Xenos? No.  Again, that would spoil the heart of the roleplay, which is to focus on Hive World residents.  But abhumans like squats, ratlings, and ogryns are acceptable.

I included it on the character sheet because of the following lore: "No attempt is made to enforce central administration upon the entire population by either the Imperium or the planetary government; indeed such a thing would prove impossible on a world where most people remain unrecorded by any authority."


The affects are varied, but generally folks who are unregistered are unconnected from the planet's / hive's central administration; while those who are registered are in some way tied to it.  As a good rule of thumb, those who are registered are more important (considered an asset) to the hive, while those who are unregistered are almost always insignificant to hive administration at an individual level.


In short, status and influence purposes.

I was hoping someone would go Mechanicus.  You'd serve a role that a bunch of our characters (mine included) would like to have as a regular contact.  I imagine an entire Hive zone is dedicated (taken over) by the Mechanicum.  That could be a great world building opportunity for you as well.

I'd love to play a Lower ranked Magi Logis, probably an Info-Executioner, tasked with maintaining the Omnissiah's resources upon Necromunda. Imperials are well known to be wasteful and on a hive world with an entire zone belonging to the Machine God, that very idea is sacrilege.

Her reasoning for status as a Heretek was more focused on her incredibly horrifying fascination and attempts at constructing artificial Intelligence. 


Alongside her reckless sayings of the superiority of Alien technology such as the Tau & Eldar.


That and she's pretty heretical in terms of her thinking towards the entirety of the Imperium and the Emperor. < _ <
