Realistic or Modern Neko Neko Academy!

Kairyn

A Fox

Welcome to Neko Neko Academy!

As the Academy's title says, it is filled with Nekos. More of a safe haven. Though, some humans are invited for the Nekos to become accustomed with them. Nekos ranges to many animals, most have the ears and tails of one. This academy has dorms, 2 nekos/humans can live in it. Right outside the academy is the beach.

The door to the top left corner leads to the bathroom. The shelves are basically empty but you can add nick nacks and toys to it. Instead of a single bead, it is a bunk bed.

At the first floor, there is the kitchen for the chefs to serve food for you, tables and chairs to sit and wait for the servant to give you food, and the lounge in a separate room to relax. On the second and third floor, the classrooms are held. On the fourth floor, there are the dorms.

School starts at 10:00 AM, so we should hurry up. I shall give your schedule and your uniform. ( Everyone basically has the same classrooms together )

10:00 AM - 10:10 AM - Room 248 | HomeRoom

10:13 AM - 11:00 AM - Room 264 | English

11:03 AM - 11:42 AM - Room 313 | History

11:45 AM - 12:00 PM - Room 268 | Gym

12:03 PM - 12:42 PM - Room 248 | HomeRoom for Lunch

Misaki's hands rubbed against the firm small paper that held the dorm she was settling into. Her suitcase dragged behind her as Misaki let out a yawn. Her eyes tracked the silver plated class room number.

42 rooms to go. . .

The hallway was relatively silent, only to be accompanied by the ticking of the clocks that was hung up by each 7 rooms or so. The clopping of her shoes also seemed to sing along by the clock's rhythm. Misaki extended her hands onto the right wall that held the even room numbers.

Her eyes tracked the room numbers until reaching her final destination. Misaki halted then slowly touched the smooth cold silvery plating.

"474. . ."

She murmured, then shuffling into her pockets to get the keys. Who is my room mate? The thought remained in her mind, her heart rate slightly picking up. Who is my room mate? She wondered. The cold metallic feel touched her hand, she took a grip of the key and pushed it into the door knob. She twisted it and turned the nob, hoping she was the first one.

Naoko stops by Misaki, looking at his note to see what number it is he's actually looking for. He'd been walking down the hall blind until now. He looks at the number for the dorm Misaki's at, just standing there for a few minutes to think about things. I hope my room's not something of a mess... Oh well... I'll just have to request a change of rooms if my roommate turns out to be unbearable... It's times like this I wish I were allowed to stay at the apartment instead of at a dorm... He just stands there a little longer, looking around at the hall that's completely different than those of the apartment he'd been living in with a friend the past year or two.

Maou was humming to himself on his way up to the fourth floor, a guitar flung across his back and a sullen, monotone look in his eyes. His hum sped up in rhythm, slowly raising his gentle hums timbre as he looked to a small sheet of his paper. Only a few more steps to go. Sighing once more, the boy couldn't help but wonder, speaking aloud "eesh, this better be fun. I don't wanna live out a highschool life that may as well be the hell I'm certain it will be... Guess ya can always hope..."

Miyuki turns the key to her room, entering to find she got there first. She throws her bags in the corner, laying down on one of the beds and sighing. "Seriously, did they have to put the school next to the ocean...? Having water right out there is something a little hard to forget about..." She looks up at the ceiling, waiting for her roommate. "I wonder who I'll be in a room with...? Maybe it'll be somebody that I can tease a little...?" She blushes ever so slightly, thinking about how fun of a year this might be.

Maou sighs, exclaiming aloud as he lugs his guitar behind him, putting his head in his hands "The attic... Really... Does this school hate me already?" With that, he let the thought resonate and bounce across his mind again "hmm..."

OOC- Woops, replace Misaki with Ayano.

Ayano shut the door of her dorm quite loudly. She threw the key onto the shelf to the left as she saw majestic clear windows with balconies at the end. Beyond the balconies were the majestic silvery soft white sand, leading to the clear sky blue water. Her eyes quickly adverted from the view then throwing the suitcase on the bed. She opened the suitcase and dug into it until she found the redness of her uniform. Ayano hopped to the door and locked it. She then quickly changed into her uniform, the uniform snuggly fitting her. She let out a silent sigh of relief, falling against the bottom bunk bed. Her power was drained from wandering the halls aimlessly for a few hours.
Her mind bounced to one topic to anither until she ran back to the topic of her room mate. Ayano bolted straight up with her bed, hitting her head on the ceiling of the bunk bed.Ayano moaned in pain, her hands rubbing against the smooth brown hair. No ears. She first thought that her room mate would be a human, if he or she was, then she would hide her animal appearance. Either way if Neko or not, she would hide her animal appearance. Ayano slightly hesitated from hiding the truth she was a neko because they would mistaken her as a human. Which leads to confusion and mistrusting.

"1 donut...2 donuts...3 donuts...and more!"

Sosomi smiled as she counted the dozen donuts she held. Her backpack that had a skateboard sticking out of it bounced against her back as she practically skipped down the halls. In one hand she held the box of donuts and in the other hand she carried a duffel bag. Her cap was slightly tilted and her hair as straight as ever. Sosomi continued down the hall aimlessly lost in her thoughts about donuts when she suddenly remembered where she was.

"Mmmm better check to see if I'm headed in the right direction," she murmured to herself. Sosomi placed the duffel bag down and stuck her hand into her pocket shuffling around in search of something. "Aha!"

Sosomi examined the scrap of paper. "Room 473..." Her eyes looked up to get an idea of where she was. "489, Whoops looks like I passed my room," Sosomi observed. She grabbed her bag and made her way down to hall, actually keeping in mind her task.

"473. Finally I have someplace to eat my donuts."

Once more she placed the duffel bag down and began searching for her dorm key in her back pocket. Feeling the teeth of the key she grabbed it. Somi stuck the key in. She found that she had to jiggle the key a bit in order for it to work.

"Ooooh fancy," Somi admired the room. She debated whether the inhabit the top bunk or he bottom. "The top it is!" she exclaimed. Somi threw her stuff up there and climbed up the steps. She flopped down and sighed in ease.

Rikuto had one hand in his jeans pocket and the other holding his duffel bag as he walked the hallways, trying to find his dorm. He suspiciously gazed at all the others that were walking down the hall, entering their dorm, exiting their dorm, hanging it the doorway. Looks like he wasn't going to be alone. Blinking, Rikuto suddenly remembered he didn't remember his dorm number. "Uh.. uh.." He said quietly, digging in his pockets for a key. He found it, and luckily, the numbers 493 were stamped on it. Breathing a slight sigh of relief, he returned to his search, finally coming across a door labeled 493. He shoved the key into the keyhole and twisted it to the left for a good 30 seconds before realizing he was doing it the wrong way. Grumbling, he unlocked the door and put the key back in his pocket and glanced at the room. A bunk bed in the corner, a large window next to it, a small coffee table in the center, a shelf on the next wall and a door that he suspected lead to a bathroom. Cozy. He climbed up to the top bunk and threw his bag down. Luckily, he'd gotten here first and got to pick which bed. He climbed back off and stared out the window, entranced by it's gorgeous view.

Rin stumbled down the hall, her arms pulling along a small kart, on which several boxes were stacked, filled with all her possession, ranging from her clothing to a number of gaming consoles that clattered against each-other with the movements of the kart. She was somewhat late, intentionally so, as to avoid the initial rush of people headed towards their room, overly eager to either get the first pick of a bed, which she never understood seeing as they were exactly the same, or meet the absolute stranger that they'd be spending the next year sharing a room with, which was, another thing she didn't understand. They'd be with them for an entire year after all, so why be in such rush?

A few moments later she'd found her way to her room, the name 493 emblazoned across the door, and as she went to let herself in she found the door was already unlocked, presumably her roommate had beaten her to the punch, and already gone and moved in. The most she could hope for was that whoever it was was off exploring the school, as she really didn't want to deal with any strangers at the moment, they always spent way too much energy on introductions, and the fact that she could barely talk to someone unless she had a game in front of her just made things worse, with her spending most the conversation just nodding sheepishly until they would leave her alone. But that didn't matter right now, all she was really doing at this point was putting off going inside, and, know that things would only get worse if she continued as she was... She pushed opened the door, making her way inside, bringing her small kart trundling along behind her.

Ayano swayed to the left and right, her vision becoming blurry every second she thought about a room mate.

Her hands were covering her ears as if that would help in blocking off the thoughts that remained in her mind. Ayano soon realized her options; either faint now or regain yourself. Ayano stiff footedly went to the bottom bed and snugly fit inside the covers. Might as well faint now. If I faint, then I can bypass the greetings of a room mate because I will be asleep! Ayano slowly blinked her eyes. She heard the ticking of the clock, some random person talking about donuts, and the turning of the door knobs. Ayano looked at the clock that was posted at the other side of the room. 8:46 A.M. . .

She slowly blinked at the clock, her blinks becoming slower as time passes by. Her eyes were heavy, once giving up to her sleepiness, she shut her eyes closed and and escaped from reality to her own dreamy world.

Naoko starts walking again, headed for room 285. He opens the door to the room, already knowing his roommate's unlocked it. He drops what little things he has off to the side, proceeding to lay down on the top bunk, seeing as Miyuki's already taken the bottom. Why couldn't I have just stayed at the apartment during all this...? I'm sure I could've managed getting back and forth... It'd also allow m to avoid sleeping with somebody... He looks at the ceiling for a little while, then just plain falls asleep, ignoring the fact they'll be doing stuff today.

Rikuto whipped around as he heard someone enter the room. Shoot, he had hoped he would have some more time to himself. He gawked at the girl and her cart. She had an awful lot of belongings. Rikuto never owned that much stuff. "Uh.. hi.. sorry." He muttered, glaring at the girl before turning back to the window one more time, and then suddenly brushing past her, exiting the room. Now would be a good time to explore. He snorted to himself.

((So sorry about the late entry!))

Katsu sighed as he walked into the building, a single black suitcase dragging behind him, and he was already late. Walking up the stairs as he looked down at the dorms paper. Room 273, Sosomi Kagawoua and Katsu Nakano. Katsu started walking past the dorm rooms, and kept an eye out for his number while wondering just who this Sosomi was. Nodding as he saw a few people further down the hall, Katsu stopped at his door, and brought out the key. Opening the door he looked around at the simple environment and then noticed the girl on the top bunk. He looked at the door again. 273 ok he was actually in the right place. "Hello." Katsu spoke quietly as he set the suitcase on the bottom bunk, "Are you.. Sosomi Kagawoua?"

Miyuki sees Naoko get on the top bunk. She waits a little while, then once he's seemingly asleep, gets off of the bottom bed, climbing up to where she can see him. "Another fox...? This one has nine tails... Such a rare and beautiful thing... Not many have nine tails..." She goes back down, leaving the room to go explore. She walks down the hall, heading out one of the doors, whereupon she sees the ocean. "Such an interesting view... I wonder if they have a forest around here somewhere...?" Miyuki just sits there, looking at the water as it moves ever so slightly, reflecting the sun.

Maou aimlessly walks around the 4th floor, not wanting to live in a dingy attic. He'd let off the occasional sigh and chuckle, but kept to himself as he pulled a PSP from his jacket, letting out another sigh... Yet again

"Life is just a bad, bad game..."

Sosomi's eyes opened up to the sound of a voice. She lifted herself up and looked down from the top bunk. "Yup that's me. Sosomi Kagawoua. And you must be Katsu Nakano. Hope you don't mind that I have top bunk," Sosomi said. She turned her head back and grabbed her box of donuts. "Seeing as how this is the first day...I will be nice today and offer you a donut. So do you want a donut?" Sosomi asked. She opened the box examining for the least prettiest donut in case he accepted her offer.

Katsu nodded briefly at Sosomi and then answered "Yeah, Katsu. And you are free to the top bunk. I don't mind." He pulled out a puzzle book and a pen before looking towards her with a small smile. "Thank you, but I will decline." Amusement shone through his tone. This Sosomi seemed to really enjoy doughnuts, so he may as well just let her have them, and not take any for himself. "I'm just going to stay in here, if you don't mind, but it is very nice to meet you Sosomi."

"Well I'm glad to have met you my wise friend," Sosomi winked. She grabbed one doughnut and began munching down on it. She already like this guy. Then she just made the observation that he was human. "Mmm. You must be another human attending this academy. Interesting...mind if I ask your reason for attending this school?" one of her eyebrows raised up expressing her curiosity.

Katsu shrugged, "Yeah, I'm just a plain ol human. And my reason for being here? Well I suppose it would be best for you to know the full story.. You see, I went to quite a few public schools as a kid, but never enjoyed any of them. They were all boring and tedious. My parents started homeschooling me when I was about 14 and it went fairly well. But then I heard of this school, different from the rest, and I wanted to try it out, to see what it is like. And yeah, thats about it."

As he was telling his story he sat down on the ground and leant against the frame of the bunk bed, a puzzle book open and a pen to the paper. After the small explanation, Katsu began to wonder about Sosomi, she seemed like a nice person, certainly an enjoyable person to be around, but if she was his roommate, it would onlu make sense that she might be human as well.

'It seems that this school might be interesting afterall.'

"Mmmm...so just new experience, eh? Reason enough," she mumbled through a mouthful of doughnut. Her eyes glanced over to a pre-installed clock on the wall opposite to where she was. 9:45 AM. Sosomi then remembered something. She rambled through her backpack until she found a scrap of paper. "Crap! It's almost class time!" she exclaimed. Sosomi rummaged through her luggage then looking for the school uniform that the school gave as a first day gift. "Aha!" she yelled as she yanked the clothing from the duffel. She scurried down the ladder and ran to the bathroom door. Sosomi yanked it open and jumped in. She shut the door but then opened it back up and said to Katsu, "Nice to meet you. Now if you don't mind I'm going to get ready for class. Shouldn't take me that long though." Sosomi closed the door once more, preparing herself for the school day.

Katsu nodded at Sosomi's rush. He opened his luggage and brought out his own uniform. If she was going to be quick, he'd better hurry and change. Katsu threw on the suit and frowned, it rather uncomfortable and stiff compared to his usual clothes. He grabbed his ipod and headphones, Katsu put the ipod in his pocket and the headphones around his neck casually. Looking at the schedual once more he saw that they had Homeroom for ten minutes, and then English in 264. 'Alright then, I suppose this is the initial impression, Hopefully it will be alright.'

Rikuto gasped as he looked at his watch and realized the time. Almost class time. He ran back to his room, past the girl, grabbed his uniform, and slammed the door of the bathroom and changed. He went out, glancing at his watch again. He accidentally bumped the girl in the shoulder on the way out. "Sorry." He mumbled as he headed for class. These clothes were terribly uncomfortable and certainly not his style, but there was nothing he could do.
