Hello people! Well, i am not really too excited when i register a place, but i think this is going to be a great idea. First of all i will talk you a bit about me
Well i am a latinamerican roleplayer. I am originary from Venezuela. I am also a 16 years old roleplayer. To be honest i started roleplaying 6 years ago, that means i have a total of 6 years of experience. I started roleplaying at the age of 10 (obvious, 16-6=10 xD ) when i saw some people roleplaying in a forum in wich i was registered back then (Does anyone knows about Spyro the Dragon? Yup i was registered in a forum about that game xD ).
I am definitively not new to roleplay, when i had 3 years of experience i decided to join another forum. Why? Well the rolemaster was upaet because he was beaten up by people of an inferior level that him, so he decided to change the roleplaying rules, wich meant that all of our progress was erased. I was a level 25 roleplayer, i had not much internet access so i leveled up slowly (starting from level 1 to 100) but the rolemaster decided to changed it to start from level 1 to level 5 and he said that everyone will be at level 1 except him for being the one of the idea. And to level up you had to do even more effort and sending a request to just level up.
In that forum you had to have a strong character or you will get ignored, that's right if you didn't fought because you were friendly...you would never have friends there.
I joined another forum, it was the same "be strong or get ignored" thing, but people there loved my redaction style so i formed part of a clan and was trained to be a very good roleplayer. The trick is being descriptive and get based on logic and fantasy.
Anyway, after the forum slowly got dissociated i entered in facebook and started roleplaying there. People was not very experimented there, and were even lazy! I had to write a minimum of 15 lines. Nope...they write a minimum of one word. (And my maximum were 40 lines because those were the limits on that forum back then xD ). So i slowly started "degrading" because i could barely find good roleplayers there, so my quality passed from excellent to "i am as good as you are". Because if i noticed that people didn't took the roleplay seriously well...roleplaying is futile with that people.
Well now let's talk about my favorite genres!
I am a very spiritual person, so my characters are based mostly on cosmic forces or paranormal beigns (don't worry i hate the godmodding thing) so i could have powerfull but stable characters. Anyway, being spiritual also can let you be a really emotional roleplayer so i practically feel how my character is feeling (isn't that what roleplay means?). Sooo....as i had some needs that never have been pleased in real life, i started to get into romance, drama and adventure at the same time. I love those genres also i love accion roleplays but must have the other components i talked about briefly.
Well, i still having the rule "i am as good as you are" but i can surely make a roleplay having the extension of this post or even bigger if i feel inspired and if i feel that i am having the propper support for it.
Remember: English is not my mother language, so i don't understand the american slang as you do guys. And if i have some redaction problems, remember that i am writting in a foreign language.
