Personality:
A born competitor and more than cocky, Vincent will do anything for the spotlight. Vincent has big ambitions of becoming the greatest Boogeyman, enough to rival his father (the most notorious of them all). However, no amount of boasting can cover up the fact that he is overshadowed by his father’s legacy, no matter what he does. Especially since he is still a fledgling, Vincent often struggles to live up to his family’s reputation. Of course, he would never admit his weaknesses to the others—that would mean defeat.

Though Vincent can be abrasive if provoked, he is generally able to get along with others. He is very loud, however, and has an obnoxious laugh that often annoys people. Moreover, he tends to offend people without realizing it. In terms of romance, Vincent is your soft sweetheart, the type of man who pretends to know what he's doing... but really, has no idea where to start.

To sum it up? He just tries too hard.

Bio: Every country has one. According to most parents, a Boogeyman, of whatever variant, is sure to come for misbehaving children after sunset… to haunt their nights and twist their lovely dreams into nightmares. However, the Boogeymen have a secret of their own: they continue to haunt the very adults who scare their children into good behavior. They are the providers of every bad dream, every scary thought that ruins a good night’s sleep.

Sure, the Boogeymen have a bad reputation. In fact, the Dimitrious are some of the most notorious of them all.

But that’s exactly what makes them so powerful.

And power, Vincent learned, was all that mattered.

Born in Canterbury, England, Vincent Dimitriou is the only child of the late witch Mahiro Kurosawa and Duke Dimitriou. Fear, as Vincent’s father schooled, was imperative in this field. Not only was it way to get the job done, it was the key to keep the Boogeyman legend alive in the human world. His mother might have argued otherwise, but he would never be able to hear her take on the matter; she passed away upon childbirth.

Thus, the boy was raised by his strict father alone. Duke was the essence of everything Vincent strove to be: charming, strong, yet deadly. At the same time, Duke was the very catalyst for Vincent’s present-day insecurities.

Growing up, Vincent was always taught to instill fear into the hearts of those around him, but to never show a sign of weakness himself. Being one of many Boogeymen children in the world, Vincent was also raised with an ideology of having to be the best, in order to make father dearest proud. He was thus trained intensely everyday, mastering agility, speed, and combat skills, as well as learning to control his nightmare powers.

However, in Duke’s eyes, he was still lacking.

Rather, he was always lacking. Since birth until the ripe age of twenty, he was never good enough.

Only three years into the job, Vincent made sure to follow his father’s orders with great care. Still, the turbulent emotions within the man got to the better of him one night. After an argument with Duke, Vincent subconsciously channeled all his negative feelings into a child, almost killing her.

Thankfully, Duke sensed the negative energy, and stopped his son in time. This did not come without consequences however, and Duke, sensing his son’s weaknesses, sent him off to Oakheart Manor to recharge and rest.

Vincent knew that wasn’t the reason why his father was letting go of him.

He was a disappointment.

He had failed Duke.

And now, his father was going to replace him.

APPEARANCE Metis, despite being able to take on many forms, frequents one of a Tumblr-style anonymous character. With an androgynous human body, grey skin, no hair, no eyes, Metis looks very akin to a common creepypasta. It doesn't help that he likes to frequently wear black or grey business suits with red ties. Despite lacking eyes, Metis appears to be able to see in this form, and still possess a nose, a mouth, and ears. He commonly stands around 6', give or take a few inches.

  • PERSONALITY How Metis acts is very situational. He adapts easily to his environment. Favoring to be a quiet observer rather than one to actively partake in activities, Metis comes off as somewhat shy and reclusive, not wanting to draw attention to himself unnecessarily, as he finds it to be very awkward. He has been known to step up as a leader when none are present, and excels greatly at it while he's there. As soon as a stronger leader presents themselves, however, he's quick to back down and go back to watching. Metis tends to only intervene if something important happens. All in all, Metis is a sweetheart, and won't turn away a friend in need under any circumstance. He remains warm and open, despite everything he's seen and done in his life, forever an optimist.
    BIO Metis, despite his appearance, is not in fact a shapeshifter. No, Metis is in fact the deity that shaped the universe and all that resides within it. Call him what you want, many call him God. But Metis is not quite like the deity he's portrayed to be. Metis has been around longer than almost anyone or anything else, save for perhaps Death incarnate, who may as well be the same age as he is. He's existed for millennia upon millennia, and has seen almost all there is to see in the universe. Still, curiosity drives him on to continue watching, observing what the creatures he made do with the life he gave them.

Beneath his haughty, spoiled exterior, Olivier is highly intelligent. Capable of logically functioning at the same level as most adults, he often spends his time refined in his room reading or composing letters (usually of an angry sort). Though he doesn't outright refuse to associate with those he deems to be beneath him, he often treats them with a cold, sneering attitude. To say the least, he can be horribly judgmental and prejudiced.
Due to being sick or in pain much of the time, he doesn't leave the manor very often, preferring to tend to his affairs from the comfort of his own room.

Biography Born in the iron age, Díochú has witnessed many things throughout history. He has fought in many wars for his nation of Ireland, and outsmarted many who have wanted him dead. Although he is one of the last of the practice of druidry besides the Tuatha De Daan he seeks a pupil to one day revive his art of protecting the earth. He has learned many things and mastered many more in order to survive a harsh world that seeks his demise, yet his prolonged life is no run of the mill magic or deal with gods of death. Bio:
Banba's childhood was a fairly normal one. She was the middle child in a happy family, two older brothers and two younger sisters, both sets being twins. She lived in a small town, no bigger than 1,000 people living there. Banba's family lived on a farm, and when she was younger Banba and her siblings loved to explore the surrounding forests. One day, when Banba was about 12, she went out on her own. She became lost, until she came across an old looking hut, seemingly abandoned. Curious as she was, Banba went to investigate. There was nothing of interest inside but an old potbellied cauldron turned over, the kind she had seen witches use in movies. Curiousity drove her to explore further, pushing the pot over, releasing a cloud of black smoke from underneath. From it, a woman formed, screaming at the young girl. As Banba fled, her ears grew and drooped, horns painfully sprouting from her head.

Personality: A 'matter of fact kind of guy' who while sometimes can get brought down by what he is has a fairly positive if realistic outlook on life. He is an easy going kind of going guy, never really getting bothered by much, happy enough with a cigar, bowl of curry and a few good mates. James is fairly social kind of guy normally getting along with the other residents. If he gets mad, he normally punches something or someone. Don't be that thing. Bio: Franky was... not born of course but made, specifically in 1943. He was found by a bunch of troops early on during the invasion of Italy. At first afraid and confused, the government at the time made him an honorary citizen after he helped fight with the allied forces. Eventually, after the war ended, he spent much of his time at a government facility where he was taught how to read, write and all the other fun things of human culture. In 1959 he was given honorary human rights status. They told him he could leave and join a home for people like him. Oakheart Manor. He remembers first going there. Meeting the owner. Getting to know the owner (hope it is okay if I imply they have done the dance).One day an old war buddy hooked him up with a job as a mechanic at his garage. It's fun work even if the costumers give him weird looks.
