Fandom NCIS: team two -for me and SerenaStark-

Christa Einheart

Shorty with a pencil army
On the other side of the bullpen there have been many teams over the years. They've come and gone so often Gibbs rarely ever gives it any mind.

This time? He'd better pay attention.

Name: Addison Blake
Age: 36
Looks: Image is too big
Skills: she's good with computers, not like McGee, but good. she's also pretty good with animals and picking locks.
Personality: calm and relaxed, but usually a little cheerful and sweet-natured. has one HELLUVA temper but it rarely pops up. has this tendency to always look a little tired, and she IS, it's just that she doesn't sleep well. she can do a lot of work in a small amount of time IF she has the right music going. and yeah, she's music obsessed.
History: she grew up raised by her three brothers. they were more a family to her than her parents, who were always away overseas. her mother was a businesswoman and had a decent job but she was always on the go and her father was a Petty Officer and always overseas on tours he VOLUNTEERED for. she decided one day, that she would always do her best to help people, like her eldest brother did as a police officer and became a NCIS Agent after years in college.
Other important info: she always has snacks and her phone plugged into earphones.

Name: Elizabeth "Eliza" Romanova
Age: 32
Place of Origin: St. Petersberg, Russia
Looks: http://www.longhairbeez.us/wp-conte...man-with-long-curly-hair-in-white-fashion.jpg
Skills: Eliza is quick witted and can handle a gun very well. If necessary, she will use her looks to get what she wants
Personality: Eliza is a rather sassy individual who can be exceedingly stubborn. She doesn't like being told what to do, but this can sometimes get her into trouble. Some times she can overestimate herself. However, she is extremely loving towards those that she cares about, particularly her 2 year old son, Hector.
History: Eliza is the daughter of Vladmir and Monica Romanova and is the middle child of the family. She has an older brother named Ivan and a younger brother, Alexander (Alex). The three children came from a rather abusive home where their father ruled with an iron fist. Vlad decided to leave Russia and move to America to find better work opportunities as there weren't many open to him due to his history with alcohol and assorted drugs. They settled in Santa Barbara, California. Monica did her best to raise the children properly but it wasn't easy. All three of the children had jobs as soon as they were eligible to work. Similarly, all three graduated high school as well as college though each graduated with different degrees. Eliza left California along with her brother, Alex, to start a career in Washington D.C. where she continues her work today.

Addison shook her head and rose an eyebrow. She'd been sitting in her chair for an hour and was wondering what she was going to be doing at that time. Granted, she had not been told to come in that day. Addison just wanted to get used to the atmosphere...looking over the edge of the Bullpen partition. Spotting the other team, she shyly observed them like a little creeper, peering over the edge.

~*~
Gibbs sighed a bit and shook his head. He'd not gotten any calls about a new case and he was...to be honest, bored. Dinozzo and McGee were being mildly annoying, as per the norm, and he was about to tell them to knock it off. Then he felt he was being watched. Looking, the partition had a little lady watching. Snorting, he nodded to her and then got up to just walk off and see about who else would be on the other side of the bullpen.

(XD like a little creeper lol)

Eliza dropped Hector off with Alex before heading to work. It was her week to have her son with her so he usually spent the day with his uncle when she had to work. She had been to the office only once before and that was only to interview to try and get the job. She pulled into a parking space before getting out and hiking up to her station. She arrived and found a young woman already waiting there. She must be part of her new team. She gave her a slight smile and a nod.

Tony was busy flying paper airplanes at McGee who was trying to check his email. It was fun to mess with him though he could tell that Gibbs was getting quite annoyed. Nevertheless, he usually waited until after Gibbs yelled at him before he stopped acting like a child. This time was a bit different though. He paused in mid-paper-airplane-toss when he saw a woman looking over at them. He gave McGee a smirk before getting up and adjusting his coat. "Watch and learn McGoogle," he teased before following Gibbs over to meet the new probies.

Addison squeaked when she finally noticed people looking at her and scrambled back to her desk to look productive. "Ahem...so...sorry." and shook her head. "New Job...first day jitters..." a slightly more relaxed look came to her face. "I'm Addison Blake. You must be team leader....er how do you pronounce your last name?" and smiled nervously. She hadn't even noticed the guy from the other side coming over.
~

Gibbs rose an eyebrow and waited a moment, trying to get a hint as to how these two would work together and how they would work, in general. He nodded to Tony and joined him, walking over to the desks while Timothy just started to get up and come over, grinning a bit at the chance to meet some new agents.

Eliza smiled slightly at the woman's nervousness. She couldn't help but giggle a bit at it actually. She had never met someone who was intimidated by her before even spoke a word. "It is nice to meet you. And it is Romanova," she replied in a Russian accent, "But please, call me Eliza." She paused though as she looked back and saw two men standing there with a third trailing behind them.

"Ladies," Tony said with a smile as he stepped up, "I'm Tony Dinozzo." He gave them both a cocky look as he held out a hand to Eliza, but she just rose a brow at him before shaking her head and taking a seat at her desk. Tony looked down at her and then at his hand. It was clear he didn't get declined often, but he tried not to miss a beat as he walked over and smirked at Addison as he held out his hand to her.

She rose her own eyebrow. "You're one of those flirty types, aren't you?" shaking her head with a smile, she shook his hand, patted it and said, "down boy." before turning to the other two. "I'm Addison, as she said, she's Eliza. and you two are?"
~
Gibbs smirked. "Gibbs." was all he said, then stepped back and let McGee through who grinned really big. Gibbs let the team get to know the girls before leaning on a wall, off to the side. He was thinking of calling Ducky. Mcgee, meanwhile, was rather happy. "I'm Agent McGee, or Tim. nice to meet you both!"

Eliza watched Tony for a moment before turning her attention back to the other men who stood behind her. She was rather thankful that Addison had bothered to introduce her. Her English was very good especially since she had moved to America when she was about 12 years old; however, there were times that she didn't get a word quite right and that would be a rather awful first impression.

"We call him McGoogle," Dinozzo corrected after McGee finished talking, "And I wouldn't say too flirty, just a lot of women come onto me so I just let them know I'm available." Eliza shook her head at the man as she looked back at him. "I do not understand...coming onto you would mean they are interested in you...yes?" she asked.

"That is correct my foreign friend," Tony replied with a smile.

"Why would they want to do that?" she asked with a raise of her brow.

"Well because I'm attractive and I have a winning personality," he replied as he sat on Addison's desk.

"I would not say that," Eliza replied as she looked through some papers on her desk.

She nudged him. "Butt off my desk, please. Like, Immediately, now, right now." and was trying to get him to move. She was usually pretty relaxed but she had a thing about personal space...

McGee shook his head. "Sorry, ladies. Tony thinks himself a 'Ladies Man' and tends to be a little annoying about it."

Gibbs rose an eyebrow as he spoke with Ducky on the new agents, asking for an evaluation on them.

Dinozzo didn't have time to reply back to Eliza as he was too focused on moving out of Addison's way. "No no I am a lady's man, Probie," he replied, "But of course you wouldn't know that."

Eliza shook her head and gave McGee a smile. "I like you more than him," she replied before shooing Tony away, "We have work to do and I'm sure you do too." Dinozzo let out a sigh before looking at McGee. "Come on, McGoogle," he replied as he started back towards his own desk.

Ducky smiled slightly and shook his head. "I have to do an evaluation on them but they aren't part of your team, Jethro," he replied, "You aren't authorized to get their evaluations."

He scowled a bit. "I just want to know how they'll act as a team. We might end up working with them, Duck." then nodded to Tony and McGee as they looked at him with curiosity.
~
She sighed with relief and cleaned her desk a bit. "Thanks. Guy's like him are kind of annoying...have you ever dealt with them?" and tilted her head to the side, smiling a slightly sleepy looking smile.

Ducky let out a sigh as he crossed his arms. He wasn't supposed to. Not only was it against company policy but it was also against the oath he took as a doctor, but he knew Jethro had done many risky things to help him so he should return the favor. "Alright," he said with a sigh, "But this is the one and only time I'll do it. And make sure Director Vance doesn't find out."

Rarely did Ducky ever come out of his lab, even when there were probies running around. Gibbs must have some sort of request for him and by the look on Ducky's face, he wasn't too happy about it.

Eliza smiled slightly and nodded. "I was...how you say...married to one," she replied with a smile as she shook her head at the thought of her ex husband. He was a real piece of work. A nice person but he knew how to get under people's skin.

He smiled a little and nodded, putting away his phone and returning to his desk. "Dinozzo, McGee, go get some lunch, I don't think we're getting any cases right now." McGee gave him a blink but got up before Gibbs changed his mind. "Come on, Tony, hurry!" he whispered as he passed, but Gibbs heard it and smirked a bit.
~
She snorted a little and made a small yawn before looking over her desk. "To be honest, I've never been good with guys like that. They usually tick me off before we can get really aquainted really well and I chase 'em off..." and laid her chin on her hands, propped with her elbows and sighed again. "Never been good with guys at all, really."

Dinozzo looked at Gibbs and he was rather unsure of whether or not Gibbs was joking or not. Then again this would be the first and probably only time that Gibbs would ever tell a joke, so he figured it probably wasn't. "Sure thing boss," he replied before following quickly after McGee.

Eliza smiled at her. "Hold onto that," she replied, "Trust me. I used to say the same thing and then I met Howard and everything went downhill from there."

It wasn't long before Ducky came meandering over to them so that he could do their evaluations. "Good morning," he said with a smile as he approached, "Gibbs told me that we have some new faces in the office. I remember when Tony and Timothy first arrived here. It feels like just yesterday that they were in my office getting their own evaluations."

She tilted her head to the side and smiled gently. "Evaluations? I guess we didn't get ours done?" and looked to Eliza with mild confusion. She then shrugged and smiled up at the little old man. "Well, I'm Addison, and that's my team leader, Eliza. We only just arrived today, so we've not had a chance to get used to each other." and smiled to her hopefully-soon-to-be-friend and winked playfully.
~
Gibbs just listened quietly, pretending to work on paperwork and the like while being intent on every word said by all three people. He was simply worried that the two newbies would have a hard time getting used to this place and he wanted Duck's thoughts on how they would be able to work here...

Ducky smiled at them and nodded. "We gave you a preliminary screening but this one will be more in depth," he explained, "We ask all our employees to do so don't feel singled out." He led them down to the elevator as he spoke to them about all the evaluations he had completed. Eliza smiled at him gently before looking at her associate. It was clear both of them were thinking about how Ducky could probably talk for hours about anything. She gave Addison a smile and shook her head as they went to the lab.

It took a bit of time to get both of their evals completed. By the time Eliza and her counterpart went back to their floor; most of the agents were packing up and leaving. Tony was doing the same but being the most person he was he had to find out how the other agents did. He smirked at Addison as they walked off the elevator and he immediately went to her side. "So how did it go?" he asked with sly smile.

Addison smiled a little and shook her head. "It went well, I think. He's a very nice man, this...Ducky." and she beamed as she leaned on her partition by her desk. She glanced at Eliza and smiled more, knowing the woman was probably thinking some important things over. Her partner had this look on her face of pensive thought. "You going for a case, Tony?"
~
Gibbs just got up and grabbed his gear. "Come on, Dinozzo." and walked off. He glanced back and sighed. "HEY!, Dinozzo!" and then he turned and headed back into the elevator, waiting a little. He was thinking of how to handle the new recruits.

Eliza looked over at Dinozzo and shook her head. He was clearly much more interested in women than he was in his job. She never understood how people could do that. She did her best to ignore the man but he always seemed to be getting in the way of things.

Tony smirked and nodded. "We only get the really big cases," he replied with a slight shrug and a smirk on his lips, "The ones that are too dangerous for anyone el...." He stopped when he heard Gibbs yell his name. He gave Addison one more dashing smile before hurrying towards his own desk. He grabbed his gear before hurrying towards the elevator. He paused and looked at her for a moment. "You wouldn't have any plans for dinner tonight would you?" he asked with a smirk. Eliza just rolled her eyes in disgust.

she rose an eyebrow and snorted. "I'm trying to get settled into my apartment, dude. I have to finish unpacking." and then got to looking over what little pamphlets and such had been left on her desk. McGee snickered a bit and pulled Tony into the elevator. "Man, you gotta slow down a bit, Tony..."
~
Gibbs shook his head. "Alright, dead Navy man in Central park." and quietly stood there and let them figure out their roles in going to the place. He knew that they'd be fine, considering how long they'd been on the job.

Tony was about to speak up but McGee cut him off as he pulled him into the elevator. "O stop McGoogle," he replied, "Like you know anything about women or what they want. Trust me I do, and she likes me. I mean who wouldn't though." He turned his attention to Gibbs though as he spoke. He knew better than to talk when Gibbs was talking. "I'll drive, Boss," he said with a smirk at McGee.

Eliza watched as the three men disappeared into the elevator. "Do not get attached to that one," she noted as she looked over at Addison, "He is...how you Americans say...trouble. He reminds me too much of my exhusband."

She nodded. "Seems like the player type. Never really commits to a woman. I wasn't really all that interested. Thanks for the advice!" and gave her a chill but slightly sunny smile, a thumbs up and then got back to her pamphlets. "Did they leave any of these on your desk?" she rose one of them to show what she meant.
~
Gibbs simply nodded, approving of this. McGee sighed. "I'll call Ducky and Jimmy so they can be on their way while we move."
