After Roxie entered the door and left Archibald in the park alone he made sure to remove the wards and to make sure no trace of magic was left. It was common knowledge that rogue mages have been known to try and use any way possible to reach the academy. It was not fully known why but it was thought that there was something there that they wanted but the headmaster would not confirm if this may be true. There must of been a reason why but he would've never thought what it could be. It didn't really matter as long as it didn't become a bigger problem later on.

Once he was finished up he teleported back to the academy with the intent of finishing his preparations. Once all of the books, equipment, and uniforms were sent to be delivered to the new students rooms that left him with some free time. As it happened to be still the morning he decided to finally get something to eat. Heading to the kitchen he wondered why they did have anything ready yet to eat. No doubt the students would want something before the festival, unless They were expecting to get things done quickly.

"Alright what can I find to eat in hear," he said walking inside to open one of the top cabinets to see inside.

Azura Indukala
"Something to put the skittish students at ease."
She said, before placing a finger on her chin.
"And cute. So the students have something to talk about."
She added, twirling her hand in the air to make water appear and make her hand go through motions of dancing positions, seemingly bored out of her head. She wanted something to do.

Zain Qalli
Zain nodded as he entered the kitchen with Lavi, and saw the aura of Archi, nickname mentally called Archibald. He'll never say his nickname for all teachers aloud unless he lets it slip, resulting in being asked why they had said nickname. The bright blue gold flecks with red trim aura was Archi all over. He knew it from anywhere. Well, some had interesting auras but none like Bal and Hect, those were some very interesting auras he had seen. He mentally shook his head. He was getting off topic.
"Hello Archibald, fancy seeing you here instead of your room or the library."
Zain said

Lavigna Lockheart

A gasp escaped Lavigna's crimson lips when she caught sight of the anime-loving teacher rummaging for food in one of the kitchen's cabinets. Zain was right, it was rare to see Archibald without his nose deep into a book. "Oh look! It's our favorite nerd- Archie-boy!" she exclaimed with a grin painted on her face, "What are you doing here? Trying to set the kitchen on fire?" she playfully teased.

With that, the red-haired proceeded to grab a nearby black apron and tie her thick hair up into a ponytail. She faced the two men and gave them a thumbs-up, "Gentlemen, today is your lucky day. I, Lavigna Lockheart, shall cook for you!" she unnecessarily announced with one fist raised high on the air and another on her hips to create a dramatic pose, "Just gimme a moment."

Lavigna immediately flew into action. She grabbed particular ingredients and tools from the cupboard and cabinets (while shoving Archie on the process) before getting to work. Crack the eggs, pour the right amount of flour, mix it and etc; needless to say, the whip lady knew what she was doing. Lavigna laughed to herself as she prepared breakfast for the two. Soon, they'll taste her special recipe...

ezgif-1-1b2d3af8bf.pngAfter Atsuko left Roxie sighed in relief. "Annoying ass girl. 'Besides you, like you could use a friend.'" She said mockingly. She then walked over to the left bedroom and started unpacking her things. She had to admit she was really impressed by the rooms. She never really imagined they get something this nice. As she was unpacking she noticed someone come in. "Right roommates.....just great." With her luck, she'd be rooming with some annoying girl. She never bothered to look at the name next to her's when she was looking for her room. The only thing she unpacked was her clothes. She took her last two suitcases and put them in the closest. She'd deal with it later now she just needed a place for her doll. "Now where should I hide this....." She decided to stuff the box under her bed, for now, that was what she did at home. After she was done she decided to go see what kind of bimbo idiot she would have to deal with. When she came face to face with her roommate it was clear what she was surprised. "A guy?" Well, strangely enough, she kind of preferred it. "Thank God I thought I was going to be stuck rooming with some damn bimbo." She looked him up and down. Though she never admit, it he wasn't bad looking. "Roxie Heart." She said stating her name.

uIHPAYAr.pngAstuko was in the right bedroom unpacking her clothes when suddenly she heard someone burst in and screamed,

“I want the right side!”

Atsuko jumped slightly and quickly turned around to see a pretty girl with long pink hair. She noticed the girl was looking her up and down.

“Oh, it’s a child...”

Atsuko's eye twitched. "I'm not a child!!....I mean I know I look young but I'm actually 18." She turned around and continued to unpack. "Sorry about the room but I got here first and I plan on keeping the right side." Atsuko then turned back around to look at the girl. "Anyway, it's nice to meet you, roommate!" She said with a bright smile. "I'm Astuko!"

54596180_p0.jpgAs Alice was waiting for the students to find their rooms and a little acquainted with their roommates she noticed Shizue approaching the dorms with one of the students. Alice started to panic. Did I leave one behind?! She thought to herself. She watched as Shizue walked up to her and you could tell she seemed distraught.

"Alice, Himegami just had a panic attack earlier, it would be best for you to keep an eye out for her condition during your guide."

Alice's eyes widen and she looked at Shizue. "What?! Do you mean to tell me I left a student behind while they were having a panic attack? And I didn't even notice!?" She dropped her clipboard and pin then dramtically fell on to her hands and knees and stared at the ground. "How could I make such a serious mistake!" Her thoughts then started running. "What if the student hates me now cause I left her behind? Then she tells the other students, which will soon reach the faculty and then the headmaster will find out then everyone will hate me and I'll be fired!!"Alice was now crying probably on the verge of a panic attack herself.

Clair O'Reilly
"Alright and with the hall secured that checks off everywhere. Not a single abnormality nor hint of obscure mana floating about the show. Looks like orientation is safe to go ahead as planned... I better go inform the principal" And with that Clair practically spun on the spot and began heading off towards the headmaster's office until she was stopped by a sudden impact. Said impact being a straggler initiate. "Transportation magic doesn't show you your destination in the regular sense of the word no. Instead, you must open your senses and feel out your destination. You must sense the aura of the objects and those living in order to accurately judge your jump. But don't worry you'll get there eventually. I'm Clair, a member of staff here at the academy. I believe you must be one of our new students correct?"

Astrylan Astrylan

Min'Karai was a bit taken aback by Clair's obvious lack of surprise, until he realized stuff like this is probably quite normal for a magic academy...
"Uh, yea I'm Min'Karai. I just got here. I have no clue where I'm going though. Can you help me out?"
Min'Karai looks around the hallway for a bit before looking back at Clair. Then remembers that the time on the letter basically means he is late. "Crap, I'm late, aren't I?"
Min'Karai scratches his head. "Sorry, for some reason the portal or whatever only just now appeared for me. Though I am partially to blame, I wasn't at home until recently..."
Min'Karai looks anywhere that's not towards Clair.

Hector had been waiting a bit before he realised that his roommate had been there the whole time in the other room. In a way he was lucky that he hadn't walked into the other room by mistake. It was only the day they had arrived and he was not into having a bad first impression with people. And rest assured without knowing anything about her he was sure it would not be good to walk in while she was unpacking. Well that was something he had learned from past experience anyway, that and always put the toilet seat down but that is another story to never be told. Anyway, he was trying to think of how to introduce himself when she walked out of her room giving telling him her name. He had never really been greeted in such a straightforward yet limited way before so he was not entirely certain on how to respond. Come to think about it she also had the looks of someone who plays the part of a tough girl in a movie. Although he was a writer himself and new well enough that such cliches should not be used to understand people in real-life. He was just going have to wing-it when it came to introducing himself.

" Hector Morgan," he replied. "Nice to meet you. Hope you don't mind having a guy as a roommate."

Clair O'Reilly
A short sigh escaped Clair the second the words 'can you help' escaped the first year's mouth. Of course Clair had no problem helping out in any way shape or form but in this case, helping the young student meant she'd be putting herself right in front of Alice who for lack of a better word was out on a mission and would send Clair to see the headmaster if she even hiccuped out of place on such a day. Alas, she couldn't very well leave the boy after he had asked for help now could she? And so with her manners in mind as well as the boy's best interests Clair straightened out her posture and gave her response "Kid, if there's one thing you'll learn from studying at this academy it's that time is all but an illusion. Don't worry about being late, orientation hasn't started yet so you're fine."

Leading the boy towards the courtyard exit Clair continued "The dorms are on the other side of the academy altogether. I believe that's where you're supposed to be at the minute according to my short run in with Alice earlier. Come on I'll bring you there and if you've any questions for the journey feel free to ask.

Min'Karai looked relieved that he wasn't actually all that late.
"Thanks. I'm glad I'm not as late as I thought I was." Min'Karai follows Clair after picking up his suitcase.
"So uuh, what exactly, uum, is taught here? Obviously magic, but anything else? Like something that might help us out once we leave? Or maybe even the history of magic?" Min'Karai looks hopeful on the last subject. "I mean not that I'm judging the school. But what do we do exactly once we graduate beyond keeping this a secret?"
Min'Karai continues to follow her as he asks these questions. It's obvious he has no tact when talking to others at all. Though his natural walking speed seems to be a bit quick, as he actually seems to be trying to NOT outpace Clair while they walk. He obviously rarely walks with other people, or even interacts with them in general.

As the two walked Min began asking questions that Clair was all too happy to answer for the young mage in training, although in saying that she wasn't really sure how in dept she should really go. There were always certain things that the students were better off not knowing about life outside the academy and well Clair wasn't really known for her subtilty which left her in quite a predicament. "Hmm, let's see how do I answer such a question... I suppose you could say the school teaches all kinds of magic to some degree? Yes, I suppose it does really although in saying that if you want to progress further down a particular branch of magic you'll need to study under someone who's already pursued it. It's all rather complicated, far too much so for me but trust me if there's something you want to learn you'll be able to do so as a result of studying here". Perhaps it wasn't the best answer one could have given but then again Clair wasn't really the best person to ask such a question, Damn where was Lan when you needed him!

Continuing on down the courtyard steps and onward towards the dorms, Clair pondered over her following responses. Trying her best to ensure she didn't say too much nor too little. "Hmm, as for life outside the academy. Well, I'm not really the best to answer such a question. I never actually returned to my human life after graduating. I know some of my classmates went on to work in the medical sector. Brain surgery is a lot easier to perform using telekinetics you know! So really I suppose it's not that you're specifically thought magic to help you in your life after the academy it's more your creativity and application of the magic you know. You know?" Taking a second to shoot the boy a smile Clair continued on with the rest of his question.

"Upon graduating you have three choices in a general sense. First, you could find a master to take you on as an apprentice. You know, To enhance your magic skills in a certain tree. Most who do so end up teaching here after they learn whatever it is they want to learn. Others they kind of just keep it going, taking on apprentices that is.

secondly, you could return to your human life and use what you've learned here to broaden your horizon like the brain surgeons I was talking about before. It's probably the simplest route to take and the one most taken by graduates.

Finally, you could join the Order of Merlin. Well, I suppose it's not really a choice, only very few get a chance to join so I wouldn't really bet on it you know. Anyway, The order is basically a group of mages that specialise in protecting other mages from those who would wish to do harm. You know kind of like a defence force but with magic and all that sort of stuff."

Sliding through yet another Gate the two grew closer and closer to the dorms as they talked about life in the academy, Clair with quite a fond smile plastered upon her face. "And yeh, that's it really. I mean you can do what you want but those are the trends.... anything else?"

Raven pulled up to the school in shock. It looked like a huge mansion. She got nervous and got out of the taxi grabbing her black suitcase. She walked up the steps to the school and to the huge doors at the front of the school, she looked up, they were about double the size of her. She opened them and walked in still in shock. She stood there not knowing what to do or where to go.

Min nods as Clair answers his questions, obviously not 100% sure how she should answer them. "I see, I guess I can figure out the rest myself."
Min follows Clair as they got closer to the dorms. Wonder who my roommate is Min thinks to himself as he walks along.
He shrugs to himself and just continues to follow Clair. "I guess other than that, I haven't really got any other questions. Oh, actually, are you a teacher?" Min glances at Clair, obviously wondering what she taught, if anything.

(Sry for that first post I wasn’t aware how to get to the school, just ignore that!😂)

Raven sat on her bed, the letter next to her. She didn’t believe it. This was some sort of joke. She got up and sighed the only way to know is by trying it. She decided. She closed her eyes and imagined the school behind that door or a hardback as she could. She opened her eyes and walked over to the door. She slowly opened it, to her surprise it worked! Raven ran over to her bed grabbed her suitcase that was on the ground and walked through the door. She walked across the grassy walkway until finally she made it, up to the doors. She opened them and looked around, the school humungous and beautiful! She stood there in shock. She made a face as she realized she didn’t know where she would Ben staying.

Chipapa
"Well Azura, I would rather focus on putting the New Students at ease, they'll have plenty to talk about no matter what I dress in. It takes time to adjust your thinking for taking into account Ancient Magical Frog People."
The wisened Toad paused right then before snapping his fingers and saying "Aha! I've got it, I'll just dress normally so they will be slightly less confused once their classes begin in earnest." Subsequently the Aged Amphibian made a great deal of noise rummaging through his messy closet to find the heavily decorated open robe he usually wore, it was essentially a large poncho with fanciful patterns and bright colors. Not only was it traditional and reminded him of home, but it was also far more comfortable in his Froggy Form due to having no sides that could constrict his movement. He threw it on before saying "Now what was it you wanted Azura? Was it just to wake me before Orientation?" just then Chipapa noticed a reflection in the pool showing a lone student in front of the doors looking quite lost. Before Azura could even answer he quickly interrupted, "I'm afraid that we'll have to hold off on this conversation as a student appears lost." quickly vanishing into a fine mist, Chipapa teleported to the front door and opened them for the newly arrived student. "Hello Miss Smith, welcome to the Academy, we have yet to begin orientation and the remaining students are currently at their newly assigned dorms." Hopefully, she would have a more favorable reaction at his monstrous visage than most new students.

Raven I looked around nodding until my eyes finally landed on the person, or... Raven made a weird face, frog? She didn’t know, but she didn’t want want to make fun of him so she shrugged it off. “Hi.” She said kind of nervously. Then the question care out of her mouth before she even thought, “Do you know where my dorm might be?” That was probably a dumb question I realized after I asked it. It was probably on the letter I received, but I had no clue.

Chipapa
"Well, that's a much better reaction than most people have when seeing me." Chipapa began to do a giant belly laugh and had to compose himself somewhat before answering the question posed to him. "I'm afraid I've no idea which one is yours, Alice is currently showing the rest of the Students where they will be staying. If we hurry, we can get there before everyone moves on." He motioned for the student to follow him and in doing so accidentally tugged her suitcase, causing it to lurch forward and give Raven a nasty Tug. Immediately he rushed forward to make sure Raven was unhurt, apologizing profusely "Oh my, I'm afraid I gave you a pull with my Telekinesis on accident. I'll have to get you to the Nurse right away. There were once these students who tried playing tug of war against a Telekinesis spell and they seriously damaged their Tendons. I can't believe I was so CARELESS!" he made sure that as soon as she was ready, they would immediately teleport back to the Nurses Office.
Raven14 Raven14

As the dorms came into view Clair halted in place and gave Min a hearty smile before placing her right hand on his shoulder "Well, this is it, kid. The dorms. Home to all the students of the academy and a place you'll come to call home before you even realise it. If you hurry I'm sure Alice will forgive you for your tardiness, just be careful not to talk back to her. She has a lot riding on today going perfectly so it's best not to test her! Oh and don't start any fights! The academy has really been cracking down on fighting recently so just keep that in mind.... and..." Clair let out a laugh and spun the kid effortlessly before pushing him onward down the path towards the dorm "I could go on all day, just watch yourself, alright kid. And no, I'm not a teacher. Not officially anyway, I'm sure I'll see you around so get going or you'll miss orientation!"

And with that Clair had vanished in a flash of golden flame, having teleported herself to the door of the headmaster's office. It was about time she gave the Magnus the all clear for orientations go ahead. Knocking three times on the door Clair awaited a response however knowing Magnus he was very likely out of his office.

Azura Indukala
Azura just blinked as Chipapa teleported away before she could say anything and looked around his room, finding it very well kept and homely. She debated on either going back to her room and grabbing her quipin or another stringed instrument but decided against it. She left his room and wondered around, mindlessly humming while rotating her hands, making water appear and begun to dance as a tune began to play in her head. It was one of many songs she would dance to, involving a lot of jumping and twirling.

Min just kinda keeps walking after being gently shoved towards the dorm entrance, not quite sure exactly what happened, but obviously Clair liked it here.
He walked into the Dorm and saw someone that seemed to be sitting there crying. Unsure of what was going on exactly, he kinda just stood there. he was never great when it came to stuff like this.
He thought about saying something a few times, but in the end just sat on his suitcase and awkwardly waited.

At the tug Raven almost fell, luckily she put a foot down before she could. The teacher seemed very apologetic about it though, he was forcing a nurses visit. She didn’t want to go to the nurses office on the first day though! She shook her head, “Going To the nurse wont be nedded, I’m perfectly fine.” Raven said, but if she was being honest, she didn’t know if that were the truth.

ezgif-1-1b2d3af8bf.png"Are you kidding? I'm glad you're not a damn girl. I rather room with a guy any day.....Ah, wait....." Roxie realized something. "Are you kidding me?!" She quickly ran to her room to check then ran into his room then yelled out. "We've only got one bathroom?! You have got to be kidding me!" She walked back out of his room and towards the bathroom and looked inside to see how big it was then looked back towards Hector. "You ever walk in on me or walk out of this bathroom with only a towel I will kick your ass. Got it!" She then shut the bathroom door. "Well, I'm ready to go you coming?" She said walking to do the door.
Quinlan63 Quinlan63

Magnus was stunned to see how Alice reacted when she found out that she left someone. It wasn't a big deal overall since they were brought safely to the dorms so no harm. It was that she was on the verge of a panic attack that caught him off guard. She had only been his assistant for a few months so he never got to what happens when something bad happens since For the most part they have just been dealing with preparation. This was definitely something he was not looking forward to talking about later with her. And of course with no one coming to her aid that left it up to him.

"Alice calm down," he said leaning down while removing the cloaking spell. "Relax I'm not going to fire you or hate you." He spoke in a calm tone laced with magic to create a relaxing effect to his words.

Hector was surprised but glad to see that there was not going to be any problems between him and Roxie. Well that was until she pointed out that they were going to be sharing a bathroom. Now the normal response would be to agree with her and move on but Hector kind of want to mess with for a bit. He couldn't have her think that he was a pushover. Of course though he wasn't going to do anything drastic to make her hate him either.

"Sure let's go before they send someone after us."

Clair O'Reilly

Clair waited patiently outside of Magnus's office for what must have been five minutes, if not more but alas she perceived no sense of life. This always happened! Whenever Clair actually had something important to relay to the headmaster he was awol but rest assured whenever she stepped out of line he was always ready and waiting! Honestly what a sick joke! Just what could he be up to? Surely he wasn't lollygagging, he wasn't the kind to do so. Perhaps something had happened last minute? None the less Clair had waited long enough and so she left her familiar by the headmaster's door and went off in search of something to soothe her grumbling stomach.

Walking slowly through the halls of the academy Clair found herself taking a welcome trip down memory lane. Oh, the fun she had back when she was but a mage in training. Stopping briefly to view a class picture, her class picture, hung neatly on the hallway wall Clair let out a soft chuckle "I sure have come a long way huh. and while I hate to admit it those scoldings really did make a difference. Not that I'd ever admit it to Magnus... that old nerd...pff".

Moving swiftly onward Clair made her way to the kitchen and after quietly entering she came to find Zain, Archie and Lav all accumulated within. What were the chances huh? Moving softly and quietly Clair moved from cupboard to cupboard before taking a seat on the worktop next to Lav. A bowl of cereal in hand "So, I see you're all having a great time... Any special occasion?" She teased.
