the baby could be seen as the expanded uterus pushed all else aside but a thin cushion to protect the baby. it was almost like a bird hatchling but like a human baby too. "yes," Whisper nodded.

 

[Ricia]

Rhea let out a soft sigh, "Phew. Ok, I can do this then." Rhea said happily before walking over to the mother, "Hello. My name is Rhea." She said softly, "I'll be here to help you give birth." She told the women.

 

[InsaneTruth]

"I am Willow Wing," she told Rhea. Her hand ran across her tummy. "This is my first... I am scared," she admitted it so easily. her wings were silver and black and she had a tint to her skin because of the fear.

 

[Ricia]

Rhea smiled, "You have little to fear. It may hurt a little, but countless strong sky elves like yourself have done this.. so I know you will be able to do it too." Rhea told her encouragingly.

 

[InsaneTruth]

She smiled lightly and winced as a contraction hit her baby was ready that was for sure.

 

[Ricia]

Rhea walked the young elf through the process of breathing and tried to keep her reassured.

There was no painkillers it was all set for a natural birth. Though this birth lucky for rhea would have no real complications other then a stressed first time mother.

 

[Ricia]

Rhea couldn't help but feel amazed at everything that happened. She could see the entire process of child birth through the women's body. She wished she could record it. Hell even see it through Roen's eyes. When the baby was born, she smiled, "It's a boy... congratulations." She had the baby wrapped in a small cloth before giving it to the mother.

the baby was not the cutest thing in the world covered in silver downy fluff like a chick with little useless bald wings. Willow smiled and took the baby. "thank you," she said tiered but happy.


Whisper came in "I'll take him to the nursery, rest Willow," she said and smiled "may you and River Wind have many more fine children,"


"Thank you whisper," Willow smiled.

 

[Ricia]

Rhea smiled when whisper came and took the baby before she looked at willow again, "We are not quite done yet. But this part will be a bit easier."

 

[InsaneTruth]

"the rest comes out now," Willow sais she knew this part she used to help clean up after the mid wife nurses.

 

[Ricia]

Rhea nodded to Willow, she was very happy at the moment. "I'm happy for you." Rhea told her.

She smiled "you have one name so you are not married, when you do you can nest with us too, we welcome the fleash colored new births too," Willow told Rhea

 

[Ricia]

"One name?" Rhea asked her, "O..oh marriage. I just want to find my way home.." Rhea told her.

 

[InsaneTruth]

'Yes... unless you have your second name?" she asked and gasped a bit though pain passed. "home is where your family waits for you,"

 

[Ricia]

"Like a nick name? And yeah.. but I can't find my way back to them." Rhea said.

 

[InsaneTruth]

"What is a nickname? you earn names I don't know how to earn a name Nick... oh isNick your second name?" Willow asked her "I was given the name willow, because it is said I was like the tree a willow, my mate is names River, for he was saved from one after falling from the village. Our name wind was given at marrage, becaue the day was one of the most windy. Why was the name Rhea chosen for you?"

 

[Ricia]

"I see.. no nick isn't my name." Rhea said with a smile, "I was named Rhea at birth... and I'm given a last name passed down from my family." Rhea told Willow. "When I'm married.. I take on the last name of my.. erm.. mate." Rhea explained.

 

[InsaneTruth]

"I don't get it... if that is the case then do all have your second name?" she was confused.

 

[Ricia]

"I guess... My name is Rhea Addora... but it is not really a second name.. we call it a last name." Rhea told Willow.

 

[InsaneTruth]

"the last is givven at death," Willow said and covered her heart "may the lost souls be reborn,"

 

[Ricia]

Rhea watched Willow before intimidating the women and putting her hand on her heard, though not touching it since her hands were not clean. "Thank you for teaching me a bit today.. but I think it is time for you to get a bit of rest."

 

[InsaneTruth]

"Ok," she told Rhea and smiled again "Thank you again," she said though she did close her eyes the other nurses would be there to help Rhea clean off soon.

 

[Ricia]

Rhea actually started to do most of the clean up herself. Reyes started to help her as well.

the nurses came in thanking her and helping Whiot Rhea to go to the nursery many newborns were being fed by verying mothers. All the babies being cooed over and cared for. The nest was literally a nest twigs and feathers and other such things.
