In terms of abilities, Shaggy does not possess any noteworthy abilities. Shaggy might have some abilities displayed on 'accident', such as enhanced superhuman abilities (able to par with Scooby, whose breed can run pretty damn fast, and of course, run as fast if not faster than most spooks chasing after them), and most notably his superhuman appetite that allows him to chow down on food for hours on end.

In his lugguage, Shaggy carries spare clothing (they all look the same) and a good amount of ingredients for food, and also a healthy (unhealthy?) supply of Scooby Snax.

Personality:
Shaggy comes off as a lot of things - laid back, relaxed, greedy and oftentimes a coward. He's defied these traits in times of peril, when there's no one to step up - especially his cowardly nature, where he steps up and becomes brave if need be.

I'm not even going to specify which show this one comes from.

  • Vastayan Physiology:Sett is a the son of a vastayan woman and a human man, granting him a unique nature. It's unknown how much of his vastayan heritage he carries within him.
    • Kinetic Absorption: Sett can absorb the energy created by attacks thrown at him to strengthen himself, storing that energy to enhance his physical skills to better defeat his foes. Once he absorbs the energy, he can them release it in his attacks, creating destructive waves of energy through his punches easily devastating all his foes nearby.

Personality: Sett's a tough, no-nonsense boss who is fair but really firm. He's not a temperamental hothead, but someone with an eye for business who knows how to put the troublemakers in their places. He treats his underlings very well, but won't hesitate to remind them who's the boss if he has to. Sett hides his illegal activities from his mother, not wanting her to be troubled by them. He often lies to her, wanting to be a good son for his beloved ma. He bares a lot of resentment against his father for abandoning them, and if he ever gets the chance, his old man is gonna be put under for it.

Bio:
Settrigh, or Sett as he would be known, was born in Navori, Ionia Crest icon Ionia to a vastayan mother and human father out of wedlock, being a crossbreed of the two races. Due to his hybrid blood and being a bastard child, Sett was an outcast among his peers and his parents were ostracized by their respective races. Those who bullied Sett were intimidated by his father's reputation as a pit fighter in Noxus Crest icon Noxus, but when his father went missing, the bullies spared Sett no mercy. He was constantly beaten up and insulted, being called the "Beast-Boy Bastard". Eventually, Sett had enough of the bullying and began to fight back by punching them into submission. His fights became so notorious that the news reached his mother, who warned him not to go to the pits where his father had fought.

One night, Sett snuck to a local pit while his mother was asleep, and witnessed the battles conducted between numerous fighters as Noxian soldiers in the audience cheered with bloodlust. At the end of the event, Sett asked the staff if they knew his father, and they told him that he had left to fight in pits across other parts of Runeterra to seek greater fortune.

R. Jacqui Montpellier is a 30-year-old junior associate at an international law firm in Geneva, Switzerland with an unfortunate habit of bumping off the criminals she fails to prosecute. She is bright and intelligent with a flair for the dramatic; she has a post-graduate degree in criminal law and was quite active in the local amateur drama-theatre scene of Reims. And like her penchant for theatre, her victims see a very person when the mask falls -- one of violence, and selfishness. Though her father was German, and her mother French; she claims no permanent home in either country, as her occupation keeps her traveling. She grew up in an upper-class neighborhood. Her mother left when she was young, leaving her with her father, who by day was an excellent defense attorney, and at night an infamous drunk.

Physically, Jacqui is in pretty good shape. She is average-height with copper brown skin, a tan renewed every summer when she vacations on the island of Majorica. She has auburn hair and grey eyes. She has been known to dye her hair on occasion to blonde. She has a scar beneath her chin running down her neck; a kindly reminder of her first attempt at "extra-judicial-activities" with alleged serial killer Gabriel Krajovic, where she barely escaped with her life. She is currently in a relationship with Leonard Anton May. Leonard is 18 years older than her and works as a novelist, writing noir detective fiction, published in online serials.

Jacqui's mentor is Silas McClintock, and her best friend is Melanie von Beck. The former is a senior associate soon-to-be partner at her law firm, and the latter is a rising star in the Swiss Federal Office of Police.

Suspicion Rating (1-10): 8. She most definitely kills, but usually only those who she feels are guilty of escaping conviction or who attack her first.

While not having any physical capabilities he seems to have at least some charisma or control being able to make pacts with the living or dead to keep them on earth as a spirit. It is implied he has some sort of control over those he makes a pact with, and controls when they live or die, however to make a pact he needs a contract and a stamp with a seal which he didn't bring on the trip (Cant give immortality) for obvious reasons )He does have the capability to use some Glyphs to control some elements and use magic, however, this power isn't shown in the comic, so it's unclear if he's experienced or has used them in the past

Owner, clown, and ringmaster of the circus, also known as Tonny. Tonny is the reason why the members of the circus are alive, and he forged the first contract between Dotty and her lover to ensure that they died but were able to reside on Earth as ghosts. Dispite his outgoing nature onstage and leadership capabilities when nobody objects to him, he is very timid and can't handle even the slightest rebellion as seen when he it being bullied by literal children

When she was first introduced in MKII, Jade was the only secret character to possess an outright special ability: an absolute immunity to projectile attacks. Any projectiles thrown at her would fly harmlessly pass her. Aside from that, her style of combat was identical to Kitana's, wielding a pair of copper fans during gameplay.

When she was made playable, she displayed slightly more aptitude than her other counterparts. Unlike Kitana and Mileena, Jade wielded two weapons: a steel, sharp-pointed staff which transforms itself into a supply of 'razorangs' (a portmanteau of 'razor' and 'boomerangs'). She displayed the most effectiveness with the staff, preferring weapon combat over hand-to-hand combat.

During one of her Fatalities and her win pose, the staff left behind purple energy trails, hinting at magical properties. The staff has also been redesigned twice, first displayed as mentioned above, but in Deception, given a larger spearhead at one end, whilst in Shaolin Monks, it is a simple iron staff with no sharp ends. In MK 2011, the staff reverts back to its original steel design, but heavily features the purple aura during gameplay as well and has the ability to change length.

She also displayed skill with the razorangs, able to retrieve her weapons as they returned to her without cutting herself and can alter their trajectory at will. Jade is able to emit a 'force rejection field' around her, which seems to cause projectiles in particular to fly right through her like air.
