I’m so happy to hear you liked them and that I could do Justice to your wonderful collection of characters who I adore! When I make these I go over each characters form and try to find little bits about them that really stick out then try to find pictures that reflect that! It is part of the reason for example that I chose the frozen warriors statue image for Sigurd, because I felt it reflected his history and his relationship with his father as well as his own relationship with his emotions as the cold soldier his father made him to be if that makes sense. The same can be said for images like the golden coins for Altair, symbols of luck and prosperity but also being swept away in the current indicative of luck running out. I don’t know that all these deeper meanings really come across but I still find them fun in my own way. Plus I love finding images that fit the characters vibes and how I picture their color schemes to be, basically the colors of their souls or auras in my eyes. The quotes are always my favorite part because I truly want to capture the essence of the character as best I can do I get to pour through TONS of quotes trying to find the perfect fit and when it appears before my eyes it makes my brain very happy! Overall it is just a wonderful way for me to reacquaint myself with each character and take time to truly and deeply appreciate them at a new level. 🥰🥰🥰
 
All righty, everyone! So the challenge has officially begun! Now let's talk about the doors y'all signed up for.

Door One (white door) leads to complete darkness, and in the darkness are massive, hungry weasels with razor-sharp fangs. They are each about the size of a border collie, and unlike you, they have perfect night vision.
Door Two (wooden door) leads to a room full of ghosts that the champions know (the people can be already dead or not, optional), and they are all wielding knives. It's stabby stabby time. Spells that target the ghosts will hit and affect them like regular people, but they can touch you too.
Door Three (metal door) leads to... nothing! Congratulations, your character has just walked off the edge of a cliff into thin air. There's sharp rocks at the bottom of a hundred-foot drop. Better think fast!

pssst... wouldn't it be awesome if Theo got Splinched again during the Apparition into the arena?

Oh god I'm sorry I still haven't posted!!! I refuse to retroactively change my decision based on what's behind the doors - I am Auguste through the same door as Lyssa ! I think that is door 3?

another question— can they see the finish line(minus dark room)? or do they see another door? how far away is it?

Kill Einar (sorry Zaddy 😭😩❤️‍🔥 you're hot but what Auguste would freak out if you said something he didn't understand during the most vulnerable moment of his life lmao) and of course, marry sweet Lyssa. (and then have a lifetime of happily married fucking!)

So past the obstacles behind each of the doors is a little crossroads that simply reads left and right in some fun, hand-painted font. Think 1951 Alice in Wonderland. Some of them will have messages beneath, like "wrong way" or "pick me" or "to the finish line" or "tunnels of death and dismemberment." Whether or not the directions are trustworthy and accurate remains to be seen. And then there will be some dark underground stairs leading down from the crossroads in either direction. Dimly lit, labyrinthine cavern ensues.
