During school bullying got harder to ignore and Emery took up some bad habits. Smoking, vandalism, the usual. Once in a while overdosing was a thing but it would fall short. High school still sucks but at least people have stopped caring about who he is.

He would constantly end up in the principle's office throughout middle and high school (sometimes elementary,too) because he would fight to relieve stress and built up tension though many of those fights would end him up with more than just a simple emergency room visit and sometimes Felix thought he would truly die because of a tussle with the wrong person. In the eight grade Felix experimented with drugs and alcohol, stuck with alcohol but left the drugs because it worried Emery. Felix plans on leaving as soon as he graduates and is seen as a person with a "gives no fucks" attitude.

She sometimes has a hard time studying and reading the language. So, she has to call upon help for that, but socially, she has no problem. She also is quite fond of hanging out with what most popular people would consider, 'The Lesser Crowd.' Those with less appeal, though she finds that the warmth and kindness in their hearts are all she needs, it gives her a much more satisfying enjoyment than running around with the demoralizing groups.

She soon came to realize that everyone she considered a "friend" only used her to get to Jane. Same with the boys she liked. When she found all of this out, she made it a point to become the opposite of her sister. She has her eyebrow pierced as well as her lip. She has a tattoo of a crown on the back of her neck, a pair of angel wings on her back, and an anchor on her hip. She hates school with all that she has since she finds herself being the outcast everywhere she goes. Amite does whatever she wants when she wants and is not afraid to go after what she wants. The party gal with a drug problem. It's simple to assume that, especially when society is solely focused on putting a label on a person with problems to deal with on their own time. Of course, Bennett wasn't always like this, at least not before things took a spiral down the rabbit hole. She was fourteen when she moved into town with her older brother. Ben's parents were long out of the picture, and she was contempt with her sibling's guardianship. It was a fresh start for the two of them, and the stereotypical beginning of a small-town movie. The situation was great until Ben's brother decided the pressure of being a stand-in parent was too much. The twenty-three year old left his sister; leaving her to the foster care system with a note that read it was all for "good intentions." It was a mistake on his part, but he didn't have the guts to look back. By now, the usual story would shift. Ben would live with some foster parents and hitch a ride on the wild side, but I'll have you know, the foster parents weren't any help. Normally, with every "bad kid" case, the foster parents would try to take away their new addition from the crazy environment they decided to put themselves in; only this time, that isn't exactly what happened. The girl's new guardians were the ones to expose her, teaching her the ways of the road and essentially the "party-hearty" attitude she's now known for. It's not her fault her life's a living Wonderland, but at least the people at school don't give a sh*t.


(I have no idea what happened to this backstory. xD I apologize if it's chaotic. My mind is just somewhere else.)

But when her new classmates shunned her, called her names and bullied her to no end she had had enough with being unwelcome. When she finally left the school because her father died in a car accident, she went back to high-school and spent the following weeks blending into the background. Unnoticed so she wouldn't be treated poorly.


Kris generally is a gentle soul, who wouldn't hurt a fly. She tries to connect with others when she feels her emotions will remain their only slightly damaged selves.

In one of their trips, one to China, the parents of the boy decided to leave him in a Buddhist Monastery for a couple of days while they hiked a mountain to a remote location to meet with a great philosopher now living in isolation. Unfortunately for the six year old boy, his parents were killed in an accident while climbing the mountain. For ten years, he lived with the monks, specifically the Shaolin monks, and learned not only their ways of life but gained overall knowledge and wisdom. A couple of weeks ago his aunt was able to track him down to the monastery and take him back home to live in the town his mother grew up on. Due to his strange ways (he's only just recently let his hair grow back and started wearing normal clothing) he's been made an outcast.
