Calvin yawns and wakeven up and rubs his eyes and said "Is class over yet? I had this weirdest dream, but I really can not remember it" he begin to write down the notes and he noticed hateful glares from Zaytah then asked Rayla "Hey did I say something in my sleep to upset Zaytah Rayla? She looks kind of pissed off at me right now"

 

[Life.]

Rayla quickly glanced at Zaytah, whose back was facing them at the moment. "Oh nothing. You know Zaytah and her temper," Rayla answered, "And class is almost over and we have a major essay that is due at the end of class. Actually as of right now we have 5 minutes left." Rayla returned back to her essay finishing her conclusion. Zaytah and Rayla both got up at the time to turn in their essay. A minute till the end of class was left.

Calvin sighs and said "I guess I have to bull crap another essay for this class" he quickly wrote an essay after asking Rayla what it was on and turn it in the last second in class and said "Well C make degrees I guess" he comes up to Zaytah and asked her "So what is wrong with you today you usually are not pissed off at me till lunch time when I still some food from your lunch box"

"I am just pissed today is that a problem?" Zaytah rhetorically asked. She stomped away heading towards her next class. "Um perhaps you should leave her alone today," Rayla suggested as she followed along after Calvin. "She's going to be especially moody and angry because of female reasons," Rayla explained. "Just meet us at lunch. And don't need worry you didn't do anything harmful," Rayla said as she ran after the steaming Zaytah.


"Can you believe him?" Zaytah asked. "Don't answer that," Zaytah added. "He's a guy, Zaytah," Rayla said. She just shook her head to Rayla's response. "I need a moment. I cannot handle being thought of as a homely wife, especially one that cooks. Just cause I have fire abilities does not mean I have to cook for a living. And the last thing I want to do it live with him," Zaytah complained. "Want some spicy cheetos?" Rayla asked. "Really? Spicy? Rude, but I will accept the offer," Zaytah shrugged and grabbed the bag of chips that Rayla pulled out of her bag.

Calvin sighs and walks off wondering what is wrong with Zaytah she seem really pissed off he doesn't know why hopefully she better at lunch a black haired boy jump and put his arm around and said "To Cal it seem like you and the fire princess are having a lover quarrel again what happened this time? " Calvin looks at Blake the boy who can use magic to transform into a wolf and werewolf and he sighs and saI'd "First of all we are not lovers and second I do not know why she pissed she just in a mood I guess" Blake smiles and said "Then why don't you get her a gift?! Try to make her happy since you guys always make up sooner or later?" Calvin thinks and said "A gift huh well I do not have anything in mind maybe I can ask her what she would want after she cool off at lunch" Blake's ears goes up and said "Good now me and Rayla do not have to sit awkwardly at lunch while you love birds fight now let's go to pe I need to spread my legs!" He drags Calvin quickly to their class and Calvin sigh and said "Why does this have to happen to me"

Rayla was linked arms with Zaytah leading her to their table. They usually sat on one of the round tables outside. "So what did you think of the last day for school, at least for you," Zaytah asked. "Oh please you too also know that you are going to pass the Magestone Tournament. And once we both pass we can go to the Cora Lumiere guild," Rayla replied. Zaytah shrugged and pulled out a brown sack filled with her lunch. "So do you have your secret technique down?" Rayla asked. "Almost," Zaytah muffled through a mouthful of spaghetti. "Hey so you want to practice with Calvin and me later," Rayla asked. "Sure but I won't practice my secret technique cause I want to surprise you," Zaytah answered. "That's fine. Same goes to you," Rayla replied with a wink.


"So why Cora Lumiere, anyways?" Zaytah asked. "Because they are known to have the strongest wizards of the Jupe Kingdom," Rayla answered. "Cute wizards too?" Zaytah added. "More like hot," Rayla answered. "Ooo even better," Zaytah cooed.

Calvin and Blake walked to the lunch table and Calvin see that Zaytah in a better mood and Blake said "Sup ladies isn't it just a great day for everyone to get along" he sat down and start to chew on a bone Calvin goes up to Zaytah and said "Listen I do not know what I did to piss you off, but I am sorry whatever I did I mean I never seen you this piss we always kid around with each other so here" he gave her a ticket "With this ticket I'll do whatever you want if you forgive me"

Zaytah grabbed the ticket and burned it. "I forgive you. I don't need that ticket. You don't need to do anything for me. Let us just forget about it," she said. Rayla gave a proud look on Zaytah then turned to Blake and Calvin, "She's at a calm moment. You guys caught her in a good time."


"Uh Rayla don't speak as if I am not here," Zaytah pointed out. "I'm just teasing you," Rayla giggled. She lightly tapped Zaytah's shoulder. "So anything interesting in your 'ruff' life?" Zaytah asked Blake adding quotation marks around the word 'ruff' to emphasize her pun.

Blake eyes twitched as she said that and he said to her "My life been fine but I am do glad you and your boyfriend made up I am surprised you did not use that ticket of your to make Calvin kiss you" Calvin sighs and said to Rayla "So what do you want to train on after school" he said that while he eats his sandwich and piece of cake

Zaytah's eyebrow twitched, "I guess today just isn't my lucky day." She puckered her lips but not to kiss. Zaytah spat out a fireball that landed on Blake's hair. "Perhaps that will help you burn in the facts that I am not interested in dating," Zaytah muttered. She then turned her attention back to her food.


Rayla just witnessed the situation with a sigh. Then she turned to answer Calvin, "I was thinking we can practice on the aesthetics of your magic. We are going to have a performance level so I was thinking we can practice that. Perfect our first impression upon the judges. What do you think? Want to practice something else?"

Blake runs as his hair on fire saying "Are you crazy Zaytah my hair!!" Calvin sigh and blew off Blake's hair with his wind and said "Zaytah you really need control your temper it will be your downfall at the tournament and don't be mad what he say he just kidding like how you kid at him and Rayla I think we need to practice some strategies I have about 300 different kinds we can use for the tournament"

Zaytah glared at him, "Perhaps you should listen to your own advice. My temper is but ill-tempered rather than your rampage temper against Snow." Her eyes narrowed at Calvin but then looked away since she didn't have the energy to argue anymore but to just complain. Rayla also sighed and wrapped one arm around Zaytah. "Zaytah what do you have to say?" Zaytah looked up at Rayla about to protest but then she shut her mouth and turned towards Blake. "I am sorry Blake for singeing your beautiful hair," Zaytah sighed. Rayla nodded, "Good." Then she turned towards Calvin, "Well unless we know what the actual testing stages are I don't think we can plan ahead with strategies. It's the tournament's way of making sure that no one can cheat." Rayla glanced at the tired Zaytah who had her head resting on her arms. "Lunch is about to end and we are about to head off to separate classes perhaps we shall finish this conversation later," Rayla stated.

Blake still give her a glare and said "Fine this time I forgive but next time I might really get mad if you do something like that again" Calvin sighs and pet Blake and said "She apologize just drop it and Zaytah I know I got angry against Snow bUT I have been working on keeping calm against him and I know my calmness is one of the charm you like of me" Calvin winks and turns to Rayla and said "That may be true but it is always good to have some kind of plan no matter what after claas let's all meet in the usual spot" Calvin and Gale walks toward there last class which is potion making

Together Zaytah and Rayla walked to their last classes. "Can you believe that Calvin believes I like him? He's got some nerve telling me what I like and don't like," Zaytah muttered. "Well usually you are pretty flirtatious," Rayla pointed out. "I'm flirtatious with any guy and sometimes chicks but only if I need something," Zaytah said. "And you really do have to control that temper," Rayla said. "Kind of hard when I am a hot-headed person," Zaytah answered back. "I can help you," Rayla offered. Zaytah looked at her, "It's going to be difficult."


"I don't care," Rayla said. "How did I end up with such a good friend?" Zaytah asked as she wrapped one arm around Rayla's shoulders. Rayla smiled and replied, "You're the one who found me."


"Am I great or what?"


"You sure are Zaytah. Now let's quickly finish these classes and meet up with Calvin after school," Rayla said.

Blake runs up to Calvin and said "Yo buddy ready for potion class" Calvin smiles and said "Of course unless you blow up the class" Blake laughs and said "That why you my partner so anyway do you like Zaytah or something you flirt a lot with her?" Calvin sighs and said "No we just friends the reason I do that because she always did that to me while we were younger she a big flirt, but I learned that she can't take flirting back I mean I did have a crush on her, but I later learn she is not into me" Blake smiles and said "Oh I get you so what kind of girls you like anyway I love girls that can cook!" Calvin thinks and said "She have to have long hair be smart and be a calm loving person I guess" Riku laughs and said "Maybe we will meet her in class" Calvin laughs and said "Yeah right let's go" they walked into class and got in there sits as class begin they made potion and Blake added to much and said "OK just a little more" Calvin turned and said "No! You dumb dog!!!" When Blake did that a huge explosion happened in the potion lab for everyone to see

The bell rang indicating the end of the day. Zaytah and Rayla walked out of their classrooms and headed towards the school's fountain. "So how are your powers coming along?" Zaytah asked knowing that Rayla has been having a tough time. "I just can't seem to bring to life actually living things from my drawings. I can do inanimate objects but not living things," Rayla said. "How about you study the insides of living things first?" Zaytah suggested. "Hmm never really considered that. I might try that," Rayla considered. "Well let's here," Rayla said. She sat down by the fountain. Zaytah sat next to her.

Calvin was able to protect everyone in the class room with his wind and direct the explosion upward by controlling the wind and he said to Blake "You Idiot are you trying to kill all of us!!" Blake looks down and said "Sorry i was careless" A girl with white long hair came up to Calvin and said "Thanks for saving us, but I you could have stop this if you stay calm!" Calvin is memorized by her beauty and said "I I I sorry" Blake looks at him and thinks he never see Calvin shutter like this The girl came up the Calvin and gave him a peck on the cheek and said "But that for saving us later!" Calvin face turned completely red and he was unable to respond to ask her her name Blake has to talk to the teacher while Calvin stayed in a dazed and they walked to meet Rayla and Zaytah and Blake said "Yo you ready for practice! "

"Yeah we are!" Rayla replied. Then she noticed Calvin's red face. "What happened to him?" Rayla asked Blake. Zaytah just observed quietly while sucking on a lollipop she had.

Blake scratches his head and said "Well I kinda blow up the potion lab again I am probably getting sued, but Calvin saved the day by protecting everyone and a cute girl just Calvin type thanked him and kissed him on the cheek and he been blushing and awed struck ever since" Calvin blushes more and said "I-I-it not like that let just begin the training we need to prepare for the tournament anyway"

 

[Life.]

Rayla and Zaytah glanced at each other then bursted out laughing. "Oh Calvin you are adorable," Rayla exclaimed. Zaytah couldn't stop laughing to talk.


After a few minutes their laughter died down. "I thought you were a ladies man, Calvin. Couldn't handle a peck?" Zaytah asked. "And you must be quite the savior then," Zaytah added. She jumped up and gave a kiss on the cheek to Calvin, "I even added a hint of my taste so it may burn a bit." Zaytah began walking off in the direction where they were designated to train. Rayla jumped up and went after her. She glanced back at Calvin and said, "But really that was a nice thing you did Calvin." Then she looked over at Blake and said, "Next time you be more cautious."


"Now let's go and join Zaytah!"

Calvin face is completely red and he face palm his face and said "Why do you girls just kiss everyone on the cheek like that let's go guys" Calvin and Blake walk to the train and Blake said "Hey! Why does Calvin the only one that get kissed what a out me Rayla Zaytah? I Mean I did help Calvin get a kiss" Calvin threw a bone in the air and Blake catch it and then passed out and Calvin said "Thank god to sleep poison bones"

 

[Life.]

Zaytah had her hands on her hips waiting. " Took you guys long enough," she said. "Sorry I was talking to Calvin to make sure you didn't put him more into shock," Rayla reasoned. "I see Calvin coming but not Blake. What happened to him?" Zaytah asked. Rayla looked behind her. "Don't know. Let's ask Calvin," Rayla suggested. "Hey Calvin what happened to Blake?" Zaytah asked.

Calvin carried Blake with his wind and said "Sorry i put him to sleep so where are we going to train and trust me my training plan will be hard"

"If I can walk across scorching hot coal with my bare feet at the age of six to get a grasp of my powers the. I can handle anything," Zaytah said. Rayla looked at her, "Did you really had to do that?" Zaytah nodded, "It was a mile long trek. The only way to force my feet to bare the intense heat. Thanks to that now I can ignite fire on my feet." She demonstrated by lifting up a foot that was soon engulfed in flames. Rayla oohed and aahed in fascination but then refocused to Calvin. "We are training on the backfield of the school, so that it is big enough for us to do powerful spells," Rayla answered.

Calvin smirks and said "Oh for you Zaytah my training is not for power it is to keep your temper if you are not cool in battle it will cause you problem like if you face I wind user like me" With a swish of his hand Calvin made Zaytah fire go out "See by taking away the oxygen from your fire it can be easily be put out and for you Rayla we are going to practice how fast you can draw your magic the trick to your magic is in your drawing speed and for Blake I need to teach him to be less of an idiot"
