Because her mother was a translator and her father was a photographer, the two kids moved around a lot from country to country. Her parents were determined to keep them in normal schooling though. Mae knew from a young age that she was very intelligent and had an unusually good memory. For a good portion of her life, she embraced this fact until kids started bullying her and calling her a "know-it-all" and a "teacher's pet". She kept her grades up, but stopped answering questions in class and talking about school. More people started to hang out with her because she started acting a bit more dense, but she didn't really like feeling dumb, so she went to NYU to pursue a field in biochemistry.

Mae is bubbly, kind, and eccentric, in a few words. She usually has a smile on her face and is always making new friends. She was always considered the "Social Butterfly" of her family. However, most people perceive her as a bit of an idiot because of her personality and tendency to say random things. Mae is actually extremely intelligent, able to figure large equations in her head and remember extensive pieces of information. She can talk circles around people when it comes to certain subjects. When she's not in school though, she tends to act like a slight dim person out of fear of annoying people or having them push it away for being a "know-it-all" like when she was a kid.

She is close to her younger brother and will not hesitate to defend him in a second if someone is bothering him. She considers him one of her best-friends.

Because of this, Thorne discovered from a young age that he loved books and movies. He decided he wanted to be a director or possibly a screenwriter when he was older. His parents encouraged this and as a result, sent him to NYU with his sister.

His father abused and his mother could care less about him cause she only cared about sex because of this he grew up around it and expericed it early in life at the age of sex when his father began to molest him. He was eventually taken away from his parents, who were arrested , and placed in a orphanage when he turned 7. In the orphanage he meet a girl named Erica Morgan , they became the best of friends and did everything together and stuck by each other , even when he came out as gay she didn't care I promised that she would beat the shit out of anyone who tried to hurt him. He and Erica were lucky adopted by the same person when Sage was 11. His life was happy except for the occasional break up and such.
