If you were to use Time as an element you'd have to DM me just what exactly you intend to use within it. Time can be very OP and plot breaking, literally , you could go back and kill my dad.

Oh. Like uh... Battle Oriented. Like, not crazy stuff like that, like in the midst of battle. +Hints of knowing the future on the side. For plot conveniences and progression. I can see what you mean by Time being Overpowered in some cases. @Mr Swiftshots And maybe added with like this character cannot turn back time, or he can, but he just can watch.

Alright. Time to explain what I mean...
As you have stated, time is a very delicate matter, and it takes t--- I'm not going to finish that word. As I was saying, when I mean in the midst of battle, like, rewinding it to a more... 'favorable outcome', that said, at first he can't spam this ability. As it takes t--- I'm not going to finish that word either. But, basically, he can just nope his way out of things, well not constantly, but with like 1-15 minute cooldowns. 1 minute meaning like, he really needs to use that ability constantly in life or death situations and less of "Friendly Battling". There are still many holes to this, and I may need some help filling. Any thoughts @Mr Swiftshots?

@XxCharColexX I don't think time itself should be rewritten , however I think his personal time could be. For example the attack will still hit but your character could reverse his personal time in order to heal and or extinguish things such as flames or poison. He could also rewrite his position by reversing his own time. Like a fixed teleport.
Likewise he may , may , under some circumstances speed up others. For example speed up the pace of which someone is bleeding or speed up the pace in which someone is being poisoned. Stuff like that would of course be very circumstantial.
