- Businessman - After his discharge from the military, Panadero ventured into the world of business, establishing himself as the CEO of Serfa S.A., a company specialising in the manufacture and distributionof industrial goods. Serfa Motores and Serfa Accesorios are the most notable holdings of the company, producing motor vehicles and home appliances respectively

The Blacks - Panadero affiliated himself with the movement due to its libertarian approach, especially with the Children of the Republic in accordance to his own beliefs on how the nation should be administered. However, he sees the Front with great disdain, considering them nothing more than thugs and authoritarians seeking to exploit the Civil War for their own personal gain, who will only thrust the country into ruin should they come to power.

First serving as a cadet against the Colonial Rebellions Nogueira had a long and succesful career as an Officer, advancing in ranks through the decades and serving in almost every war in the last fourty years until his dismissal as a result of the Republican Army Reforms.

High Commissioner (Formerly):
Nogueira served two terms as High Commissioner of The Protectorate after the Military coup two decades ago and had a significant role in pushing back the Rebels and restoring order to the Protectorate, often using brutal methods to weaken the Guerrillas, torture, mass-killings and torching of native villages was common under his administration as a part of his Anti-Guerrilla Campaign. It's also widely speculated Colonel Nogueira used torture and execution liberally during his tenure but the evidence is lacking. After Colonel Nogueira suffered a lung infection he was removed from his office and transfered back to the mainland for treatment. After his recovery he was promoted to the rank of Brigadier General but was taken out of active duty and posted to the Military Academy to teach the next generation. A post he would continue to serve in until his dismissal by the government.

A lifetime spent fighting against numerous rebel factions in the colonies and having been one of the many officers that was vital to supressing the Rebellion in the protectorate General Nogueira has mastered the art of fighting against disorganized armies.

Tactician:
Believing in the rights of Officers to take initiative as they see fit without getting bogged down in Military Bureaucracy Nogueira favours immidiate action over tedious and long strategical planing which he sees as one of the reasons why the Nation was unsucessful in it's wars during the last century. He has learned to use his resources to their best and plan battles with the current numbers at hand , which has worked rather well in his campaign in the Protectorate.

Administrator:
Having been the Governor of the Protectorate Nogueira is well-versed in the art of managing a state, from tax collection to Governmental services, however his specific way of administrating is harsh and often cruel, especially for the mainland yet whatever he lacks for civility he makes up for it with his efficiency.

The Whites: Being part of the Old Guard he sided with his former collogues and students in the Iron Unity faction the moment they declared their intentions of overthrowing the Republican government, coupled with his disdain for the Republic, as it destroyed his way of life and carreer Nogueira is determined to bring an end to the remnants of the weak republic he also harbours sympathies towards Monarchists, having been a known Monarchist ever since his days as a young officer.

Occupation -Mechanic: Having graduated from engineering school with flying colors, Rodrigo's ambitions at obtaining a Master's degree were shattered with the bankruptcy of his father's company. Unable to take the shock, he committed suicide. No longer able to afford being a student, Rodrigo found work at a small workshop, struggling to make enough money to support both himself and his grieving mother.

Important Skills - Expert Tinkerer: Being a trained engineer and having studied several passages on chemistry and physics in his spare time, Rodrigo is capable of constructing, repairing, or modifying a very wide variety of implements. This allows him to be useful in practically any situation, as he is certain to manage to create something useful, Sometimes even out of mundane materials.

Brawler: As he has moved to a far less favorable part of the city, he has learned to fend for himself, and has done so on numerous occasions

Determined: Being a bit of a naive Idealist isn't always a negative thing: Rodrigo is certain anything can be achieved: One only needs to try hard enough. This allows him to exceed his limits, if only for a short while.
