Name: Chakra Rotation Blade.


level: Rank C


description: much like rasengan's first level of training, Riyoshi must focus his chakra in his palm. Then he must rotate the chakra in a clockwise motion. When coupled with a shuriken, Riyoshi will make it spin faster then if he was to throw it. This increased speed proves to be deadly against regular/same level opponents.


requirements: Riyoshi will need a fair stock of shuriken for the jutsu is useless without it. >.>


Increasing the speed at which his chakra rotates speeds the shuriken to incredible speed. After throwing the shuriken towards the enemy, nothing besides an more powerful attack, or an equal elemental attack.


Sometimes Riyoshi will expel fire out upon the shuriken but this only diminishes from the overall power of the attack.

Name: Yamabiiru no jutsu


Level: C


Description: The user of this jutsu (a member or decent of the Kakoura clan) sprouts a leech’s mouth on a region of his/her body (Arm, Fingers, Toes, Back, Leg, etc) which can attach itself to any surface and suck fluids from that surface. The leech can retreat to any region of the user’s body while in use. The user can only use one leech at a time unless more chakra is applied.


Requirements: This jutsu requires a moderate amount of chakra to be used, but doesn’t sap away chakra the longer it’s used.

name: Shuuhei Clan Technique: Chakra Thread Detection


level: D


description: The user will be able to "see" threads of different colors. These threads are chakra trails that the Shuuhei clan use to find of follow someone. It isn't limited to the Shuuhei clan only. It's just that the Shuuhei clan don't usually teach the mechanics of this technique. The thread gets thinner and thinner as more time pass and is hard to use in very crowded areas because you will detect every person's chakra trail. This requires great familiarity of a specific person's chakra for it to be effective. it is also better to use this technique in follow single targets.


requirement: A great amount of focus and concentration is required to use this jutsu making the user completely vulnerable when casting this technique. This will also require the user to close his eyes for the entire period of trailing to "see" the chakra trails and their source.

Im going to say yes because you gave some drawbacks. And if you want to make a level C jutsu, ill allow that since there is some interesting up sides to that technique.

Name: Shuuhei Clan Technique: Master of Time


level: (level depends on the user's mastery of the technique so in Akatani's current state, the power of the technique is around D-C)


description: The user releases a technique through the target's sense of hearing. Upon hearing the incantation, the target's sensation of time is altered. This technique is quite powerful because depending on the mastery of the user, it could slow down or hasten the target's sense in an extreme degree. The creators of the technique were said to be able to actually 'stop' a target's sensation of time. The effects of the technique itself is hard to notice because the victim may think the target got faster. A disadvantage of this technique is that it affects everyone within a certain radius, friend or foe. The range depends on how much chakra is used to cast the technique and how sound travels.


requirements: A number of handseals afterwhich the user must recite the incantation needed.

seeing is how it is a genjutsu, I will allow it since your stat is pretty high. But keep in mind that to counter this, the person needs one of two things.


1-higher GEN stat then you.


2-phyisical pain.


Other then that. Since i believe you are the highest GEN user in this rp, i cant wait to have a chuunin exam with your character. LOL
