New and ready to RP!

SerianX13

Just Fundamentally Human
Hello all! I've been out of the RP world for quite some time, and figured since I've been writing so much in my spare time this would be a most excellent extra boost of creativity.

I'm a literate writer through and through. I used to RP in a lot of different fandoms (even if I didn't know it I'd research and jump right in!) but I also enjoy original ideas. I play DND outside of this so I'm always down for jumping into new character shoes.

Glad to join up!

Welcome to the site. Been here a week or so, I can say safely that it's pretty nice. Always nice to see someone who knows about DnD as well, so instant bonus points.

Yes! It's always nice to know someone else in that world of table top gaming. Bonus points to you as well :]

Out of pure curiosity, would you say you've had a favorite character you've done for DnD?
My favorite was definitely a human barbarian I played up to level 20. She was just... ah, so well developed character wise and I did my best with fleshing out her background and staying consistent. How about you? Any particular one of yours?

I've only had the pleasure of doing DnD twice, running on three now. First two times, it collapsed in on itself due to people getting busy, some not understanding the roll 20 site, and player differences. This time around, it's hosted by my sisters fiancee.

Anyways, I've only had two characters, though I'd have to say my favorite by far is still my mountain dwarf cleric, follower of the forge and moradin. Something about dwarves always appealed to me. Lawful good, affinity for heavy arms and armor, indomitable will and spirit, insanely brave, able to down at least three pints before even feeling a tingle. I've even gone so far as to re-work him to be suiting for fantasy rp in general, outside of DnD.

Dwarves are such a beastly class! My friend played a dwarf monk that was hands down the best character we had in that campaign. And you played a dwarf cleric? That's awesome!

Played/playing. I may have broke the system just a tad, since we're still level one, but since I took forge domain and I can get chain mail for a cleric starting set if I get profieceny in heavy armor, which I do cause forge, I've got a wonderful AC of 18 right off the bat. But yes, still my favorite character I've ever made.

18..... wow, I think my lvl3 rogue has MAYBE a 12? lol

Granted, a rogue isn't meant to have incredibly high AC anyways, they're not supposed to be tanking anything. So I don't wind up cluttering your welcome page, feel free to shoot me a conversation, or I can start one.
