armed robbery and black market auctions. The young Florence “Big Man” Levine is in charge, he also has a council that he turns to.
  
  𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐒𝐄 𝐁𝐔𝐂𝐇𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐍
  The underbelly of New York City has always been a hungry thing. With twinkling lights and sweet whispers of opportunity, it beckons the downtrodden, the greedy, and the desperate to settle within its clutches. They never see the trap laid out in front of them, not until they’re consumed by the city. The Buchmanns were a prime example of this. Having come to the US for better opportunities, they Buchmanns quickly began to secure their spot amongst the best of them. It all began with a little bar that they owned. But like Icarus they soared too high and could only watch their wings melted. Betrayal tainted the family and it soon cannibalized itself until it was seemingly no more.
