Aye! Ever watch Fight club? Was thinking of doing something along the lines of that for the mentally ill patient one. Was thinking maybe your character suffers from a psychotic break of some sorts to the point where she imagines a man. Psychopathic man at least in her head, he is. The man has his own character and personality even a back-story. They meet...and well we can discuss further details if interested.
