JINX- Nitroglycerin Sweat Explosion- She is able to sweat Nitroglycerin from the pores on her hands and ignite them at will. This explosions can very from the amount that she sweats. She can somewhat control how much she sweats the liquid but if she is more active more will be produced even if she isn't trying to. So the more she fights the strong her explosions can become. She is very skilled in movement and has made good use of her jinx to help her traverse through the city by blasting of walls so she can in some ways move through the city at extreme speeds as long as she focuses on her balance

WEAKNESSES- To many uses of her jinx can cause her strain on her body even thought he explosions don't do visible damage on her skin. She is solely a melee range fighter and can not use her explosions at any distance farther than with her hands.

PERSONALITY- Scarlett is a pretty angry girl. She's been angry for most of her teen life. The only people she is less angry with is her mother and Brother. Though she isn't nice to them really just less angry with them like most people. She feels most people are beneath her and she sees many people around her as annoying idiots that only get in her way. Even her fans enjoy her livestreams though she is amazingly rude to her chat.

BACKSTORY- Her older brother is Krueger Jones, She does love him but he can be really annoying. She does sometimes blow up on him (Figuratively) because sometimes he reminds her of his piece of shit father who abandoned her since she wasn't his really daughter (Asshole). She ended up growing up with her mother and real father and her father trained her to be a vigilante like him before he was killed by the cops because they did not like her father being a vigilante. She soon after her fathers death join the Revenants to kill as many cops as possible for revenge.

His eyes are downturned in the outer corners; deeply set and naturally brown behind his green contacts. He has a scar on his left temple from an incident during his childhood, and he keeps facial hair in spite of frequently shaving.

JINX: Explosive Spheres (Nitroglycerin Lung Vapor)
- Through activation of his Jinx, Krueger can blow explosive spheres with the nitroglycerin vapor from his lungs that hardens on contact with the air. The process resembles that of blowing a bubble with chewing gum. They max out at the size of a softball.

- Krueger is immune to the damaging effects of his explosions.

- His spheres are like impact grenades, so they explode under pressure but are very touchy. Just flicking one might initiate an explosion.

- The explosive range of one sphere is that of incredibly destructive force covering only a ten-foot diameter. Holding one of the spheres upon detonation is guaranteed to kill a normal person.

- The technical aspect of Krueger's Jinx is actually nitroglycerin vapor from his lungs, so he can technically turn things like normal balloons into bombs as well, or anything that can hold gasses inside without being mixed with oxygen. For example, if he were locked in a small room with a limited supply of oxygen and in possession of a lighter--once there was very little oxygen left in the room, he could release the vapor in his lungs and light a flame, in turn creating a massive explosion that would do him no harm.

- He can fill his mouth with nitroglycerin vapor and blow on a flame to create a large combustion.

WEAKNESSES:
- He cannot blow spheres underwater, and his vapor hardens on contact with oxygen; though, it is not immediate.

- It takes a few seconds to generate spheres, which max out at the size of a softball.

- His ability causes his lips to get dry, so he must regularly apply Chapstick lest they crack and split.

- While he is immune to the damaging effects of his own explosions, he is not immune to their physical effects such as the blasts--they'll send him flying or mess up his hair. He is also not immune to other explosions, such as those belonging to another's Jinx.

- For three seconds after being created, his spheres are duds and will not explode, as they need this time to compress the nitroglycerin vapor inside. Should he drop one before that three seconds is up, it will shatter like glass.

PERSONALITY:
Some say that Krueger is "old-fashioned." He owns a small cabin in the woods and lives off of well-water--avoids electrical heat during the winter by using a wood-stove--and the home is void of modern technology. No television or computer. No microwave or toaster. He even still owns the first phone his parents ever bought him; a small flip-phone. He doesn't eat out because he'd rather make the food himself, and he refuses to indulge in social media as much as Erich Silva begs him to. Krueger is hard-headed, stern, and very organized. He believes in bad omens, such as a black cat crossing one's path or breaking a mirror and so forth. Things like color-coding, alphabetical order, chronology, and other means of structure and organization are one of his pet-peeves in the sense that he cannot bare to see something out of place. He'll rearrange someone's closet in a heartbeat by dresses, shirts, shorts, and pants--then by color--then by sleeve and pant length.

BACKSTORY:
- His younger sister is Scarlett Jones.

- He was born in the East District as an only child with loving parents, then was blessed with an adorable baby sister when he was 11 (2003).

- Scarlett and Krueger were the best of friends growing up--all until Krueger's dad found out that their mom actually cheated with another man, and that they were only half-siblings (2008), Scarlett's real dad being another man from the West District whom their mother knew from across country.

- Over the course of two years, their home became dreary. Their parents fought and Krueger's dad treated Scarlett like an animal; his mother like a curse. Many nights, Krueger's dad would leave home just to return with other women until finally his mom decided it was time to leave, so she took Scarlett with her. This was some time in 2010 when Krueger was graduating high-school.

- The majority of his free time on the weekends--working three jobs to keep a roof over his and his father's heads--revolved around visiting his mother's home in the West District with her new husband, Scarlett's real father, whom Kreuger respected and admired. He couldn't bare to be away from his beloved little sister.

- When Krueger was 20 (2012), he was arrested for murdering a co-worker who got him fired from his job, and he was sentenced to 6 years in prison, but he managed an escape only 3 years into his sentence. On the run, he sought refuge at his mother's home and reunited with Scarlett whilst keeping his wrong-doings a secret. She eventually found out, however, when he had to ditch the home after police showed up on the doorstep.

- He became a member of the Sapphire Dragons under the condition that they take him in and keep him hidden. His deep regret for his decisions was noticeable as he made his plea to Nionet Sinblade, and she accepted him in.

- She can wipe people's memory and claim it as her own, becoming aware of their fears, weaknesses, favors, and so forth.

- She can control how much of a person's memory she wipes or what she wipes, and it takes only a second to perform. (For example, she can make a person forget their Jinx in one touch, or she make them forget how to speak.)

- The full extent of her mind-wipe would render someone completely catatonic (brain-dead).

- There is no limit to how much information she can withhold.

- She can swipe the contents of written or printed works and projects through touch, rendering them completely blank. In doing so, she gains the full knowledge of said works.

WEAKNESSES:
- Felicity has no fighting abilities whatsoever.

- She suffers from abrupt and mind-numbing migraines. In those moments, a person's stolen memory will flicker back to them but disappear again when Felicity's migraine subsides.

- To wipe someone's memory, she must touch their forehead (direct line of the pineal gland, also known as the third eye).

- A person's inflicted catatonia can only remain active until Felicity is rendered unconscious by any means.

BACKSTORY:

Felicity remembers little to nothing about life before learning of her jinx. Like all things do, access to her jinx came with a price - her own memory for the memory of others. Was her memory worth forgetting? Did she give it up willingly? She likes to believe that, if it was her decision, she knew what she was doing when making the choice and that there was good reason behind it.

Her oldest memory, when she obtained awareness of her ability, was in the library at the age of 15. Sitting in the window bench with a blank book in her lap, not knowing where she was or how she got there, she shut the book to look at the cover. Even the title had managed to fade. Despite the book being bare, she knew everything about it. An Ember in the Ashes. She knows the story as if she wrote it, as if it became a part of her. Once realization had taken place, Felicity stood, letting the hard back novel hit the carpet. In awe, she walked down the aisle, trailing her fingers slowly along each book robbing them of their contents, their identities. No worries, no fear. Just a new beginning.

For a year, Felicity took shelter in an abandoned skating rink where she grew talented at the sport. Within the first week of her enlightenment, she learned of her migraines and has yet to be fully educated on them. She knows that they attack upon indulging in her jinx or overusing it. WIP

JINX: Seduction. They can allow their body to release strong pheromones to make anyone around who takes them in have a strong lust for them, regardless of sexuality or tastes. This in turns reduces their will to fight them, makes them more agreeable and willing to comply with ___'s requests, and in the case of those who wouldn't normally be attracted to ___, confuses and/or frustrates them, depending on how open-minded and secure they are.

WEAKNESSES: Despite their jinx potentially causing others to stop fighting or be less aggressive towards them, their physical prowess is less than remarkable. In terms of strength, agility, and nimbleness, among other things, they're at the level of an average human. Their jinx, although can weaken the will of someone, cannot take control of them. A person with a strong conviction will be able to power through their jinx, and not succumb to whatever feelings/desires may come up.

PERSONALITY: ___ tend to keep a level head, not getting worked up by any taunts thrown at them, often choosing to take things as jokes and return a quip of their own. This doesn't mean they never show serious emotions or express how they are feeling though. Even in dire situations, they try to keep their cool and think things through rationally. They have a strong sense of personal justice, and hate seeing those who are weaker being taken advantage of by those above them. Due to this, they aren't afraid to take a stand against the majority or those in positions of power, which in turn often leads them to getting into trouble. Their loyalty lies first and foremost with themselves and their own beliefs. Notably, when their gender is commented upon negatively, if the instigator is a man, they'll taunt them in return by saying their more well-endowed than the other. If the commenter is a woman, they'll point out features of their own which are more feminine than the other.

They are very much a people person, and not shy at all. This may have been due to their jinx, as when they were younger and felt nervous around people, they would use it to ease any tension or aggression the other person may have against them. As they got older, they saw this as manipulative and stopped. If their words fail though, they will sometimes still use their jinx to deescalate a hostile situation.

BACKSTORY: When Shore was just a baby, their parents were deported. In hopes of Shore having a better life, they left them out in front of the New Oasis orphanage in the South District dress in a "I <3 San Diego" shirt and with a note written in Spanish that pleaded whoever found them to take good care of them. When they were found, they were swiftly taken in, and given the name Diego, referencing the shirt they were wrapped in, and were given the last name Mendez to connect them to their presumed Spanish heritage. Life was rough for them and their fellow orphans, as the funding for the South District was quite lacking. Many of the orphans would need to join the Sable Serpents when they came of age in order to bring in some money to keep the orphanage running. It wasn't a requirement, and many were rejected for not being powerful enough, but the general consensus among the orphans was to join in order to keep their siblings alive. The person who ran the orphanage was a member as well, and brought in the main income for it through the same means.

Shore was no different in terms of the path their life went down. As soon as they turned sixteen, they became a member of the Serpents and got their hands dirty to keep the orphanage alive. This kept things at their home barely afloat, and they were able to rise in the ranks of the Serpents as they continued working for them. It was suggested by many people that they use their jinx to try and win favors with the higher ups, and even try to get with the Elder, but Shore never acted upon that, as they believed in becoming successful through their own merit and connections.

This was how things went until Sonaya came along. Shore presumed the Serpents' Elder had found her in the darkest pits of Hell. She was just like him except worse. Her first order of business after making this connection with someone in power was to extort those who were powerless. She frequently went around the South District offering "protection" to the civilians of it, for a steep price. Those who couldn't or wouldn't pay were met with bodily harm and property damage soon after, undoubtedly caused by Serpents. Shore tried their best to look the other way as this went on, feeling keeping the orphanage alive was more important, but eventually the orphanage itself fell victim to Sonaya.

At that point, Shore had had enough. Before doing anything rash, they first kindly asked xxx to leave the orphanage out of their extortion, and explained that many current Serpents still lived there and many future Serpents would be coming from there. Sadly, that didn't work, which led to Shore using their jinx on a fellow Serpent for the first time. Either Sonaya was too faithful to Gree or her greed outweighed her lust, but she was too strong-willed, even under the influence of Shore's jinx. That unfortunately only left one option for Shore.

The next time Sonaya was making her rounds, collecting her dues, when she came up to the orphanage, she found herself face to face with Shore. One last warning was given, but when that wasn't heeded, one of the Serpents acting as Sonaya's guard put a bullet through her head as they stared at Shore with hungry eyes. The carnal desires then spread to the other two Serpents who were accompanying her, and they started on their way back to the gang's headquarters.

Shore's banishment was officially announced the next day, as well as a hit called on them by the Elder. Thankfully, New Oasis was a big city, and Shore was able to hide among the crowd. They changed their name, choosing Shore due to their love of the beach and ocean and its unisex nature, and Salvatore in order to stay connected with their Spanish heritage. After dying their brown hair green and putting in a pair of blue contacts, their transformation was finished. They now spend their days working as a bounty hunter for a bail bondsman, as well as, ironically, occasionally using their jinx to extort rich, corrupt elites/corporate drones. Most of their income goes to keeping the orphanage afloat, and they really only take enough for themselves to live comfortably.

His fashion style is very reminiscent of the District he grew up in, wearing a lot of dark, mute colors and baggy street clothes, most notably his gray biker jacket. He boasts abnormally sharp canines, which have intimidated many foes in the past.

WEAPON:
None. As expected of someone who prefers fighting it out with no jinxes, Bash's physical strength is exceptional. Fueled mostly by his strong will and anger, he finds himself capable of doing a lot of damage in only a few attacks. He is capable of landing bone-shattering blows if he is lucky enough, and fights recklessly, without regard for anything around him.

JINX:
EMBARGO
Bash's Jinx, which he has cleverly named "Embargo", allows him to temporarily remove, or "Ban" the Jinx of whoever he touches (up to two people at a time). Being an avid fan of brawling and a strong believer of "fair fights", Bash developed Embargo early on in life. Because of his Jinx's nullifying qualities, once Embargo is activated Bash has free reign to fight his opponent on his terms, which is usually just a fistfight until someone admits defeat, or otherwise loses.

-- Bash's Demanding Jinx Syndrome actively produces an above-average amount of adrenaline in his body, making him a bit more durable and powerful in fights. It also contributes to his aggression and 'need to fight', as his jinx drives him to want to cancel the jinxes of others.

WEAKNESSES:
1) The only advantage that Bash gains from using Embargo is that his enemy cannot use their Jinx. He has no other upper hands than this.

2) Bash cannot use his Jinx on more than two people at a time. If he tries using it on a third person while two others have their Jinxes nullified, the first person he used Embargo on will be able to use their jinx again.

3) Bash must physically touch the person he wishes to use Embargo on. It will not work if he simply brushes against articles of clothing, so he must physically grip, strike, or otherwise touch a limb or any other body part (He usually does this by rushing in and punching his opponent in the face.)

PERSONALITY:
Bash is an extremely arrogant and hot headed person. Of course, to match his impulsive, uncontrollable and violent nature, Bash lives to fight. He will fight anybody who challenges him, disrespects him or a member of his gang, or otherwise rubs him the wrong way. In fact, Bash is the type of person to attack a random person, no matter who they are, just because he wants to. Foul mouthed, ruthless and hardheaded, Bash is a golden mascot for the Sable Serpents, and he takes great pride in being a member.

Despite appearing to be the average grunt, Bash is intelligent, but doesn't always make good use of his intelligence. He does have his moments where he is calm, or has something good to say to or about someone, but he usually keeps his behaved side to himself unless completely necessary. He is extremely hostile towards members of other gangs, often immediately trying to provoke a fight with them if he encounters one, unless he has a reason to work with them or not attack.

BACKSTORY:
As a child, Bash grew up in an abusive household alongside his Mother, His twin brother Mako, and his older sister Lia. At home, his father, the former leader of a ruthless biker gang alongside his uncle, beat them all whenever he pleased. Following a motorcycle accident, and an arrest for homicide that left him out of work, he fell into a depression, and drank his sorrows away to the point that his family no longer recognized him. One day, his older sister, Lia, ran away from home, promising to come back once she made enough money to move them out of there. This angered Bash's father, causing him to beat their mother half to death. Bash, who was sick of standing by idling while they all went through hell, attacked his father in an attempt to stop him, only for his father to use his Jinx to burn the back of Bash's neck (This is why Bash grows his hair out, to hide the burn mark. This is also why Bash is such a strong believer of fighting without jinxes.) Mako had to stop their father by killing him with his own jinx. The remaining family, consisting of Bash, Mako, and their mother, moved away, starting a new life.

Now a member of the Sable Serpents, and a mechanic at his uncle's Auto Repair Shop, Bash rides around New Oasis, looking for ways to prove himself to the world by conquering it with violence.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Bash holds no resentment towards his brother for killing their father. He never saw his father as a family member-- merely as the source of his family's suffering, and the reason his sister is nowhere to be found.

- Bash sees his uncle as his only father figure. Being the co-leader of the violent biker gang that he and his father formed, he--along with his old man, is one of the main influences of Bash's behavior. Despite being the reason that Bash is so violent and loves fighting, his uncle is also the responsible for the fact that he hasn't been arrested for going on a killing spree, as he straightened him out before he was too far gone. While Bash's father was a vicious killer who was willing to murder anyone that got in his way, his uncle was just as violent, but more merciful and thoughtful, even managing to turn his life around following the events that led to him being arrested and become a much better person.

- Bash is usually very respectful to women--albeit in his own way. This is because he sees women as strong, mainly because of his mother and sister. Of course, Bash will fight a woman if he needs to, but it is rare for him to fight as wildly against one as he would anybody else. He also has a bad habit of pulling his punches against them, and hesitates a lot when fighting them, no matter how strong they are.

- Bash has Demanding Jinx Syndrome, which also contributes to his violent tendencies. He was diagnosed with having an Active Demanding Jinx shortly after he discovered it when he was just about to turn 10.

- Throughout school (Elementary, Middle and High), Bash has been suspended a total of 59 times. His behavior was so unacceptable in High School that he spent most of his final days In a locked classroom where he would do that day's schoolwork.

- Bash dropped out of High School on November 3rd, shortly after his 16th birthday. His mother then forced him to get a job, which is how he ended up at his uncle's shop.

- Bash and Mako are not identical twins. Although many have commented on them having similar physical and emotional qualities, the two brothers have quite a few differences in appearance; such as their height, weight, and natural eye color.

She wears whatever she wants, going from skirts and crop tops one day to a hoodie and sweatpants the next. It's impossible not to recognize her smile, or her pursed lips when she is incessantly whistling.

WEAPON:
The Bronx Cheer
Kimi's trusty, metal baseball bat. Designed by yours truly. At first look, it may appear to be a regular, metal bat. But when Kimi uses it, it is truly a horrifying device of destruction. Essentially, The Bronx Cheer is an Explosive Bat. Utilizing four 30. Caliber explosive blanks as a primer (or, just as a regular alternative for her weapon), impact landing directly on the "sweet spot" of her bat causes a small, but extremely powerful explosion with the lethal force (but not the piercing capability) of a real bullet. By manipulating the sparks from the bat's explosions, Kimi is then able to use her Jinx more effectively, by combining the force from the bat and creating a second, more deadly explosion from its sparks.

-After each shot, the barrel of the bat pops out to make Kimi's life a bit easier. She has the choice to put however many blanks as she wants, but the intensity of the first impact will lower for each blank she doesn't put in. In the event of an intense fight, she may choose to only reload with one blank for each hit, relying more on the impact of the second explosion to keep her safe.

JINX:
Explosion Enhancement
While she cannot manipulate, generate, or otherwise create explosions, Kimi's jinx allows her to enhance the intensity, range, destructive power, and all other properties of explosions and sparks. She does this best by combining her ability with the sparks that fly off following an explosion from her bat, using them to create a second, stronger explosion following the first impact from the bat. She also has the ability to change the shape of the explosion, from anything to a highly condensed and accurate one, to a complete mess of one.

It should be noted that Kimi is highly resistant to her own enhanced explosions, along with explosions in general. This doesn't mean she can't be killed by one, though.

WEAKNESSES:
1) Kimi can only enhance explosions. She cannot cause things to explode from her bare hands, with her mind, or anything else of the sort. This means that without a spark or an explosion, Kimi cannot use her jinx.
2) Kimi's bat must be reloaded after every shot. She carries plenty of blanks with her, but this can be a pain to do, especially in an intense one-on-one fight. She is also unable to make explosions without her bat, unless she has another way to make an explosion or sparks.
3) Kimi is no good in long ranged fights. If she can't hit them or get her explosion to reach them, she wont be able to fight.


PERSONALITY:
Kimiko is very bubbly and friendly, and can be described by her fellow gang members as either "Fun to be around" or "Horribly annoying". She has a knack for teasing provoking others, and is notorious for angering many of her opponents in fights to the point where they really want to kill her. She is fine with working hard to get what she wants, but isn't afraid to manipulate and trick others to get what she wants, either. A master of jokes and bad puns, she always tries to lighten the mood, even though she's horrible at reading moods. She genuinely cares for (most) people, despite how she may treat them, and will always lend a helping hand to someone in need. She loves praise and attention, and works hard just to be able to hear a "Good Job" or a "You're so cool!"

Originally being from the South District, and the younger sister of an ex-serpent, Kimi is very cunning and street-smart, and has seen her way through plenty of fights. She uses this experience to her advantage, to help her gang wherever she's needed. When asked why she joined the Dragons, she simply responds with "Because they're cool". Due to her natural craving for leadership and power, she wants to reach the top of the gang, whether it be a minor position of power, or the Elder's throne.

She has a bad habit of humming, and an even worse habit of whistling. She'll stop if told to, but will probably start up again in another 2 minutes.

BACKSTORY:
Born in the South District to a poor, single mother, Kimiko made the most of what she had. Her older brother was a member of the notorious Sable Serpents by the time she was 9, and her mother feared that she would follow in the same path if they stayed in the South. However, there was no way for them to escape hell, as they barely had any money. Ever since she was young, Kimi had a knack for two things; fixing/putting things together, and baseball. No matter what team she was on or who she was with, she would immediately become the ace of the team. She began to make some money for her family by inventing things out of random parts she found lying around the district for neighbors and other buyers. From alarm systems and paintball guns, to home runs and flyballs, things were looking up for Kimiko and her family. Her brother had quit the gang, her mother found a job, and they finally moved to the East District when Kimiko was 16. But after seeing what the Sapphire Dragons were capable of, Kimiko quickly got bored of sticking to school, inventing, and playing baseball. She quit her team, and continued to invent in her free time, joining the Dragons to her mother's dismay. Of course, she promised that she would try not to get herself in any trouble.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

- Kimiko's top crony in the gang is Krueger Jones. She spends more time with him than any other member, and constantly tries to convince him to upgrade his technology-- usually to no avail.

- Kimiko looks up to just about every woman in the Dragons. She almost always gasps out of excitement when she sees them or speaks to them, and will always be more than happy to accompany them if needed.

- Kimi still invents and designs things, but not as frequently as she used to. In school, she is in the robotics club, but she doesn't attend very often anymore. She's usually just there for competitions and to use the lab for her own things.
-- Kimi is also in her school's soccer club. She chose soccer because she knew she wouldn't be as invested as she would be if it were baseball, and because she wants to stay in shape.

APPEARANCE: Mako is a smaller kid at 5'7" and only 130lbs he looks like he has been starving for most of his life. He is this weight though because of his fractured mental state and he forgets to eat most days. This weight issue is also due to his Jinx using a lot of his calorie intake. He dyes his hair White only because he thinks its cool and one of his eyes is red because his father beat him so badly one day he had to have it replaced with a glass eye. If Mako were to take his clothes off numerous scars can be seen almost all happening at his fathers hands.

JINX: Spectral limbs- Mako is able to to sprout red and black tendril like libs from his body. This limbs are strong enough to lift most people and have sharp claws and some of mouths with razer sharp teeth on them. He can easily cut into flesh with them and some other stronger metals. he can use these limbs to move around in higher places. These limbs are also able to eat giving Mako nutrients from his victims, something he does frequently. These limbs are extremely tough and only the sharpest of blades have been able to cut them so far. If cut limbs can be grown back by using extra nutrients so if he is low on calorie intake it will take longer to regrow.

WEAKNESSES: The main weakness of his jinx is the calorie in take. if he doesn't eat regularly he has a hard time producing the limbs. another weakness is that if he loses control of himself his limbs will attack him or others he did not mean to hurt. Mako also has no idea how to fight without his Jinx this puts him at a severe disadvantage if he doesn't have a high calorie count or if someone has a Jinx like his brothers that stops him from using his jinx

PERSONALITY: Mako is very unhinged. He has been this way for most of his short life so far. His father was very abusive and especially so to Mako. The state Mako is in now was a response to that constant abuse. He wont hesitate to kill someone if he felt like it and on some occasions he looks for a victim for his Jinx to mangle. He has a body count to high for him to remember any specific number and he finds an almost euphoric joy in that fact. He doesn't care whether you are friend or foe sometimes, it was just not your lucky day with him.

BACKSTORY: Mako grew up in an extremely abusive household thanks to his father. Mako seemed to take the brunt of that abuse most of the time though at the start he would try to make this happen to shield his siblings from the fury. This abuse only got worse after his fathers accident and homicide arrest. Mako has many scars to show from his fathers anger. His glass eye being the most visible of the bunch from its different color iris. When his sister decided to leave home and make things better for the rest of us Mako's father seemed to turn his attention to his mother this was reacted by his brother Bash who was trying to stop and only to be burned by our fathers Jinx in a fit of Rage Mako's Jinx manifested in to the tendrils he uses now. He with out hesitation ripped his father to shreds with his jinx this being the final point that broke his spirit and turning him into the monster he is today. He and his brother joined the serpents around the same time and every since Mako has had one goal: Become a ruthless King to the members of his gang his path to this goal he hopes will be soaked with the higher ups blood and viscera.

APPEARANCE:
Akira is a handsome young man standing at 5'10" and weighing 141lbs , with short, black hair and thin brown eyes. As expected, he looks very untrustworthy. He has a sleek but toned build with a good muscle mass. He dresses very plainly, often wearing neutral t-shirts, pants and shoes while always donning his black, fur-rimmed jacket. In case he needs to be anonymous, he carries a traditional kitsune mask with him.

WEAPON:
Needles - scattered completely throughout his body, mostly pinned onto his clothing, are dozens of small, thin needles. To nobody's surprise, Akira is extremely talented at sleight of hand. He is capable of going for the kill with the smallest motion, and something that would appear on a security camera as a stretch, bumping into someone, or even just walking past a person could actually be a strike to a main artery or the spinal cord, paralyzing, harming, or even killing a person before they even realized they were killed.

His needles are thin and barely noticeable, but hollow with a small hole on the opposite end in order to drain blood from someone if necessary. The needles vary in size, but most of them are small and thin to avoid his attacks being noticed.

These needles are also throwable, and can be marked to use for quick teleportation.


JINX:
Item Teleportation

Akira's jinx allows him (and up to one other person) to teleport to any portable item that he uses it on, no matter what. In order to use his jinx, he must hold and mark the item with his aura, or whatever is containing the item if there are multiple items he wants to mark as once. Depending on how many items he plans on marking at once, and his state of mind, the marking process can last anywhere from seconds to hours.

- Once marked, the item remains in its original, unaltered state, but Akira gains the ability to teleport to it, no matter how far away from him it is. Akira's aura is also visible to those who have Jinxes that may allow them to see others' auras, such as Sonny Gomali.

While he may use it on other items when needed, he almost exclusively uses his Jinx on grains of rice, often giving them out to people who may need him to teleport to them, and furthering his moniker as Inari, who is the God of rice cultivation. This is also because a single grain of rice can be extremely difficult to notice in certain situations, allowing for sneak attacks, espionage, and much more.

To accommodate his mobility-type jinx, Akira is also naturally faster and more agile than the average person, being able to dodge attacks and quickly counter, and so on.

WEAKNESSES:
1) Akira's ability relies heavily on his state of mind. If he cannot focus directly on marking an object, it becomes extremely difficult for him to mark it.

2) Akira's ability tires him out in two ways: The more he uses it in rapid succession, and the further away the item is.

3) In combat, his teleportation can be predictable if he hasn't pre-placed his items, as he would have to throw them first to get to where he wants to go.


PERSONALITY:

While at first sight he may seem untrustworthy, crafty and evil (which is still true), Akira makes up for his looks with his charm. He is typically polite and soft spoken, giving off a very kind and helpful aura with a mysterious touch to it. Not much is known about his background or his past, and he prefers to keep it that way, often responding with a "Sorry, that's kind of private" and offering a gentle smile when asked something he doesn't want to answer. He is also very laid back and playful, toying around with others just to get a reaction, and making light-hearted jests at others no matter who they are. Despite appearing to be such a friendly person, he can also show his serious side if necessary.

In reality, Akira is extremely manipulative and cunning, often convincing people to work with him in order to use them for their skills. He gains the trust of others by appearing to be kind and trusting, only to betray them in the end or abandon them when they are no longer needed for his gain. He is very good at hiding his twisted nature behind a kind façade, and is indifferent to others, willing to kill anybody who gets in his way without second thought. He also seems to be very intrigued with human emotions such as fear and loyalty, often making attempts to test others in various ways in order to get a look at their inner thoughts. He is extremely intelligent and perceptive, often being able to see through lies, although he may not always act on these skills.

As a bodyguard, he is never too far from Chikage, either being a few steps behind him, right next to him, watching him from a distance where he wouldn't be noticed by potential attackers, or glaring at him from a rooftop. While he pledges his loyalty and claims to protect Chikage because he likes him, it is actually to prevent others from stealing his kill.

He is a compulsive liar, though he knows this and tries to offset it by occasionally telling the truth when needed.

BACKSTORY:
Akira is the younger half-brother of Grace Tsuchiya. After moving in with his father following his mother's death to illness, he discovered that he had a half sister, older by two years. The two immediately hit it off, and loved each other like they were fully related. Whenever Akira's feelings got the best of him, Grace was always there to calm him down, and make him think about how others would be affected if he acted on impulse. She was his Saving Grace. Keyword being was.

She was killed by Nakazajo Chikage when he was only 10.

He had lost his mother, and he had lost his beloved older sister in too little of a time difference. With the loss of the two most important women in his life, Akira began on his slight descent into madness. His absolute craving for revenge was extremely obvious. He began showing signs that he was no longer the caring young boy he once was, behaving differently in school, getting into fights, and scaring off other children his age with his remarks, actions and expressions. This caused his biological father and his second wife --the mother of Grace-- to send him to a foster home. Of course they didn't want him anymore.

Being transferred from home to home with no avail, Akira managed to escape the cycle of adoption and move into his own home at the age of 15. In search of someone, anyone to confide in, he ended up joining the Ruby Revenants when he was 16 ( June 2014). It was perfect. A year later, word about the Albino Tigers' Ace hit Akira's ears for the first time. He was the Ace. When he first got the news, Akira's twisted grimace was so menacing that others described it to be "the face of a demon". He spent the rest of his year with the Revenants trying to get close enough to take Chikage out, to no avail. Because of this, he decided to leave the Revenants and join the Tigers. A year later, Chikage was made Elder, and Akira began to let his skills and worth show. Some time passed, but he was rewarded for his patience when he was appointed to be one of Chikage's personal bodyguards. While deep down he wanted to reject the man and execute him on the spot, he figured it would be an easier way to get close to him, and strike when the time was just right.

ADDITIONAL INFO:

-- Akira changed his last name to Sendo to avoid arousing Chikage's suspicions of him being related to his late friend.

- He has two goals: Take revenge on Chikage, and overthrow the Albino Tigers, crushing them and allowing the Ruby Revenants and the West District to return to their former glory as the King's District.

- Akira constantly does jobs outside of the gang-- protection, transport, extortion, selling information, and even murder, if he's paid enough. He isn't rich, but he's amassed quite the sum of money from it.

- He constantly keeps tabs on current events in New Oasis and the people who live there, and knows quite a few people's names, hobbies, family, etc. He doesn't know everyone, however, and is always willing to pay others for info.

- Because of his manipulative tendencies, he often preys on those with weak-willed minds, no matter what gang they're from. In fact, he doesn't even make himself known as a Tiger in most cases.

Draken is an attractive young man standing at 6'1" and weighing 200 lbs, with medium-length crimson hair and fiery orange eyes. He has a well-built body, with hard muscles and a sturdy frame. He dresses plainly, often throwing on whatever he sees first. Each of his ears have two piercings, and he has a black dragon tattoo on the nape of his neck.

JINX:
Incinerator - Draken's jinx allows him to generate heat inside of his own body like a human furnace, generating mass thermal energy that surges through and around his body, significantly increasing his physical capabilities. Draken can also absorb flames to raise his temperature. Unlike his younger brother, Draken cannot lower his body temperature, only raise it. By using this ability, Draken can perform a multitude of feats, from being able to multiply the intensity of his movements and attacks, to withstanding heavy attacks with little to no damage. He cannot generate flames, but can expel heat in small "bursts" that fly out in a small, 5 foot wave from his body. He gets one burst per stage, and it grows in radius by one foot for each stage. (5 feet at stage 1, 8 feet at stage 4)

Draken's ability works in stages, ranging from stages 1-4, with his fourth stage being the absolute strongest he can get. It takes time for Draken to be able to upgrade to a higher stage, with the time growing for each stage. As he progresses through his stages, he becomes more powerful, and the intensity of his heat becomes more and more significant. His outer heat works as a small forcefield, strengthening as he rises in stages.

In order to progress to a higher stage, Draken relies on flame absorption, and movement. The more he moves and attacks, the more kinetic energy his body stores, and converts into thermal energy, which raises his temperature.

Stage 1:
In stage 1, Draken's power is noticeable, but not too intense to handle. He generates visible heat, with heat waves surrounding him and a noticeable rise in temperature when one gets too close. Stage 1 grants Draken enhanced physical capabilities, allowing him to move faster and hit slightly harder. In stage 1, opponents can still harm him by normal means, but it will require more effort.

Stage 2:
In stage 2, Draken's heat rises in temperature, with stage 1's heat resembling that of a home radiator, stage 2's heat is identical to standing directly in front of a freshly ignited campfire. His physical abilities are enhanced once again, and jinxless attacks like punches and kicks will do less damage. Weapons will require more effort to penetrate his heat and reach his skin. Despite being in his second stage, Draken can still be beaten by normal means-- even by a jinxless individual-- if they are physically strong enough.

Stage 3:
In stage 3, Draken's abilities not only become more visibly noticeable, with his heat radiating more intensely to warn enemies to stay back, but his heat also becomes manipulatable. While he is capable, Draken rarely moves or fights up close while in stage 3, relying on enemies to come to him so that he can strike them down with the impact from his heat. Once in stage 3, the force from his heat becomes more powerful, allowing him to perform strikes that can knock people back with the slightest movements, such as a stomp.

Stage 4:
In stage 4, Draken becomes capable of reaching his highest possible temperature of 2,850 Degrees Fahrenheit. If his body goes anywhere over the maximum that his body can withstand--even by a single degree-- his body will begin to blister. At the final stage of his jinx, the effort needed to harm Draken raises drastically, with regular moves like punches and kicks being detrimental to the attacker. Because it is as his least condenses radius of 8 feet, it is much easier to get to Draken without being harmed by controlled strikes of heat, as it is no longer possible for Draken to control his heat radius. The heat that Draken releases is extremely dangerous, and when he is in stage 4, it is better to avoid Draken, or draw things out until he cannot use his jinx any longer.

--In simplest terms, as I'm sure not everybody wants to read all of that 😅, Draken generates thermal energy that enhances his attacks/movements and strengthens his body, while also creating a field of heat around him that he can control to a certain extent. Imagine that he is surrounded by a circle, and all of the heat that he generates within that circle can be controlled and used to deal blows on others.

His ability is very similar to Leonard Burns' from Fire Force. You can see two references Here and Here.

WEAKNESSES:
1) Overheating - Draken's jinx relies heavily on how much he exerts himself, and how long he uses it for. Like a furnace with no fuel, he cannot use his jinx if he does not have enough energy, and he is prone to suffering from a heat stroke if he does not limit the amount of energy he exerts, and the amount of time he exerts it for.

2) Blistering - If Draken goes over his heat maximum of 2,850 Degrees, his body will begin to blister at a rapid rate. These blisters are extremely painful, and are so unbearable that they may force him to deactivate his jinx.

3) The higher his temperature, the less controllable Draken's jinx becomes.

PERSONALITY:
Appearing to be a shell of the notorious "Draken" that once roamed the Earth, Draken is a very laid back, nonchalant and lively. He is very lazy, almost always seen slouching with his hands in his pockets, and speaks with a calm, tired tone, no matter who he is speaking to. He is very calm, often offering little to no reaction to even the most bizarre things. He boasts very bad manners, putting his feet on tables and falling asleep in places where he shouldn't be, and is impulsive to the point where he will touch almost anything that piques his interest, and speaks bluntly, saying things as they are at all times. Although he seems like a lazy idiot, Draken is very kind and friendly to most people, always making jokes and helping out others when he can.

Despite his calm demeanor, it should be noted that Draken has an extremely violent temper, and can switch from calm and collected to angry at a moments notice. While it is usually difficult to anger him, there are a few things that can flip his switch almost immediately, such as threatening or mocking his family, speaking about his deceased friend, or talking down on his gang. In terms of his attitude towards his gang, he only takes orders from the Elder, Vice-Elder, Ace, and Jack of the Ruby Revenants. He is also indifferent towards members of other gangs, treating them as he would anybody else unless they try to attack him.

Following his sudden reappearance, Draken is very mysterious. He doesn't answer any questions about where he's been seriously, often responding with a smile or a bizarre, unbelievable answer.

Much like four of his younger siblings, Vulken somewhat inherited his mothers abilities, to his fathers obvious dismay. Of course, they still loved him nonetheless. As his family grew in size--and Vulken grew older--, Vulken realized that he was able to get away with more and more. It started off small; stealing candy, using his jinx to heat up his friend's food, and cursing, before it grew into something much worse. By the time he was in grade school, Vulken was fighting every student that rubbed him the wrong way--and winning. His use of his jinx on enemy kids after school coined him the nickname "Dragon", which eventually evolved into a play on his name: Draken. It didn't take long for him to seek a gang to join, and before he knew it, he was 17, and a Ruby Revenant.

Of course, the notorious "Draken" had mellowed out greatly, in order to continue to serve as a good older brother and role model to his siblings--more specifically his younger brother Boltius, who inherited an ability similar to his. Things were great. His gang claimed the West as the King District, his family was loving and healthy, his siblings were safe, hell-- he even had a girlfriend. Everything was fine, until Draken and the subgroup of Revenants he hung out with ran into a suspicious group that challenged them to a fight. Pride took over. How dare these people come into his district and demand a fight? A brawl ensued, and one of Vulkens closest friends, Mika, was stabbed, lying dead on the ground as the fight continued. It was then that Vulken activated his jinx, and killed the man who took his friend's life.

Mortified by what he had done, Vulken immediately disappeared. He didn't warn his family, he didn't tell his girlfriend, he just disappeared. 8 years passed since he had went missing in 2012, and suddenly, he's back as if nothing happened. The question is: What has he done over the past 8 years?

Personality:
A sweet, classy girl when you see her for the first time. With her soft-spoken voice, she has her way with calming people down. That put together with her charming personality mostly equals to her getting along with a lot of people. Because she has established quite some connections, it wasn’t difficult for her to get to places where others could only dream off. One for having visited all seven world wonders already at the mere age of 21. However, one shouldn’t always judge a book by its cover. What lies underneath her gentle appearance is crueller than one would expect. Fearless when it comes to undertaking actions she had never done before, showing no mercy to those who stand in her way and it doesn’t stop her from manipulating those who she deems useful.

Backstory:
Ye-Jin had been moving around a lot during her childhood which made it near to impossible for her to find a permanent home and people who she could call her friends. Because of this she had developed a more distant personality when it comes to making actual relationships, never having let anyone close enough to her to form a bond. This made it easier for when she had to say her goodbyes and move on to another city. Hence why she always laughed when people called her life the “dream” as it was anything but that. Her parents were only in it for the money, her existence only being an addition on what could expand their so-called empire which consisted of restaurants spread across countries. Driven by fame and money alone, they neglected Ye-Jin in the process, letting her be raised by maids who changed every now and then, some disappearing due to unknown reasons of which some were reported as missing. This caused some uproar at the media as some suspicions were being raised, however they weren’t in the news as long as they got paid of by her parents to keep quiet about it. One time she witnessed a “disappearance” as she was brought along to see how they operated. Once people knew too much about this restaurant business which also operated with the underground, they were to be gotten rid of. The only person who managed to stay in position was the head butler who was… sadistic and enjoyed to enforce some psychological trauma to its victims. Ye-Jin had come to grew accustomed to these ways to the point of her not feeling bad anymore to those who she “destroyed” along the way. Making her the cold-hearted princess of DooreYoo (company name). Now she decided to go somewhere else on her own with her parents vaguely knowing about it.

Ashton doesn't know anything about their parents, they were dropped off at an orphanage when they were born. No one even knew their names and there is seemingly no record of them. Growing up at the orphanage wasn't easy, there wasn't much staff or much funding. The kids basically ran and kept it alive themselves. The few staff that were there..well..weren't very nice. Around 5, there was an old man that came to visit them, named Ned. Ned started to visit them once a week, and they started to bond very quickly. They were convinced that this old man was going to adopt them soon. However, a year went by, and there was still no adoption process. They overheard a conversation. The old man had been saving all that he could but could not afford to adopt, so the workers were not going to allow Ned to keep on seeing them. Ned tried to reason with the workers, suggesting a foster-to-adopt, but would not accept that either. When the workers wouldn't let Ned back to say goodbye, Ashton froze with fear. They were as white as a sheet and came running out of the hallway. They couldn't say anything, to the stranger that had become their family. Ashton was convinced that they saw them, but when no one commented, they got closer and jumped right in their faces. It was that moment they realized no one could see them. Leaving everything behind, they sneak out of the orphanage with Ned and got into his car. It wasn't until Ned was home did Ashton reveal themselves. After a fright and a long conversation, Ashton stayed with Ned. This was their family and they were finally happy. Ned, who they began calling papa, enrolled them into school.

They lived a mostly normal life and excelled in school. They did especially when in math and science and at a young age learned how to hack computers and other technology. They were a natural at it. During high school, Ashton heard a name they haven't heard before since childhood. The other kids in the orphanage mentioned the 'serpents,' but they didn't believe in it, and thought it was just a myth to scare them. Soon they began to realize that it really was a gang. That night, Ashton asked Ned about the gangs, which they discovered Ned was an ex-gang member, but wouldn't say which gang. Still, Ned was supportive, and said that it "wasn't as bad as people made it out to be." Digging around some more, they joined the Sapphire Dragons in their senior year of high school. Currently they go to the community college for computer science courses. They recently transitioned into a 'junior' for the Dragons. Ashton does not believe that the gangs are killing each other, instead, they think it's something or some one else. Ashton ultimately joined a gang to find more 'family' members, protect the common folk, and wants to try to unite the gangs into one. Ashton is also trying to get security and spy equipment and wishes to infiltrate the other gangs, to try to find the real culprit of the murders.

Jinx
Their jinx is simple: invisibility. They are able to make themselves, anyone else, or objects invisible. When it comes to making themselves invisible, this takes the most concentration, and sometimes will happen out of their control. Usually in states of high levels of fear or excitement, parts of them or their whole self will turn invisible. Most of the time, it is something that they can control though. It takes a lot of concentration because to make themselves invisible, they also have to concentrate on article of clothing or anything else they are carrying. They aren't able to keep this up for long as the clothing does not automatically turn invisible with them. It's easier if they are naked, but then they risk exposing themselves in public if they lose concentration.

Making someone else invisible requires touching them at all times. This can be difficult if they are trying to walk somewhere and has limits. They can really only handle three people, one of which has to be them, including all of their clothing items. This takes a lot of of them and they have to rest after awhile. Lastly, they can make items or objects invisible, which also requires touch. However, it does not have to be touched with their hand, it could be their foot or other body parts, as long as they're able to manipulate it. These are easier to make invisible. However, if someone else were to touch that object, they could still feel it. The invisibility lasts as long as they can and have the will power to do so. Obviously the bigger and more complex, the more it takes out of them, and thus the shorter time period.

Despite being born and raised in the general disarray of the South District, Vice has a consistent sense of composed organization about her. Malleable Body
Vice can turn her body into a malleable clay-like substance that can shift consistency from solid to semi-liquid. Like this she can form her hands into sharp objects, pull wounds closed and generally change shape at will. While generally versatile, she loses control of any parts of her body that are separated from her. Similarly, while she can use this to close wounds quickly, any blood spilt will be lost. Generally, she can pack on weight in order to give herself more versatility, then use her Jinx to hide it until necessary. In fact, she can use this Jinx to manipulate her own body in a variety of ways. For instance, while she can lose limbs, she can use her Jinx to eventually reform it once she's gained enough flesh for such a feat.

WEAKNESSES:
Separation- Vice loses control over any parts of her body that are separated from her.

Only so Much- The amount of malleable flesh she has is finite, restricted to what makes up her body.

Pack it on- Having her flesh separated will require her to consume great amounts of food in order to reform what was lost, essentially making it harder for her to use her Jinx in a fight if still recovering from a previous one.

Not a Fighter- Even after training with Sable Serpents, Vice doesn't feel right in direct conflict, always preferring to inflict Human Suffering indirectly or through someone else.

PERSONALITY:
The concept of dichotomy defines Vice down to her every feature. Often speaking in a smooth, relaxing tone that compliments the air of serenity that often surrounds her, many will describe being in her presence as nothing less than an odd experience. Vice doesn't talk normally, not in most situations. Instead she seems more likened to a guru of some type, unshaken and certain in her place in the world. Usually laidback and unfazed by drastically changing scenarios, one wouldn't be faulted for initially assuming she was some kind of lackadaisical lay about.

This couldn't be further from the truth, as not only does she exemplify work ethic and ambition, she makes sure to dress as professionally as she can for most occasions. Academically gifted and determined to give her all with any and every business venture she embarks on, the juxtaposition between her attitude and her actions can be jarring to some. Throw in her penchant for analogies and musings, and many would settle on the term eccentric if not for the relaxed manner she goes about everything. A fan of soothing music like jazz and low-tempo trance, Vicky Burnomi operates a radio station and maintains the image of a chill Disk Jockey for most.

But what many don't know, is that the source of her peace of mind is more sinister than they realize. While she may cite her perpetual relaxed mood as a result of her hard work or music, the true source is the suffering of others.

Vicky is paradoxically soothed by the misfortune and disasters which befall others, and finds herself in a state of perpetual bliss as a result of the large quantities of it generated by Gang activities. As such, she's fed into the mayhem through the manufacturing of numerous dangerous substances which provide her her main source of income. Initially working to add to the suffering as much as possible through her products, Vicky eventually reached a state where just the knowledge that someone somewhere was suffering was enough to bring her peace of mind. As such, her schadenfreude is actually hard to pick up on, as her perpetual state of euphoria has often been considered a character quirk instead of the result of her yearn for suffering.

Because of this peace of mind, she's able to go about her days as a Jockey with full sincerity, knowing that no matter how much good is ever done, suffering will be the one constant she can believe in. She'll provide aid to others when necessary, give some helpful advice if asked for it, continue enjoying life even her bleakest of moments, because no matter what she'll always have faith in the consistency of human suffering. This belief of her's, that human suffering a is a precious universal consistency, actually lends her her own form of consistency. Whether she's manufacturing hard drugs or playing tunes on her radio station, she's still the same old Vicky.

BACKSTORY:
Born to drug addicts who barely kept her alive through her childhood, Vicky found the burden of self-sufficiency thrust upon her tragically young. Before she'd even started schooling she'd essentially become the de facto house-cleaner and made all of her meals, so to prevent herself from starving in squalor. Though a brutal cycle of trial and error, this suffering left her more than well equipped for the school system that she would soon enter. Seeing classes as no difficulty compared to her home life, she was more than well-equipped to immediately become known for her high academics. What she hadn't been prepared for, were the trials of staying Jinxless up into her early teens.

Having grown accustomed to the neglect of her family, Vicky initially saw the mistreatment of her peers as normal, and quickly grew numb to feelings of pain under this new schedule of abuse. What broke up that monotony was the occasional homeless jazz players she'd pass whilst making the treacherous journey to and from school, their music offering a much-needed reprieve from what had quickly become a stifling life. But what really spoke to her, was the day one of her tormentors had been informed that a relative had been involved in a gruesome accident. Never before had Vicky experienced such a euphoric sensation as when she saw her classmate weeping over the threatened life of their loved one. She was, of course, targeted even moreso for the smile the scene planted on her face, but Vicky had already gotten a taste of it.

Trying to understand the sensation, Vicky began doing what school had taught her to do in times of confusion: Research. During this time she discovered the concept of Sadism, only to grow confused even further by the realization that she didn't derive pleasure from inflicting pain specifically, but from the pain of other's in general. That was where she discovered Schadenfreude, and became engrossed in the numerous studies on the subject. Instead of reading average books, Vicky would carry around print outs of studies on Schadenfreude and moving on when even that didn't even fully encapsulate her desire.

From there Vicky's dual life began, being a model student for years on one hand while on the other hand using her parents to find others suffering from addiction as well. Crossover would appear in her venture into chemistry, wanting to lead others to the same self-destruction her parents had indulged in. She had several part-time jobs, funding her studies and eventually starting a radio station to share her enjoyment of jazz to the masses. And while she established herself in the public eye as a Disk Jockey, her main source of income were the immense amounts of drugs she'd started manufacturing. At first on her own, but eventually she got enough backing to go bigger. It was through this illicit business that she eventually learned of her Jinx.

Taking advantage of her products to feed into people's worst behaviors, Vice became her name on the streets for pretty obvious reasons. Finding nothing less than total contentment in the face of the horror stories she helped worsen due to her products, she one day reached a state of such utter inner peace that she began to melt. Pulling and rearranging her body after some time, she belatedly began experimenting with her Jinx more out of curiosity than anything else. But what was once a new fascination eventually drew the Sable Serpents to her.

Having heard rumors of several of the Gang's more colorful members, Vickey felt as though it was too much of a good chance to pass up. It was with the Sable Serpents that she truly began to recognize the capability of her Jinx, and found an all new source of suffering to enjoy.

-Ichigo enters into a meditative state where he is able to observe the emotional connections to all people and view their Chi. Chi is full of emotional energy which Ichigo can drain from a person's soul-well. This energy can be either be returned to its origin or re-directed to another person's soul-well if Ichigo is chi-bound to them.
-The process of draining emotional energy is called the Chi-Burn and the redirection of emotional energy is the Shout-Out. The Shout-Out causes immense emotional damage to the physical body and mental states. If Ichigo is disturbed during chi manipulation by touch, both he and the person touching him will be blasted with a power Chi-Blast that is very destructive and causes a comatose condition.
-Chi-Burn can also be imbued into inanimate metal objects through Shout-Out. He picks an object and transmits the energy it where it waits to be released. The amount of energy it can hold is dependent on the type, quality, and size of the metal item. RedStar is a unique sword which is capable of possessing an immeasurable amount of emotional energy. This is why Ichigo is so protective of her. Anyone who touches her blade is susceptible to receiving a massive blast of all of the energy Ichigo has hidden away in her, his deepest, darkest secrets.

Backstory:

Ichigo strolls slowly into the coffee shop as an apparition would haunt an asylum. He scans patrons quickly and methodically gathering enough information to ascertain his safety and others'. A table for two...in the corner with his back to the wall. No obscured angles of attack.
"My god I'm such a fool. Not every day has to be a mission. Enjoy some brew." Ichigo"s paranoia can be comical, but not unwarranted.

Ichigo is an odd soul...an old soul. He often imagines he is an 'Ancient', a deity from a time lost to wars between spirit and natural worlds. An orphan from about seven years of age, now about 24 he thinks, Ichigo was always treated different, because he is. The Great Tsunami took his family from him...well him from his family...either way, he was lost. His parents succumbed to the torrent of the waters right before him as they fought to secure him to a fishing vessel before the currents swallowed them amidst the debris and battered ruins of man's land. Days passed before some off-island fishermen came across the half-sunken ship with a famished, distraught, and terrified little boy strapped to what remained.
Ichigo was taken to the island elders for examination and decision. These were not simple fisher people, they were very spiritual and trained in arts of war...violent war. The elders saw his gift, curse, ability, it's all the same really. Ichigo knew nothing of it other than it was what he could do; at will.

Children would tease and punish Ichigo for his scars and mutilation. Tsunamis are never kind. His banners of survival are borne upon his body from head to toe. Unfortunately, a shredded face is undesirable among other little kids. Childhood was hell, not just for him.

Ichigo would defend himself against the emotional onslaught of attacks from other children. A natural response to bullying and teasing is fight or flight and for him, it was a fight. You see, all living beings are connected by a thread of emotion. When we show our feelings openly, others can pick up a vibe and can feed off of that emotion whether good or bad. Ichigo can REALLY feed! He enters into a meditative state and harnesses the power of any emotion. Anger, happiness, joy, wrath, jealousy, envy, etc. All of these emotions possess some form of energy and Retsuko Ichigo is a master of harnessing and transforming this energy. A person who is angry at Ichigo can be stripped of those feelings during his meditation. The longer the meditative state the more energy he can harness. This is called a "Chi-burn". When he possesses enough energy to create the desired effect, the energy of emotion is re-directed to its source "a Shout-out", or to another person or object. Object imbuement has become a refuge. In his education by the spirit elders, Ichigo learned to imbue negative energy into inanimate objects, well object. Ichigo fashioned a sword from his days of blacksmithing so that he could channel negative energy into it. This helped him to not injure others as he so often did before his education. Roughly six years of mining and pounding to make his beloved "RedStar". That's her name, the sword. A sword that no one may touch. All of his hatred, anger, sadness, fear, rage, and other unwanted emotional energy has been harnessed into RedStar. Anyone not trained in his ability would be blasted with all of these feelings and vaporized in an instant. An emotional bombardment like that would collapse any psyche into a coma. A mental meltdown and physical destruction.

"Mmmmm. This coffee is nice." Ichigo scans the patrons' emotions. He can see the tether of chi that connects everyone and how their vibes pass to and fro like electricity. Their levels of pluses and minuses seem to balance, changing colors and blending into an almost aura-like effect. When he spies a really dark vibe he can drain that vibe to help create a more enjoyable atmosphere. "RedStar needs to drink too." he thinks to himself. "There, her, she is dark. That will do."

Ichigo believes he has some family member still living in the West District and that is why he has returned. The tsunami took his family and that is the only connection he has with this place. That and some draw, a pull, a need to search. "A sister." Ichigo laughs in his thoughts to the idea. "Not impossible though. Good coffee."

Banshee is not built for stealth at all, if not for her loud persona then definitely due to her eye catching appearance. Her bright green hair and the wild way its styled alone should negate most attempts at hiding, so thankfully she's not the type for sneaking around. Often dressed in an assortment of biker attire, she definitely fits snugly in the punk rock genre. Standing at an average five feet and seven inches, she weighs a simple one hundred and forty pounds, though makes up for her average build through sheer ferocity.

Banshee Screech- Banshee can release an intense roar of raw auditory assault. Her screech is variable depending on how much force she puts into it.

WEAKNESSES: Her Jinx is like a muscle, the more she overuses it the more she risks tiring herself out too early. If overused, it weakens dramatically until she can recuperate. Banshee's got next to no form of actual combat training, and relies more on her Screech and sheer ferocity.

PERSONALITY: Banshee's a woman of passion, restrained yet eternally present in her actions. Loud of tone and theatric in mannerisms, one would be forgiven for thinking she'd break into song at any moment. And while she's done so on a number of occasions, she often keeps to an enthusiastic and compassionate demeanor... when interacting with those who's livelihoods are tied to the West District. After the Tsunami, Banshee developed a rather bitter distrust for the other districts, convinced they're all eager to prey upon the West district in its weakened state. This has led her to put stock into an Us vs Them viewpoint that manifests in unrivaled bitterness for those from the other districts.

So while she's a boon to her own district's community, donating and raising awareness to help it rebuild, she's determined to remind the other districts that the West isn't powerless despite its sorry state. She can be extremely fun to be around, playful and eager to fight the good fight. But she knows when to intimidate and threaten in order to maintain the respect that the West District truly deserves.

BACKSTORY: Bella Taylor spent the majority of her life as a bystander, always watching from afar as things happened to others but never to her. She was faceless, one who melted into a crowd and usually never surfaced. It wasn't a bad life by any stretch of the imagination, as the lack of notice often protected her from tense scenarios. At least, that was what she thought until middle school, where she helped put on a performance as a stage hand in her third year. It was there that an incident led to Bella having to step in for a prominent side character on the day of the performance, where she finally got a taste of the stage.

She spiraled from there, the need to be seen and heard was as necessary as breathing. Entering High School as a newly minted extrovert, she became something of a spectacle for onlookers, for no matter what she said or did she would do so loudly. The number one topic she just couldn't get enough of sharing with everyone? Her unbridled love for the West District, which she considered the best place to live compared to the other districts. It was this passion which eventually led her to learn how to play guitar, specifically so she could put her passion into a more digestible format for others. Turns out she was a natural, and her proud power ballads went on to be hits across New Oasis. Clever wordplay and general terminology allowed even those from other districts to enjoy her music, and soon enough she was on the set track to stardom.

But then it happened, her rise to power was derailed by the tsunami which struck her home district and reduced it to a shell of its former self. Bella was devastated by this, her passion taking a backseat to the misery the sorry state of the former King District wrought. She went dark for a full four months, not even close friends knew where she was. But when she came back, she'd rebranded to display her passion in a different way. Instead of focusing on her pride for her district, Bella sought to display the resolve of the West and District and its residents through her music. Her wording had become far more specific after the tsunami, but many of her fans were just happy that she was making music again.

But unbeknownst to most, Bella had seen the weakened state of her home district as an open invitation for abuse from other Districts. With this idea turning her view of the others into one of distrust, Bella developed a rather unhealthy Us vs Them mentality that drove her to begin not so subtly slandering the other districts through her music. In her mind, the only way to close the gap again would be to start tearing the other districts down. Having neglected bringing focus to her Jinx for years, it was after the tsunami that she began to really develop it at first as a way to defend her district in its weakened state. Now she was considering anonymously using it to even the playing field, but eventually came to the conclusion that acting on behalf of the Ruby Revenants would allow her to help her District far more effectively.

Deli's a pretty big guy with a well-toned physique. He'll keep his choice of clothing fairly utilitarian, fit for various types of weather with enough capacity for any number of useful trinkets he might need for a job. He stands fairly tall at six foot four inches with a combined two-hundred and forty pounds mostly consisting of muscle. Though he rarely removes his cap, his hair underneath is often closely trimmed in order to minimize it getting it in the way during a job.

Doppelganger- Deli can create a doppelganger of himself that he can control like a second body. It just emerges from him like a shadow taking form with whatever clothing he happens to be wearing at the time, and can be recalled by him at any time. This Doppelganger is fully capable of everything Deli is, though it doesn't bleed and vanishes upon death.

WEAKNESSES: Whenever his Doppelganger is defeated, Deli will feel the pain of the Killing blow. This Doppelganger cannot move more than fifteen yards away from Deli himself or it will automatically be recalled to him. Similarly, he can't keep his Doppelganger out forever, if its out for more than ten minutes a piece then it'll automatically be recalled.

PERSONALITY: Deli's a straightforward guy, he's a hardworker who hates being idle more than anything. Weathered by experience, he's easily mistaken as stoic from afar. While not a jokester, he'll try to play along with comedy bits as long as it doesn't get in the way of his work. In fact, he puts up with a lot of stuff as long as it doesn't get in the way of his work. He's a shameless workaholic who'll do pretty much anything and everything he has to in order to complete a task given to him, whether that means scaling a twelve story building with a jump rope or pogo-sticking his way across the city.

Deli's only reservations are the endangering of civilians and their livelihoods, otherwise he's fairly open-minded when it comes to getting things done. While not overly friendly, he makes sure to keep a casual working relationship with his peers. He does enjoy empowering those around him, as it makes him feel productive. As such, he's not likely to turn down a call for help, and offers MMA training constantly in order to strengthen the citizenry so that the need for Gang protection isn't so ever-present. Whenever he isn't training someone or doing jobs for the Sapphire Dragons, he engages in numerous smaller jobs in order to keep himself busy. And while he joined them specifically for their lack of emphasis on combat, he recognizes that having no combative capabilities would just be an invite for increased aggression from other gangs.

BACKSTORY: Anh Dung considered himself to be Jinxless for the majority of his youth, with all the social stigma one would associate to such a title and living in debatably the worst District in New Oasis proved equal parts challenging. But his parents subscribed to the ideology that any obstacle in life could be overcome with hard work, ingenuity and soul-bound determination. As such, their influence molded Anh Dung into what he considers a workaholic pragmatist who would seek self-sustaining success no matter what challenges he faced. However, his attempts to alleviate his status in society would occasionally prove more detrimental than anticipated.

Being targeted by your peers and unable to focus on becoming a top student due to the harassment? Just get really into mixed martial arts to deter them.

Get labeled as a delinquent for hospitalizing some of your bullies? Better start working on gaining work experience just in case the education system fails you.

One job not enough to fulfill your inherent desire to keep yourself busy? Then get more of them, as many as you can fit into your schedule! And maybe take more Mixed Martial Arts classes in case a jinx user tries mugging you again.

Over time, Anh Dung became so invested in working jobs that he considered school redundant and just stopped going, opening his schedule for more jobs. However, Anh realized that some of the jobs he'd taken were of a less than legal nature, a bit too late actually. What he figured would be a simple delivery job went south when his cargo became the target of two rival gangs. For the first time in his life, Anh was unable to complete a job. Seeing the kind of power the gangs had, he figured he'd need to fulfill his need to work in ways that weren't so easy to be disrupted.

So after a year training and finally discovering his Jinx, Anh Dung moved to the East District where he established himself as a local MMA trainer. While it was a decent job that he hoped could give regular citizens even better odds in a dangerous scenario, his desire to work led his gaze to turn towards the Sapphire Dragons. Seeking a hard job where he could apply his talents while also minimizing the chance of endangering civilians, Anh Dung earned a name for himself due to his unending work ethic. He had a habit of getting sent on delivery jobs. What was he delivering? Where was it going? All on a need to know basis of course. Eventually he just got called the Delivery Guy so often that it stuck, with the other Dragons shortening it to Deli once he hit senior rank.

He has sharp features such as a distinct jawline, aquamarine coloured eyes and a nose that’s near to perfection. He can open a hole in the universe connecting two non-adjacent locations. This may be done in a very neat manner, such as connecting two doorways in the universe, or it may be done very sloppily like breaking a rift in the space-time continuum. This ability may come in the form of a “portable portal”, which allows him to make instant holes in anything the circle can be stuck to. Offensively, he can create vortexes to suck in objects.

Personality:
Michael has a relaxed and almost bored attitude, not prone to getting too worked up about anything or by anyone. Despite his Jinx becoming more powerful, he has shown no signs of arrogance and is rather modest about his abilities. He is habitually tardy, showing up when it suits him without giving any explanation that is actually worthy of being an excuse. Some might call him apathetic even as he often speaks bluntly about sensitive topics and occasionally ignores people when passing by them. Backstory:
Not much is known about Michael, almost as if his past had gone up in flames, burned completely to the ground. However, stories flared up here and there eventually as nothing could be covered up forever. The fact that he had gotten adopted into the Park family was a fact confirmed by himself truly as he didn’t see a reason why he had to lie about that piece of information as it could easily be figured out by doing a parental test. It was also pretty recent he got to know that Ye-Jin was family of him now and they got along well despite their personality differences. Then there was the rumour of him having joined the yakuza in Japan before (Japanese mob) for a few years before he left them practically behind which caused for some bad blood between them. Also there was the storyline of his adoption parents only got him as plan B for becoming the inheritor of their hotel chain Kayzr which was supposed to resemble the name of Emperor. More was to surface yet still to be found.

    Demanding Jinx Syndrome: Vicinity Weather Control

    Jaimme can control the weather in a 45 foot diameter. His full strength on the weather can be exerted within a 30 foot distance, but quickly drops off before falling off at the 45 foot mark. He can create just about any true weather condition. His personality shifts depending on the conditions.

    The list below isn't everything, but the notable ones:

    Blizzards- His favorite to create!

    Lightning Storms- Only when his hand is forced will he summon these. The lightning cannot be controlled by him from the clouds.
    WEAKNESSES:
    The weather is harder to control the further the ideal conditions are that he's trying to conjure. For example, if it is hot, bright, and sunny, creating a blizzard will exert a ton more energy to bring about. The same is true in reverse!

    During a Lightning Storm, he would use his weapon to entice lightning through, to enter his body, so he can direct it at his opponent. This is extremely dangerous, as he needs to stay focused and concentrated, or else he gets a zap!

    Thanks to his ability to mess with the weather, the heat or the cold don't really feel like they affect him. He still needs to be careful, as he can still get heat stroke or hypothermia if he is not careful!

    Being inside a building proves challenging.

    BACKSTORY:
    Once their parents were declared dead, Jaimme took up the big brother role even though they are a few minutes apart and decided that Charlie needed looked after. He had always been somewhat protective but became a lot worse once he thought a responsibility was placed on his shoulders, only fueling the fire that was in Charlie about their situation.

    For the longest time since Jaimme's Jinx was revealed at age 7, he never really noticed his dual personality. Lucy was the one that had told him about his personality shifting, as he was wholly unaware since his Jinx had activated. Though Lucy tries to help him create a mask to control his personality taking a 180, so far it has been futile.

    Once Charlie left to join the Dragons, Lucy had to be the one that kept Jaimme from chasing her down and drag her back. With nothing to direct his anger at, he has been found throwing himself into duals more often than he used to, looking to strengthen his Jinx in the process and climb the ranks.
