Neow couldn't help but also take a handful of popcorn for himself to snack on as the previews kept on rolling, the sweet delicious taste of buttered movie popcorn distracting him slightly as he noticed Roxi taking off her vest and unbuttoning her shirt a little... She isn't trying to pull something here is she? Naww.. no... but Maybe I should take off my own sweater... he thought, still feeling kinda soggy even though it was beginning to dry up finally...


"Yeah, im hoping for the same... But the game the title and what that kid said Reminds me of something Called Metal Gear Rising: Revengance, in which you got to play as some Cyborg ninja called Raiden and get to slice all sorts of thing into tiny pieces and just be playing a video game equivilant of one of those Bollywood action movies..."


Wait, i didn't just nerd out on her did I?





"U-uhmm, either way, the title of this movie pretty much sums the game itself up pretty well. I honestly wouldn't be disappointing if they were exactly the same... I-i kinda have a soft spot for over the top action h-haha..."


The Previews were starting to roll to a close... Neow kept munching on his handful of popcorn... still worrying to himself about taking his sweatshirt off or not.... All he had was a t-shirt underneath but.. he honestly was never too confident about his own body, or muscle mass in general, he was pretty skinny underneath he thought... he'd wait until it was totally Dark to take it off, the dampness was really bothering him at this point....


"So uhh, hope it's good right?" Neow whispered to Roxi as the Movie started to play...

Roxanne kept her eyes fous on the screen watching the previews roll by. She still kept attention to Neow. She frowned a little as the game title sounded a bit familiar to her. Her eyes suddenly perked up when she remember. "Ah I think I know that game!" She tossed a popcorn in her mouth savoring the buttery taste. "I have a friend who loves that game and would tell me all about it. Sometimes I would watch her play it." She explained tossing a couple of more popcorn in her mouth. "Haha so do I. Makes the movie more exciting." Roxanne moved around in her seat trying to get comfortable once the previews had came to an end. She looked over at Neow wondering if he was still wet from outside. Her eyes adjusted well in the dark theater noticing he was still damp. She frown a little as gulity being to slowly swallow her up. She looked away, back on the screen, letting go if the thought. The movie began to roll and her smile grew wider. "Yeah, better be good. If it sucks I owe you since I did pick this one.." She whisper back. "I hope my eyes don't glow throughout the movie. Always had this problem whenever watching a movie at the theater.." She laughed a little shyly.


Throughout the movie, Roxanne kept quiet besides laughing at a couple of scenes that amuse her. She focus her attention only the movie, peeking a glance at Neow from time to time. She didn't really expect the movie to be interesting or catch her attention. "Wow..." She tossed her last piece of popcorn in her mouth that was in her hand. Her eyes gazed at the wide screen as the main character just finsh off fighting a giant metal robot. "Can this movie get any better." She whisper glancing at Neow smiling.


(( I've actually played the game before and the rest of the Metal Gear Solid series. It by far is one of my favorite games! ^^ ))

(Sorry for being slow! for some reason i just can't get focused tonight...)


((Also awesome!!! Unfortunately MGR is the only Metal Gear game i've ever played, is that a bad thing?))


Neow couldn't help but keep his eyes on Roxi as well during the first few scenes, so far the Movie was alright but it was definitely still on the chopping block here, otherwise it was so far near identical to MGR.... But Neow wouldn't complain as he ate another handful of popcorn to munch deliciously on....


After watching the Protagonist get his own arm sliced off and the bad guys getting away, Neow whispered back to Roxi;


"Naww, don't worry about it, it seems fine so far...." he said about the movie thing she said before the preveiws...


Wait, she didn't take that as him talking about her eyes did she?


"The uhh, movie I mean, not your eyes, they're uhh.."


Now that he looked directly at Roxi, there was definitely a small glow in her own eyes, which did stand out just a little bit in the darkness... darn cats and cat people could always see in the dark easily he heard, since some part sin their eyes has some sort of reflective stuff that made them even glow sometimes....


"They are very pretty...."


He admitted, blushing a little and his ears folding down on the back of his head as he quickly darted his head back to the movie, where honestly not much but talking was going on screen...

(( Its alright man! Don't apologize, its totally fine. Seriously!? Its not bad, but you have (if you want) to play the others, somehow, or you can just watch game plays. They're amazing! ))


Roxanne almost zoned out the movie a bit when it was just a scene withthe characters talking about who knows what. She frown a little disappointed Neow wasn't talking about her eyes. She was hoping her eyes weren't a turn off or anything since she did had a feeling they were glowing. She crossed her arms and sulked a little deeper into the chair when she heard someone comment about her eyes. She didn't like the attention and tried to hide her eyes with her hair somehow.


She looked at Neow surprise by his compliment. Her cheeks flushed a deep red, probably noticeable in the dark. Her frown soon turn into a genuine smile. "T-thank you.." She stutter looking away back on the screen.

Neow would admit, although it was a little weird and could be possibly scary/creepy in some situations (cough cough, middle of the night snacks or other things), Roxanne's glowing eyes WERE very charming, much like a photoshopped or drawn picture to bring attention to one's eyes....


"Y-you're welcome..." Neow whispered back... and then got an idea....


Sigh, i hope i dont regret this but i think now would be a perfect time to make a small move.... the characters on screen still ain't doing much so now's better then never...


"Hey uhh, m-mind if i move the popcorn and schooch a lil closer to you? It is a little cold in here..." Neow whispered quietly to Roxi, his ears still folded back on his head and his cheeks flushing red as well.... If he was going to get anywhere he'd have to be a little bold rather then timid like he usually was...


He was still somewhat cold thanks to the rain outside, and it was a little cooler in the theatre then it was out at the entrance... Maybe I should get the sweatshirt off first before i try and snuggle up next to her.... that is if she allows me to get closer to her....

Roxanne grabbed a small hand full of popcorn munching them down one by one. She watchdd the movie listening to characters talk. Not much was being said that was really important. Her ears shot up straight a bit surprise by his question. Her cheeks were still red, her face feeling completely hot. "S-sure. Pretty cold myself too.." Her clothes didn't completely dry yet then she had expected it. She moved the popcorn placing it on her lap. She scooted over a little bit thinking he'll probably take his sweatshirt off. As much of a cat she is, she loves to cuddle. She tend not to show it too much since she'll wrap herself around the person and never let go. Made her feel safe in a way.


"I really do open there isn't a romantic scene near the end of the movie.." She whisper. There has been be romantic interest seen here and then throughout the movies, but sometimes in movies they usually don't show the kiss scene and just leave the audience guessing. She wonder if this movie would be the same so she wouldn't have to fuzzy inside.

(Sorry i took awhile! It was the Third year Anniversary for Among Gods today and i had to get that alll done including a hugeee drawing for it if you wanna go check that out.)


Neow's own cheeks were still feeling red hot themselves as He Scooted closer to Roxi, closing the gap between them on the sofa like chairs...


"Why do you say that?" Neow whispered back to Roxi's comment on a possible romantic scene, so far he hasn't seen any romantic interest just quite yet... that or he wasn't paying attention and focusing on the actual romantic interest going on here....


Speaking of.... time to make another one of those bold moves..... Neow Hoped he wasn't pushing it....


"You think it'd distract from the actual Romance going on here?" He meant to imply himself and Roxi....


Now to quickly change the subject...


"And uhh, you dont mind if i take my sweatshirt off do you? It still isn't drying off and it's a little cold in here..." He whispered quietly as he tried to keep his eyes on BOTH Roxi and the Film, the film was showing the protagonist starting to get into a fight with a Robotic Wolf it seemed like.... oh... shit. He hoped she didn't think he implied some sort of ROMANCE between the Robo wolf and the protag.... oh god... please have interpreted that as me and her...

Roxanne rested her head on his shoulder. She felt comfortable and tried to hold back the urge to purr. "Would be more comfortable if my head was laying on his chest..." She blushed at her thought and tried focusing on the movie. She open her mouth speak, but Neow had already said the words she was going to say. "Uh well.. N-no.. Yes.. M-maybe.. I don't know..." She answer shyly stuttering. She felt as though if something romantic happen it would be overwhelming for the two since the Robo Wolf seems to be the romantic interest so far. She looked at him and quickly moved herself off of him. "S-sure." She hadn't notice the wet stains since she was so comfortable to care.


She turned towards the movie watching the protagonist fight against the Robo Wolf. She was happy thee some action back into the movie she had a feeling the fighting coming to an end. Either an sad end or awkward romantic end. She grabbed her tell playing with it as her eyes were glue on the screen. She looked Neow now and then. "...Think something going to spark between the two in the end?.." She whisper regretting she even ask. She was referring to the protagonist and the Robo Wolf, but really him and her.

As the action-packed fight went on between the Robo Wolf and the Protag, Neow noticed Roxi rest her head onto his shoulder, practically renewing the flustered feeling in his body as he casually munched on more buttery popcorn, listening to her as she spoke....


I think she got the hint hehe... Wait...


When Roxi suddenly moved herself off Neow He looked at her a little confused before putting his eyes back to the movie, where the fight was just finishing up.... Then made a horrible realization...


Oh FUCK me... Neow Thought at what Roxi just said, damn it! i-i didn't mean the robot and the protag, god damn it.. stupid stupid stupid....


He practically screamed internally at himself as he tried to muster the words while watching the fight end...


quick, say something already!





"Oh uhmm m-maybe, im not sure..."


He stuttered and whispered as the Fight quickly ended with the Protag Slicing the RoboWolf clean in half, sparks and metal flying everywhere on screen...


"I uhh, g-guess that answers-"


The protag immediately kneels down to the Robo wolf with out fo nowhere tears coming from his robot eyes as they cry for having to slice the Robo wolf in half.


Oh my fucking GOOOD.


Neow's jaw practically dropped in shock and surprise, just at the very wrong time it turns out that Robo Wolf was actually somehow the love interest... It was prolly very clear to Roxi now that this had surprised him, and what he said earlier very likely didn't mean what was happening on screen...


Now this just makes everything awkward as hell.. shit... what do i Do.....


His mind immediately jumps back to when she was laying on his shoulder, on his still damp sweatshirt....


Fuck, that's right, damn it.... Well, at least the movie's going back to one of the more word heavy aprts, better now then never....





Neow tried to his best to act casual as he took off his sweatshirt, excusing himself to Roxi as he removed it, showing the Logo of Among Gods On his T-shirt. He placed his damp sweatshirt on the other side of him and took some more popcorn to awkwardly munch on at the scene that just happened in front of them...


So far this is definitely like the Videogame except with badly written smut hammered in... oh god, i hope this won't happen to the next boss-fight as well..... he thought to himself as he tried not to glance at Roxi out of shyness and feeling awkward....

Roxanna munched on some more popcorn enjoying the movie. She didn't look at Neow since she didn't really want to miss anything in the movie. She frowned a little a bit disappointed he hadnt actually understood what she said. Though it was partially her fault since she wasnt clear with him. Now awkward tension will rise between them. Her eyes widen in shock as her jaw drop when the protagonist sliced the Robo Wolf in half. "Oh my god.." She wasn't expecting that at all. She looked at Neow wondering if his reaction was the same as hers. It was, but it was bit different causing her to smirk a little. "You didn't know?" She whisper to him trying to relieve some awkwardness.


As he was taking off his sweater, she gave him a small smile telling it was alright. She gazed at his shirt seeing a logo printed in the middle, all thanks to her night vision eyes. She wonder what it was since she quite liked it. "What does that logo stand for?" She asked him resting her head back on his shoulder. Her eyes were still glued to the screen. She munched on more of the buttery popcorn enjoying rhe rest of the film. She hoped it still wasnt too awkward between them. She had almost wished for the movie to come to an end since she curious how the final boss battle will rurn out. Then, she could conpare it to the game she barely remembers about. Roxanne thought about it was her turn to make a bold move since Neow has already. "Maybe hold his hand..." She thought. Her yellow eyes gazed down at his hand which was preoccupied with popcorn now. She decided to wait till he finish up with his last piece of popcorn and swoop in to take his hand in hers. A blush crept along her cheeks just by thinking about it.

Neow looked a little awkwardly at Roxi as the Movie continued on about the Robo wolf and the Protag.


It completely caught him off guard and it wasn't at all what he meant earlier about any of the romance stuff... (im uhh, kinda drawing a blank here, i apologize if this all seems kinda sloppy.)


As they watched the Movie Neow listened to her ask about his shirt as Another good action fight was beginning with the Protag facing off a French woman or something...


"W-well..." he whispered back as his eyes kept to the screen as some of the amazing stunt-work was beginning again.


Neow actually looked around the theater, (doing his best) just in case he wasn't annoying anyone with their whispering, but thankfully the theater itself was still pretty empty and the other people in the theater were for the most part far away enough to not hear Neow's and Roxi's whispering as the movie went on...


"Its the uhh, symbol for Among Gods, k-kinda like my trademark..." Neow whispered about the Diamond Design on his shirt, with a hook like symbol on it to Roxi as he nommed down the last of the popcorn in his hand....


Not a moment later after explaining though, Neow felt Another hand take his, which came as a warm surprise to him as he looked at Roxi, seeing her hand suddenly gripping his, basically causing both of them to blush as the fight scene unromantically as possible went on as the villain taunted the protag about the RoboWolf.....


Neow decided to Smile, and not say a word as he blushed a little bit as well, gripping his hand with hers as the movie continued on with it's awesome fight scene as the Protag and villain jumped off walls at eachother with their weapons...


He honestly hadn't felt as good and as warm as this since High school he thought to himself.... It's prolly been too long since he's been out dating like this... It was nice....


I wonder what she's thinking and feeling right now... Neow thought to himself....

Roxanne looked at his shirt again when he told her it was the symbol for his book. "I like it." She said with a smile and turned back to the movie. The fighting scene seemed pretty in tense now that the romantic interest is out of the way. Probably drama now between the French woman. She slightly looked around the theater to see if anyone was sitting by them. No one was which was good. Roxanne had forgotten about the other people who were also in the theater. Roxanne gazed at Neow hand noticing he ate his last piece of popcorn. "Well here goes nothing.." She was nervous while trying to mutter up some words of encouragement to herself. She was never use to making bold moves. Usually she didn't have the chance and honestly she likes that she finally having a chance.


She slide her hand into his keeping her eyes on the screen. Her cheeks flsuhed red, butterflies in her stomach, but food feeling. She liked the soft warmth in his hands an held it tight. She moved the popcorn more closer to him so he still had access to it with his free hand. Her smile grew bigger and she gentlely rubbed her head against his shoulder intentionally. She was able to hold back a purr. Roxanne felt more comfortable with Neow and probably can be more open with him now. She muched on more popcorn as the protagonist still fighting with the villian. The fight seemed to be almost done since the protagonist figure out a way to stop the villian from moving.

Neow whispered a quiet thank you for Roxi moving the popcorn a little closer and the movie finished off this action scene as the French woman was frozen and then sliced into many tiny pieces in awesome slow motion.


"Dammn this is neat so far" Neow whispered, trying to keep out the awkwardness as he kept his hand with Roxi's, enjoying both the Movie itself, the buttery popcorn, which was actually nearly half way now, and the rising tension of romance that he was feeling between him and Roxi...


Hrmm, i wonder..... Naww... that'd be too early at this rate.... He thinks to himself something, feeling flustered from what he was thinking...


The movie moved on from the fight and began one of it's more boring Dialogue parts, and Neow Decides to Focus on Roxi some more...


He noticed they were both finally dry now, and it was really cozy in the theater here, and she really seemed to be enjoying this time together... and honesty he really was too...


Hrmmmm, I wonder... It's warm, we're both finally dry, and the story of the movie is almost genuinely non-exsistant.... maybe i should pay more attention but... I think i'd rather focus on the REAL plot here hehe... Although her other side there still seems a bit wet hehe.....





Neow decided to let go of Roxi's hand and wraps his arm around her. Hoping for the best as upon looking at him, he appeared VERY nervous as he did this, weakly smiling at Roxi instead of paying attention to the movie....

(( Sorry sorry sorry!! Got busy and couldn't find a good timing to post back! Sorry once again! ))


Roxanne nodded her head when Neow thanked her for moving the popcorn. She continue to watch the movie as the fight scene came to an end. "Yeah.. It so graphic.." She whisper admiring the every bit of the movie. Roxanne definitely felt comfortable close next to Neow holding hands whilst eating buttery sweet popcorn. She really question herself if romance was going to spark. She almost doubt it, but had to wait and see how things flow.


Roxanne began to zone out during the dialogue scenes. Nothing important was being told. She actually zoned our everything around her falling into her deep thoughts. "I wonder how mamy scenes are left till the mocie ends. Will things will changes between us after this.. Date? Normal as usual or a bit different. Different sounds nice." She soon snapped out of her thoughts when Neow let go of her hand. A wave of sadness almost washed her away, but was taken off guard when he wrap his arm around her. She smile wide as she snuggle closer to him letting out a soft purr. Her eyes widen quickly snapping her mouth shut with her hand. "Oh god.. Please hoped that didn't sound so weird.." Her face a deep red embarrass by her action. She hadnt intending on purring and couldn't even control it times. She eagerly wanted to bury her face into his chest but instead rested her head on his chest avoiding eye contact.

Neow looked at Roxi in surprise as he heard the sudden purr, but he decided to smile at her.


Okay, that was a little weird but she certainly seems to be enjoying this...


Wait, where's the recline on these things?


Neow searched around on the sides of the seats, finding small little black buttons.


Aha! This'll keep her from having to rest on my bony shoulder!


The seats reclined silently and gently for both him and Roxi as they now leaned back together as another fight scene went ahead on screen.


But honestly as awesome as the fight on screen was, Neow wasn't really going to pay attention all that much, as he'd much rather focus on something else, that something else being Roxi.


The warmth of someone else's own body on your own was a feeling Neow had been longing for ever since his last breakup years ago in highschool as he gently wrapped his other arm and Roxi, a dumb smile on his face with a kinda bright blush as he relaxed, feeling very pleased as he lazily payed attention to the movie.


"E-enjoying yourself h-huh?"


He whispered in a stutter, if that quick purr meant anything she was sure as hell enjoying this too.

Roxanne felt a lot more comfortable enjoying the cuddling more than rhe movie now. She was starting toboay less attention to it and more on Neow, but was still a bit embarrass to even look at him cause of purring. "He must thought it was weird.." She frowned a little by her thought cuddle closer to him. It was bit difficult since the popcorn was sorta in the way. She ate more of the popcorn keeping her eyes on the movie screen, though showing lack of attention, glance over at her date whom seemed to search for something. "Oh!" She whisper surprise when the recline popped out. She had forgot the chairs were able to do that.


Roxanne was feeling even more comfortable. It had been a while since she was ever held like this and enjoyed every second of it. It was nice and wished to never leave his arms. A small blush flushed her cheeks as she smile happily. She looked at him smiling bigger. "Yeah I am." She whisper back. "I am making you feel comfort?.." She had cuddle more closer to him, but couldn't help her. It was in her nature.

"Y-yeah, very much so~" Neow whispered to Roxi as he tightened his arms around her a little bit, feeling a almost Euphoric pleasure that practically over took him as she cuddled up REALLY close to him, keeping them both warm and happy.


The movie simply continued on without much of his or Roxi's attention to it, already the last fight scene had ended and the movie was starting to hit its climax as the tension between the characters rose and the villan pulling a impractically gaint robot out of nowhere to fight with.


Neow payed little attention to the movie or the popcorn even as his minds went all about in his head, thinking about what the third date would be, maybe the park or fair or something, he also thought about if this romance was only meant to be a short lived pick me up for the both of them, or if it would fizzle out after a year or two..... It always kinda saddened Neow whenever long term relationships just eventually burnt out or crashed and burned, he's had both short term and long term relationships end in heart break for him, almost just like his own mother and father's relationships after they divorced when he was a baby until they both finally remarried...


But hey... hopefully this'll end well for both him and Roxi if they get serious...


Neow simply enjoyed Holding Roxi in his arms as the Movie played on in the background...


I wonder.... Neow gained a mischievous thought or two in his head... but he quickly shook them out


No no no... you dumb fuck.... None of that shit, not even third date no. but then again...


Neow became almost visibly bothered as his cheeks flushed a little redder for thinking rather dirty thoughts...


He took one of his arms and pretended to brush his hair out of his eyes or something, when in reality he was trying to face palm himself.....


Then another thought occurred to him... although this one not like the others...


"H-how much longer you thing this is...?"


Neow asked Roxi, genuinely curious as he snuck a quick peek at his phone, Already it was nearly 11:30PM....


Well... it's not like im going to have to show up to work in the morning anyway.... but god damn this movie's LONG.

At this point, Roxanne paid no attention to the movie at all. Instead, she was trying to not to fall asleep. She gotten so comfortable that she started to fall asleep. The movie was awful long and Roxanne was growing bored of it a bit. At least the final fight was over and soon onto the boss scene. Roxanne eyes began to slowly droop as she sticked closer to Neow. She really hoped she wasnt making him feel uncomfortable. She did hope something good come out in the end after the date. Maybe a little improvement. She let out a soft yawn wondering what time it was. "Maybe a 11. Two hours must of passed by now. I hope I can get hone early. Have a busy morning tomorrow.." She thought. She yawn once again as her eyes finally closed blocking out everything around her. She focus on the sound of his breathing, matching his, finding it soothing. She slightly jump when she heard his voice snapping out of her short dreamland. "Uh!?.. Oh I hope soon.." She answer. Roxanne tried to hold back a yawn. She didn't want him to think she was tired, but her yawning before probably was noticeable.

Neow himself caught on with the contiguous yawn himself, as he too began to get a little sleepy and bored with the movie...


I'm probably gonna have to rewatch this some other time.... Man... How much longer is this?


He thought to himself yawning....


He looked down at Roxi who clung to him as he kept his arms right around hers.....


A small smile still dominated his face as he gently closed his eyes, the sounds of the final boss in the background being tuned out as he too listened to Roxi's breathing and body movements, noticing the eventual sync with their breaths, but not really making much of it....


Not a momment later however, Neow (and no doubtingly Roxi too) gets a rude awakening as he feels the end of a broomstick poke his arm.


Startling him awake as his body violently flinched with Roxi still in his arms as there was suddenly a empty lit up theatre around them, The movies credits already having gone past as a young leopard girl with a lot of piercings chuckles to herself standing next to Neow's and Roxi's seat.


"Sorry to wake you guys! But you gatta be leaving!" The girl said, waving one of her hands in apology before continuing her work with picking up trash and sweepign the floors.


Neow let out a deep sigh, waking up Roxi if she wasn't already awake from his own violent wake up.


He Pulled out his phone and checked the time


12:10am?! jesus did we really fall asleep for that long?





Putting hsi phone away, he began tof elt calm again as Roxi was still against them


"T-time to go hehe... Want em to uhh... walk you home...?" Neow timidly asked with a tired look in his eyes...


The thought occurred to him he should just maybe stay at her place if she didn't live any farther then he did.... Although maybe not this early int eh relationship he thought....
