Continuing the conversation on her phone, she had just finished texting her last message before going back to her dreadful and boring entertainment for the night, "Ugh, I'd give anything to not go back" she thought to herself. Her thoughts were interrupted by a slight tug of her shirt that snapped her back into reality and looked down to see who it was only to find someone she had not seen in what felt like years "Violet?". It had only been mere months since she last saw anyone one from her adoptive family, especially Violet, not that she wasn't happy to see her, just well.....surprised. Their last moments together were not exactly pleasant, and the conversation even less so. Violet had always been overprotective and somewhat possessive even when it comes to her adoptive siblings and sometimes she showed it in the worst ways. When she left her band after being embraced, there were talks of getting back together a few months back before she left the family house.

Her argument with violet had left a bad taste in her mouth, and she wished it would have went differently, yet sometimes she had wished violet was not as attached as she was with all of her adoptive siblings. Her possessive side, while cute, was a little warranting at times and it was why the had the argument. After a long ride and a worrisome conversation on the phone to catch her up to speed on what was happening, they finally reached the park where their father's abductors. Azriel, Liz, and Buck had made it before her and had already set about looking for clues no the whereabouts of their missing father. While Azriel and Liz handled the most of the work, it was her and Buck who kept violet company, not that she minded, even if they were not on the best of terms right now.

"Lost me?" Nadia asked as she glanced down and let out a small chuckle. "What makes you think you lost me?" Nadia had left the house, not because of violet, or any of her siblings and especially not because of Violet but because of her music career. If she would have left the house because of them, the one that would have made her go was Liz "Well, water under the bridge" she replied. Violet's heartfelt apology would have been almost enough to bring her to tears, if she could still cry. She bestowed a warm smile and awarded her apology with a soft pinch on the cheek.

As soon as Liz gave the signal, she followed Violet and met up with the people Liz had at knife point, "Oh really now? Liz, it looks like he needs a little loosening of the lips, would you be so kind as to unloosen them?"

"That dog ain't gonn' hunt, ol' boy! When that music hits right, it's about like a sore pecker, ya can't beat it" Buck replied to Azriel's music comment.

~The Park...~

"Right is rain! Gotta utilize the tools the good lord gives ya. Might as well use the eyes and ears around ya if you wantsto know things" Buck replied to after he had gotten the info he wanted from the homeless person. Buck turned to look at

"Hmph! Show off..." Buck mused as Elizabeth went in, asking for cover. Despite his cold sarcastic tone, he didn't hesitate to keep his eyes peeled. Soon enough, she was interacting with with a couple, the girl whom quickly buckled under pressure revealed Ludwig's location. All of this was over an artifact, which mildly peaked Buck's interest.

"Reckon the important question, what we gonn' do with these two? I ain't so fond of loose lips and he looks like he could suck start a harley with his" Buck commented on what they should do with the duo before they set off to get Ludwig. Buck continued to watch patiently as Elizabeth continued to ask questions. If she could get more information, that was great, but Buck wasn't sure how much they'd get out of them. If they felt the need to attack, he'd need to be ready at a moments notice.

Elizabeth liked it when her siblings would start getting bloodthirsty, especially Violet. The meek girl from what she could tell seemed like the kind of person who wouldn’t hurt a fly. The whole situation quite honestly aroused Elizabeth herself. Violence was something she was quite accustomed to. “I can do that little sis.” Elizabeth smiled a smile that showed off her sharp yellowish teeth. The knife seemed to move from one arm to the other arm. So now she had the knife pressed up against the woman’s neck. The woman if she could would be sweating bullets right now.

“Quaid was supposed to help us kidnap Ludwig and bring him back to interrogate him.” The woman was now looking around at the others who no doubt in her mind were going to kill her. Elizabeth moved the knife a little closer so it was pressed up against the woman’s neck.

I’m gonna need the specific location where you are holding Ludwig. What is this artifact you are looking for? Come on I don’t have all night.” Elizabeth started pushing the blade into the woman’s neck. If she could draw blood she would be able to with how hard she was pushing the blade.

“He’s in 1016 Ocean Drive. We don’t know what the artifact was, we just know that our boss wanted it.” The woman was crying even though no tears were rolling down her cheek. Elizabeth could tell by the scared tone in her voice.

The part about their boss seemed to intrigue Elizabeth. She wondered who this mysterious person could be. A part of her worried what the power of this artifact was, and why someone would kidnap Ludwig to get it. Buck raised a good point now they would need to get rid of them. They had all the information they needed. But before she could think she noticed the man moving his hand to reach for something in his jacket pocket. Quickly moving her hand the knife embedded in her hand stabbed the man in the chest. The man screamed in pain as he soon burned up into a skeleton. She looked over at the others before looking at the woman. “The next move is yours to make, don’t do anything stupid and end up like your friend. Perhaps she could be of some use to us.” She was smiling again moving her knife so it was pressed up against the woman’s face.

Violet was surprised by Nadia's response. Forgiveness so simply handed to her, it was a gift that Violet would cherish. She wouldn't let her sister down. Sure, she struggled with this possession thing, but she had grown. She did not want to lose them, and that meant changing her view on the relationships themselves. That was something she could go over with them in the car. At the moment, the two kindred ahead of them had admitted to taking Ludwig. He was her family, her siblings were her family. Any threat to them, she'd make sure to deal with it. And it started with these two.

Violet watched the scene ahead of her. Her eyes fell on Liz, watching her every move to ensure her safety. The woman was speaking and giving all the information needed. She gave up all her cards so easily. Violet watched the hope in the woman's eyes diminish. She only wanted one thing: her life. That was when the man went for something in his pocket. Violet looked ready to pounce, but Liz handled it with ease. Something Violet was rather impressed with. She hadn't seen Liz in action much, so it was amusing to learn something new about her Tzimisce. The words from Ludwig returned and she frowned at her failure. The temptation to claim them was far too strong. Violet would need to focus harder. She needed something else to fill her mind, and so something else came to her mind. When Liz killed the man, Violet's once emotionless eyes, were filled with curiosity. She watched as his skin turned to dust and was blown away. She watched as his remains fell to the ground, how useless. She then turned and saw the fear in the woman's eyes. Liz saw a use in this woman...Violet saw an opportunity. After all, if they didn't care how they died, why not take the only value this woman had?

Her body language changed and a look of desire filled her. When it is said that the eyes are windows of the soul, they are correct, and Violet's eyes were filled with determination, lust, and hunger. What was once a sweet, innocent, little girl was nothing more than the shell of a demonic beast, leashed until given the green light to strike. It was clear: Violet wanted to drink this woman dry. She bit her lower lip, her tiny little fangs showing themselves as if they were the daggers that were about to dine on the woman's heart. She remained composed for the most part, staying still but her eyes stayed on her target and would not leave. A quick thought entered her mind: "What would her siblings think?" She contemplated the results of each decision she had. Would they fear her? Would they even allow her to drink the woman dry? Such a crime was highly frowned upon. And yet she was sure this vile duo might have done the same to Ludwig if they didn't have a use for him. This woman deserved a final death far worse than simply diablerie. Anyone who threatened her family would pay at least tenfold. Violet shook her head and looked away from her prey. She didn't want to risk it. The beast inside her churned and hissed at her for backing down on such a fine meal. Violet then returned, a pained look in her eyes. She still longed to drink the woman dry, and she might if everyone gave the green light, and yet she doubted they would. A quiet and calm voice came from Violet. Calculated eyes burned into the woman's eyes as she spoke: "They might offer you mercy, but I won't. You have one use to me." Violet seemed less chaotic and wild, and more steady and collected. She was no longer stiff and holding herself back from striking. She stood there seemingly unamused but everyone there knew the moment the woman made one wrong move or said one wrong thing, Violet would be this woman's final moment.
