Fantasy No Mortals (Accepting new characters!)

Nanautzin could hear the hound growling, giving away her hiding spot. Rather than continuing to approach Nanautzin knelt down and touched the earth. From his hand a viral membrane spread arcoss the ground directly towards both the officer and the hound. Hopefully this would drive her out of her hiding spot and if not maybe he could infect her. Nanautzin just hoped that the sniper didn't keep bothering him.

Gabriel chuckled as she sensed the plague spreading from a particular direction. She leant in towards the dog, whispering "Do you feel that, pup? Go get it." The hound barked and ran towards the source of the sickness, Officer pushing herself up to stand.

Acantha smiled as her long range scanners, sensors and cameras gave her a perfect view in what is happening. She sipped on a drink that she promptly looted from before the whole tournament started. As of right now shes betting with herself on which side will become victorious. Either way didn't change what will happen with what she'll do next. Go back to the fleet tell everyone that she saved her 'dear' otrov from the clutches of the immortals. She wondered if she will get a promotion, maybe along with Otrov? She shrugged the thought away and continued to drink hat delicious, whatever.

"Yes" he said flinching as he took damage. This person certainly was strong "The Power of Gravity is great, but it requires some time to fully show off" he chuckled as he brought his hands together. Dozens of pinprick lights appeared around Salegg "Neutrinos are very small and have nearly no affect on everything else" these small lights began to shoot towards Salegg. The damage would be minimal, however the energy from these dense Neutrinos was like Radiation was to a Mortal. It stuck around and continued to do damage. This was beneficial to Alex because he couldn't attack like this forever, grabbing and controlling the fast and small Neutrino's with his gravity took up a lot of energy.

"However, the denser they are compacted, the more damage they do" when a star went Supernova, the amount of dense Neutrinos that were expelled could instantly kill a Mortal, with an Immortal, the damage was directed at the soul. The greatest thing was that Neutrinos were capable of passing through nearly anything.

"I'm afraid you won't have that luxury, child!" Salegg raised his arms and summoned forth a large tidal wave, increasing the density of water where he predicted the attacks would fly through. "Hm, an intelligent move, biding your time until help arrives? Though it appears nobody is coming to your aid, face defeat, Immortal!" He then continued to walk forward, tanking damage from the dense particles that passed through his barrier. He felt them chipping away at his soul's shell, but it was able to repair itself faster than the particles could do eat away at it. Upon reaching the wave, he motioned with his hands to re-form the water energy into a large fan-like blade, which he proceeded to strike at Alex with from above. Continuously adding water to the blades and changing the angles at which he attacked.

@Seraph Darkfire

"Well kind of" he chuckled at Salegg's words "Just waiting for you to get closer" Alex knew he couldn't win against this guy, so it seemed like a good idea to go all out. His hands slowly turned black as the light around them vanished, making them appear empty. Energy from his body flowed into a single point in his palm "You see, Black Holes absorb a lot, but they don't really have anywhere to put it. It just keeps getting more and more compressed until...boom, the corona comes flying out"

'This is so going to hurt' Alex, with all of his control over gravity couldn't stop a full powered burst from a Black Hole. With a cracking, screeching noise, the metal of the station was sucked into his palms as he pulled his hands apart. The air and light around him warped and twisted. For a moment, it seemed as if Alex was the center of the universe.

He then pushed forward with his palms, diving into Salegg's attack. He felt it striking against his soul, his soul cracking under both his own attack and Salegg's. Then, there was a small, nearly silent pop that was immediately erased as the energy was released. Alex's arms up to the elbow were disintegrated.

Everything around them seemed to crack and get pulled into the vortex. Fortunately for Alex, he wasn't facing the attack. However, this attack wasn't much for avoiding it's creator. The resulting blast of energy would destroy everything in front of it, tearing and absorbing everything as it traveled through space. Even Alex wasn't sure how far it would go before burning out.

But he wasn't in much shape to worry about it. The backlash wave sent him flying backwards through the space station and out into space, traveling at sub-light speeds.

@Rurnur

((And Alex makes his escape....well less of an escape and more of a suicide attack. Salegg will most likely avoid a majority of the blast, but he won't get out with just a bruise. However, Alex is pretty much down for now.))

Nanautzin continued to to spread his virus over the earth until he noticed a dog made of earth bolt out from the officers hiding spot straight at him. Nanautzin was actually surprised that the female had enough energy to create anything after her serpent. As the dog charged him Nanautzin used his superior speed and strength to kick the earth dog away and make his way over to the officer.

" You seem tired miss. Perhaps you should cease this foolish endeavor before you I lose my patience." Nanautzin suggested showing surprising restraint.

"Oh? You have something for me?" Salegg frowned, watching Alex's movements as he consistently striked down upon his opponent's soul. Then, upon detecting the mass energy build-up, he stepped back, preparing to defend himself. "Even all of the energy you muster can't stop me, try it!" He shouted and pulled the water towards him, surrounding himself in a super-dense sphere of energy.

To Salegg's surprise, the energy levels of his attack continued to rise. Was he putting all the energy of his soul into one attack? It was suicide, but in this state, it would surely put a crack in Salegg's soul, if he allowed the attack to connect successfully. "I can.. take it.." He muttered as he began pouring more water into his barrier, pushing it against the attack, but he couldn't force out enough in time to deflect it.

Salegg released the grip on his energy and kicked back through the air, absorbing the water back into his soul. As the blast was about to connect with his soul, a huge burst of white light shone out around Salegg's form, allowing the attack to pass through him. All that was left was a kneeling figure, wearing bulky white armour, in the stadium remnants, dripping with water. "Hm.. that's something, he forced me to use this." The Captain said while standing up weakly, there was a large crack across his chestplate, and chips taken out all across his Soul Armour. "Impressive" He stated, sliding his hands across the damaged armour, slowly repairing it using Aether. This was his emergency defense, this armour would serve as a barrier that must first be destroyed to damage his soul, and also allow for more free-flowing energy, increasing his overall combat capabilities.

"Oh?" Under normal circumstances Acantha would've probably helped the immortals, but with the scythe girl and this light sniper it wouldn't be wise to do so seeing how they'd most definitely retaliate and report this to the fleet. She clicked on the recording button as Gravity boy charged up, she noted the fact that he most likely didnt mean to directly hit the captain. So he can crack soul armor.. She wondered about attcking the captain now that he was at this state but upon seeing the armor repairing she decided not to.

I wonder if that gravity kid is okay. She thought about going after him for a few seconds. But remembered that otrov was in her ship and she wanted to learn more about this captains abilities as well as the other artificials. The snake lady seems to be having problems and the light sniper is nowhere to be seen, hmfpt.

Otrov

Theon's soul had slowly begun to repair the intial crack that knocked him unconscious, though through this process, his soul wasn't able to regenerate much energy, so he was still exhausted and unable to fight. Upon the sealing of his soul, his eyes opened once again, and looked around the room. "Ah.." He groaned, trying to push himself up off the ground. "Where's my team.." Mumbling with his head down, he stood up and leaned against a nearby wall.

Upon hearing Otrov awakening Acantha spit her drink onto her cockpit screen and rushed over to the controls to quickly turn it off and set course for the fleet. She swiveled her chair around to face Otrov with a cheerful smile. "Oh! Otrov! You're awake! I though youd be in a coma or something!"

Otrov's face scrunched up as he noticed Acantha, losing energy as he slid back down onto the ground. "Ugh.. why am I with you? Where is my team? Take me to them at once!" He rubbed at his face, looking at the ship's interior. It seemed mostly fuzzy to him. "Is this your ship?"

Always the serious type. "Your team is busy worrying about you, you were injured and i am taking you back to the fleet for further analysis." There better be a good promotion for saving you. She looked off to the side appearing concerned. "Its best if they knew you'd be okay than help fight the immortals. Im pretty weak compared to all of you, you know." She wasnt sure if that was truth or lie.

Breathing hard, he pushed himself back off the ground. "Are you saying.. Gabriel is still with those demons, alone? Did you see how many people were there? How could you leave her?" He clenched his fists tightly. "Acantha.. you have to be kidding me, even for you, that's.. awful.." He stumbled slightly and crouched on one knee. "Dammit.. I failed her. I shouldn't have listened to you and your moronic plans." He coughed and started fading in and out of consciousness.

"Nawh shes doing great the last time i saw her," cough cough "and i called in reenforcements, they sent a SS class water dude with soul armor, the works." Such a hardass "..and a light sniper that i couldnt identify cause i was busy getting you to safety." She waved her hands while explaining everything in half truths. "You have to give some credit" she winked

"Huh.. well I guess that's a little better." Theon slid back down to the ground, taking a deep breath. "Either way, I can't keep covering for you, Acantha. Do you realise how easily I could have you executed? If I wasn't so easy on you, of course.." He shook his head dissaprovingly. "I uh.. appreciate the concern you had for me, whether or not it was a convenient excuse to get out of the fight or not.. but you must remember the purpose of the Grand Fleet Military."

"Right! For mortals to live without the influence of immortals right?" She winked at him again. "And if you wanted to have me executed youd be executing yourself as well, and Gabriel." Maybe that was too harsh "but come on, lat least now you have a better idea of what the ultimate enemy's power will be like right? The demons." Acantha crossed her legs in a casual manor. "Plus it was all worth it to have non-fleet food and to see non-fleet mortals have fun."

"Well yes, to remove Immortals and Demons from this world. So only mortals remain, after all, technically we're all Mortals here in the military." Theon removed his cap and rubbed his nose, feeling more coherent now. "You know it wasn't a threat, my point was.. do you really know what you're getting into, here? You know what the Grand Fleet is going to do when they hear about this region.. and it's nothing good. You think the Sentinels are going to waste their time, scooping up screaming Mortals before the Fleet destroys their home worlds? No, and they won't even break a sweat while doing it." He sighed.

"Yes but the grand fleet is so boring plus i have an ass hat of a commander." Whom i should get rid of soon "he didnt like me so he sent me to bad town on my first recon my first recon mission and almost got eaten by a demon. what about you? 'Dear' otrov? The last time we spoke you were a little.." Acanthas eyes darted up and down Otrov. "..Mortal"

"He sent you to Bad Town? You realise you could just have him killed for that if you reported it to someone of high power? Besides, you should know better than to get near Bad Town, no matter what some worthless commander tells you." Theon didn't believe she actually went to Bad Town, most likely just a story to make him pity her, and ignore her wrongdoings. "What about me? I'm just trying to do my job, and you should too. Take us back to the space station, immediately. Or do you want to be the one who personally signs the death warrant for this 'Red Zone'? If so, you better hope the Captain didn't notice you there."

Acantha looked away, "but you're injurreeeddd" she a Said in a over the top concerned voice. "And you havent told me of the tale on how you got un-mortal-fied"

Gabriel chuckled, looking towards the approaching Nanautzin. the Officer stood further straight up by holding onto a small, still standing piece of wall. "Orders are orders, mister Nanautzin... besides, I can rest when I'm dead." She said, the look in her eyes confirming her words, there was no going back from this.

@SleepyBuddha

Acantha looked up "i dunt wanna" but something tells me youd force it. She swiveled around and sharply turned the ship back so Otrov can feel it. "There you go" she said in her childish voice. At least i can try to get that captain to not say that ive gone rogue and simply went to help otrov.

"Finally. Now leave me here until I have my energy back, go out and check if the rest of them are okay." He climbed up from the floor into one of the seats in the cockpit. He wondered why she even joined the military in the first place, but at least he could try and help her out, so she won't end up getting herself executed.
