Alright, this is a little side 'sign up' thread for Andrew's and I's Naruto Rp.


This is solely for the moves that your character will develop through the duration of the rp itself, in which you train for it and perfect it.

As esme has stated about the level of your jutsu. The jutsu level will start as a level D jutsu. As you progress through the rp, you can level up that jutsu. But as we start, it will begin as a level D.
 
This is no way shape or form mine so i will not take credit.


1. Every living being has a Chakra network that runs in conjuntion with their other life sustaining systems... Chakra is formed by one of two bodily forces within living beings... the Spiritual/Soul Force, or the Physical/Body Force... these forces determine the flow of chakra within the body... just as blood flows throughout the human body, the blend of the Soul and Spiritual Forces of Chakra flow in harmony... chakra spells are the result of training in controlling and manipulating and even combining the two forces within the body...


2. Chakra within the body has a finite amount of energy that it can produce, this is called the Chakra Supply... conveniently the spells that ninjas learn are documented in village archives and classified by a universal ranking system...


E-rank : The lowest and least powerful ranking, these are spells that can be done as many times as wanted or desired yet have singular and subtle effects... the user barely uses any chakra; wounds opponents receive are miniscule, though with precision can be subtly effective over time, user feel little to no effect from using this jutsu and can use it at will ...


D-rank : The next stage of power in chakra spells, these spells are defined as spells that require between 1-3 hand signs and have no elemental affinity, they are usually self imposed spells that are used to preform stronger attacks, one nickname for the D-class jutsu sets are "table setters"... one of the defining attributes of this class is that the user can preform these techniques on command, without the use of handsigns or preparatory actions... the user releases a small amount of chakra; wounds opponents receive are minor and strategic in nature, user can use multiple times with limited effect to his chakra reserve ...


C-rank : This stage of jutsus classifies any technique that requires three or more handsigns and/or requires the user to form a chakra element... That's right the very weakest of any chakra element or chakra element combination starts at this level... But sometimes overlooked are the techniques that don't require elements but have a stored amount of chakra required for its use... Storing chakra is a basic ninja skill, and it is what defines a C-rank jutsu though mastering any of the C-rank jutsus requires more skill than simply storing chakra this is nevertheless how the rank is defined... the user releases a reserved portion of chakra; wounds opponent receives are moderate in nature and only serious if critically hit, user can perform a decent amount of times without much recourse ...


B-rank : This Jutsu class is where hidden techniques start, and after B-rank jutsus the classifications are defined by three major attributes... 1. The class of ninja that typically can learn it... 2. The effects the jutsu has on the users chakra supply... 3. The overall devestation caused to the opponent/victim and/or the surrounding environment... B-rank jutsus can be learned by anyone, though typically a genin can only learn one of these before he/she is qualified to move on to chuunin... B-ranked jutsus are the beggining of the 'Finisher Class' moves, and are typically only usable less than ten times in battle even by the strongest shinobi... Most importantly, B-rank jutsus are most known to be ultimately 'non-lethal' techniques... meaning they are either easy to dodge, or else are only life threatening in the most perfect scenario... the oponent facing a B-ranked jutsu can expect pain and a devestating loss if captured in the crossfire, but usually the oponent will walk away to tell the tale... The user releases a large conserved amount of chakra; wounds opponent receives are healable unless vital spots are hit, move is repeatable but after extended use will start to wear the user down ...


A-rank : This is known as the "Assassin Class" of jutsu, these techiques are almost all hidden... Typically they require elemental manipulation, A-ranked justus that don't require elements are exceptions and will usually be A-ranked based on their effects on the users chakra supply... These techniques are defined as jutsus that cannot be used more than five times in battle even by the strongest shinobi... but unlike teh B-ranked techniques this class is where attacks risk fatality to either the user or his opponent... typically the more times that A-ranked techniques are repeated the less effective they are, and if one tries to repeat them too many times they risk damaging their chakra system... This is why these moves are called the Assassin's Class, because they are typically used to make a clean and quick kill without calling attention to oneself... the user’s chakra will be heavily affected; wounds opponent gets may be life threatening and/or risk permanent injury, user repeats at his own risk ...


S-rank : This class of jutsu is legendary and always hidden, usually they are unique to individual shinobi and are rarely teachable to others... they are the ultimate techniques of their kind, designed to kill without question, they can devestate people, surrounding landscapes and sometimes even the user themself to utter ruin... These moves also have a unique characteristic... they are almost always "One Shot, One Kill"... typiaclly these jutsus are only usable once in a battle, and trying the move more than once is usually more harmful to the user and can even threaten the users life... S-ranked jutsus are the most serious and devestating moves in a ninja's arsenal and can't be used carelessly unless the user has a death wish... these moves are devastating to the user’s chakra reserve, wounds opponents get are either mortal or life threatening, cannot be repeated or maintained for extended periods of time but then they don’t really need to be ...


3. Chakra can be molded into one of the Five Basic Elements...

now keep in mind that these strengths and weaknesses are subject to variables... any jutsu can be beaten by a greater amount of chakra in a calculated defense... these affinities are usually only true when the jutsus are created in otherwise sterile conditions and when created by shinobi of equal or relatively equal strengths...


4. The Five Basic Elements through careful training can be formed into Combination or Advanced Elements... these are also known as Kekkei Genkai or Bloodline limits...


As stated before there are two major types of chakra, Chakra of the Soul, and Chakra of the Body... by learning to control both individually one can separate their powers... there are many factors that one has to take into consideration when training to do this... the dominant hand of the individual, the dominant chakra within the person (body vs. soul), the principle or primary element that one is most accustomed to creating with their chakra... and etc...


Here are some of The By-Laws of Advanced Chakra Creation


A. The Soul's Chakra is the Primary or Principle Chakra when creating an element, The Body's Chakra is the Secondary or Accessory Chakra when forming an advanced or combination element...


when forming an advanced element one must combine two separate chakra's into a balanced and controlable formation of a new and more powerful element... the user's primary element, which is normally the soul element and usually manifests in the users dominant hand, is the birth element of the user and is usually passed on from parents to child... the accessory element, which is usually the element of the body and manifests in a users non-dominant hand, is more often then not a learned element that requires extreme discipline and years of training to awaken... usually the only people who can master advanced chakra training are members of a clan... but there are many instances of ninja's who with painstaking study in the ninja arts can create their own elements... finding these shinobi can be almost impossilbe, however history indicates that most of these individuals were ambidextrous, were born with abnormally high chakra supplies and almost always had a sensei that could preform advanced element techniques...


B. All Advanced Elements when preformed by the conditions in the first By-Law are classified as Heavenly or Light Chakras... When the conditions of the chakra is altered, they are classified as Earthly or Darkness Chakras...


now the classifications of the chakra is not really complimentary of the person using them, light users can be just as demonic or saintly as darkness chakra users... more often then not, the users and most of their companions wouldn't know a light or dark chakra if they saw them... but understanding the difference between light and dark chakras can give you the intricate details of a persons techniques, it can give one the understanding to make educated decisions and predictions about how the opponent will create their own techniques in battle, and it can most importantly give one the most detailed and accurate understanding of how their own jutsus preform in a battle...


the 36 main elements are all by their nature elements of Heaven or also called Light Chakras... these elements are The Five Basic Elements, along with the 30 natural combinations of those Five elements... according to the first by-law these elements are created by soul and body chakras being fused... however the first by-law is not universal and there are ways that a person can fuze two chakras without using the prescribed method... sometimes one gains an accessory element from ingenious mechanical inventions, sometimes the roles of the body and soul are reversed, sometimes the user creates another element from their surroundings instead of creating a second element within their chakra... whatever the resource used to gain a more advanced element, Earthly or Darkness Chakras are typically weaker than their heavenly counter parts, because they are either, mimics, mutations, or else they rely on a outward device to make the combination of chakras work...


when the advanced element creation is altered from the conditions of the first by-law, it is often more difficult for the user to preform jutsu under these circumstances... as the author of this collection has found out, using the accessory or trained element more than the principle or natural element can lead to a change in the users abilities in the advanced element... either way, [b-2] the strongest chakra in a combination form determines can alter the nature of the advanced element created... this means that when the accessory chakra is the most often used it alters the nature of the element and can transform that element into another manifestation... this subtle and often misinterpreted part of the bylaw is actually the most accurate way to classify and understand the natures of different chakras...


C. The Heavenly Path to Combining Chakras into an Advanced Element


learning any chakra element requires five major steps that can be broken down into any of the major forms of ninja arts...


(the ranks in parenthesis are the ranks at which a normal shinobi with no clan training can possibly be expected to learn the skills necessary to master the given step... the lower rank is the very earliest one can be expected to learn it... the higher is the latest anyone should learn it by... then again rules are made to be broken...)


Step 1: (Genin-Chuunin) One must Discipline their chakra... in order to learn a chakra element one must in their developing years learn to balance, control, shape, and form their own chakra... this process can take a lifetime and only can be mastered by great shinobi


Step 2: (Genin-Jounin) One must learn to transform their principle chakra into their natural element... an easy way to determine this is to use the Chakra Indicator Paper [standard issue paper 3906]... here is the list of properties the paper has when one of The Five Basic Elements touches it...


Fire Chakra - Burns the paper


Wind Chakra - Tears the paper


Lightning Chakra - Crumples the paper


Earth Chakra - Disintegrates the paper (turns it into dust)


Water Chakra - Soaks the paper


learning to harness and maintain the transformation of the first element is a difficult task and requires all of the discipline of step 1...


Step 3: (Chunnin - Jounin) One must learn to split and transform a second or accessory chakra... this is argued by some to be a two step process... learning to split the chakra between soul and body is sometimes a difficult task... but for the sake of simplicity, I will include that as a part of the mastering of a second element because both tasks require a level of skill that only a strong and disciplined shinobi can master... there are genius's and idiot savants that have boasted to be able to do this at genin without any clan's assisstance, but historical documentation has revealed that there are only a handful of ninja that have ever completed this step at chuunin... Chunnin or Jounin seem to be the majority of places where ninja's learn these skills if not otherwise taught from a clan...


Step 4: (Jounin - Kage) One must learn to synthesize and control the two elements as one and combine them into a wholly new form... this is the most difficult and complicated step in the whole process... it takes not only the discipline to control two chakras, it also takes the subtle control to maintain the extreme power that advanced chakras give off... without clan training, it is rare to find shinobi who can finish this last task on their own strength... which is a testament to how well clan's train their young in their ninja arts, because there are genin who were born with the gift of using advanced elements that their long lost relatives took a lifetime to even discover... though most of the ancient clans are scattered, their decendents continue to branch out, comingle and integrate themselves with outsiders, the possibility for new earthly or darkness elements gets to be a near certainty...

but there are twenty five combinations of these elements... normally a genin will only have affinity for one element, gradually because of experience they may learn other elemental jutsus, but only Bloodline limits can mold these elements into combination elements - these are the level 3 fusions of chakra


The Master Level Elements


these elements are gained after four separate levels of training for the average Joe Schmoe


1. master control of chakra to the point where you can mold shape and form


2. master transforming chakra into an element, one of the five basic elements


3. master the use of the basic chakra to the point where you require less than half your chakra to form that basic element


4. use the other half of your chakra to form a second element


WARNING: The weaknesses and strengths listed here do not necessarily mean that all users of a particular chakra element will always beat or lose out to any other users of another element. Of course skills other than the applications of these elements go into a ninja battle and anyone can lose to anyone else if they aren’t careful.the weaknesses and strengths are rather defined here as the natural affinities of the elements and would basically be the result of forming each element into a ball and throwing them at each other, creativity is what secures victory, the lack of which causes defeat in our forums threads, these elements are guidelines and are only to be used in the inspiration of bloodline limits for clans, NO NINJA CAN JUST WAKE UP WITH THE ABILITY TO USE THESE ELEMENTS
 

FIRE




Combustion, Neton (Fire + Advanced Fire): the combustion element masters the ability to burn given materials, wind users can’t face this element and hope to have a chance, in fact even normal water will not put out the flames created by this chakra, only a level two combination of water with another element can hope to dowse these flames, Weakest against Liquids, Strongest against Sound


Poison, Dokton (Fire + Wind): This Element is the potent combination of Fire then Wind that allows for the complete control of toxic gases and poisonous substances, the user creates them by burning the materials needed for recipes of death and uses wind to direct and funnel their smoke wherever they want... in it’s earlier stages it allows for thick clouds of gas, in it’s crueler higher skilled attacks can be invisible or otherwise detected too late after the victim is caught in the users clutches... weak against water then fire based chakras, but strong against wind then lighting based chakras... Strongest against Light, Weakest against Mist...


Plasma, Purton (Fire + Lightning): the “Element of the Sun†as it is refered to... it is a potent mix of Fire then Lightning chakra that allows one to create a substance that has the brightness and burning power of the Sun... burns from this substance are extremely painful and are not wholly healable for people who are lucky, or unlucky enough to survive an assault by users of this formidable element... It is rumored that this element is the end result of the Uchiha Bloodlines abilities in chakra formation but that rumor is to date unconfirmed... weak against water then wind type charkas, but strong against wind then earth chakras... Strongest against Phasing, Weakest against Ice...


Magma, Maton (Fire + Earth): this chakra affinity allows the user to summon from the ground molten earth and control over the substances movements... this deadly fusion of Fire then Earth can create a landscape of ash and fire, but will fee water based charkra attacks if they get careless... weak against water then lightning attacks, strong against wind then water attacks... Strongest against Shadow, Weakest against Acid...


Steam, Joton (Fire + Water): This mixture of the forces of Fire then Water in chakra give the user ability to create clouds of vapor that are actually boiling hot... they can control geothermal upwelling and also manipulate the steam into forms allowing for potent and painful illusions... weak against water then earth attacks, strong against wind then fire attacks... Strongest against Flight, Weakest against Diamond...
 

WIND





Sound, Oton (Wind + Advanced Wind): The combination of wind then wind allows for the free control of air particles, creating, destroying or otherwise manipulating sound, regular flames will not work against sound as it is too powerful a force to stop with just a fire... only level 3 combinations that include Fire can hope to combat this formidable attack... Weakest against Combustion, Strongest against Magnetism



Light, Toton (Wind + Lightning): This balancing of wind then lighting energies, allows for users to alter the hues of the colors around them, create beams of light, and also electrocute enemies... the principle is by controlling wind and mastering the separation of different chemical elements of the air such as Neon for example, and then exciting that substance with electricity, one can manipulate, and create light energy... weak against fire then lightning charkas, strong against lightning then earth charkas... Strongest against Gravity, Weakest against Poison...


Phasing, Souton (Wind + Earth): This technique allows by controlling the molecules of substances for the free passing of persons or objects through other matter... by using both wind then earth chakra together one can control all of the particles of matter that make up their surroundings, and allows for interesting variations that include the Kaguya Clans ability to make the bones of their body grow and change their attributes, and another variation in the sound brothers Ukon and Sakon who can rematerialize themselves in one or two bodies at will... weak against fire then lightning, strong against lightning then water... Weakest against Plasma, Strongest against Storm...


Shadow, Kagton (Wind + Water): this element comes from the ability of users to use control over the air and the transparency of its vapors to manipulate and control shadows... By mixing wind and water charkas one can create a link between their own and another’s chakra... the famous application is the Nara Clan’s Shadow Possession techniques that use shadows to bridge a link between them and a victim allowing for the control of movement... weak against fire then earth charkas, strong against lightning then fire chakras... Strongest against Radiation, Weakest against Magma


Flight, Hiton (Wind + Fire): This element is the mastery of the creation and control of hot air a.k.a. Thermals... by controlling winds and air temperature with chakra users of this element can use this ability to make flat buoyant objects fly, it allows for fatiguing and dehydrating wind attacks, and also this ability allows for the bending of light into genjutsu mirages... weak against fire then water attacks, strong against lightning then wind attacks... Strongest against Shock, Weakest against Steam
 

Lightning





Magnetism, Jiton (Lightning + Advanced Lightning): The combination of lightning and lightning allows for the control of magnetic polarity of ions in the air, allowing the user to fight using attracting and repelling magnetic forces... wind will not affect magnetic forces without being fused with more elemental chakra to form a Level 2 combo... Weakest against Sound, Strongest against Metal



Gravity, Geton (Lightning + Earth): This element combines the powers of Lightning and Earth charkas to control the force of gravity and its effects on objects persons and the environment... controlling the very weight of everything is a potent weapon and can leave a victim flattened, disorientated, and in worst case utterly helpless... Our forums own Soratodai have the corner on this element, but the Koumori also seem to have this ability as well... weak against wind then lightning chakras, strong against earth then water chakras... Strongest against Plantlife, Weakest against Light...


Storm, Araton (Lightning + Water) the abilities granted by mixing an electric field and water is of course weather control, this chakra ability can shape and control storm clouds, it can also alter pressures, temperatures, and compositions of the air... weak against wind then earth chakras, strong against earth then fire chakras... Weakest against Phasing, Strongest against Glass...


Radiation, Houton (Lightning + Fire) by combining Lightning then Fire chakras this element controls the heat and reactivity of substances at the molecular level, by controlling the heat and particle transfer at the subatomic level users of this element use subtle but powerful attacks that in their early stages fatigued and or sterilize victims, in their highest and most unstable stages create reactions of cataclysmic proportions... it is rumored that Chakra Absorbers are of this elements affinity... weak against wind then water chakras, strong against earth then wind chakras... Strongest against Sand, Weakest against Shadow...


Shock, Kyoton (Lightning + Wind) this element controls the positive or negative charge in opposing bodies of energy and create static charges... this of course can be used to channel electricity more effectively, but also allows for more subtle and more interesting variations... ... at any rate all applying the ability to control the charge and flow of energy is key in this element... weak against wind then fire chakra, strong against earth then lightning chakra... Strongest against Explosion, Weakest against Flight...
 

Earth





Metal, Kinton (Earth + Advanced Earth): Adding earth chakra with more earth chakra will allow the user to create and manipulate different forms of metal... you’d think that a normal blast of lightning chakra would be enough, but metal users are immune to level 1 lightning chakra, they ground it before ever being affected... it takes a combination of lighting chakra and a fusion of more chakra into a level 2 element to combat this element... Weakest against Magnetism, Strongest against Liquids



Plantlife, Mokuton (Earth + Water): the user that correctly molds earth then water chakras gains the ability to control, grow or otherwise generate plantlife... the most prevalent application of this fusion was the first Hokage and his manipulation of wood... but even with the extinction of that specific ability, there are plenty of other variations still left in the world... weak against lightning then earth chakra, strong against water and fire chakra... Strongest against Steam, weakest against Gravity...


Glass, Gaton (Earth + Fire): users who can fuse earth and fire can create molten or solid forms of glass... skill levels of lesser users can only create shards of it that in either liquid or solid state try to cut or burn the victim, but higher level users can create solid forms of Obsidian... weak against lightning then water chakras, strong against water then wind chakras...Strongest against Ice, Weakest against Storm...


Sand, Saton (Earth + Wind) the ability to manipulate sand is given by users who can mold earth and wind into one element... this ability is not only given in the Kazekage’s clan’ lesser users can manipulate dust clouds highest skilled shinobi can use metallic sand to fight with’ weak against lightning then fire chakras, strong against water then lightning chakra’ Strongest against Acid, Weakest against Radiation’


Explosion, Baton (Earth + Lightning): Fusing Earth chakra then Lightning chakra forms the ability to create and form explosions out of clay, phosphor, nitroglycerin and other volatile substances’ This ability is idealized in the shows staple demolitions expert Deidara who can mold explosive clay into living objects and produce concussive and bombarding forces with them’ weak against lightning then wind chakras, strong against water then earth chakras’ Strongest against Diamond, Weakest against Shock’
 

Water





Liquids, Ekton (Water + Advanced Water): fusing two chakras with water energy together forms a chakra that can control any liquid, fire users beware this power allows for the control of not only the water that can extinguish flames but also the fluids that fuel fire as well allowing for control of virtually any liquid known to exist, only level 2 fusions of chakra that contain earth chakra can combat this element with any efficiency. Weakest against Metal, Strongest against Combustion



Mist, Kirton (Water + Fire): This element comes from the ability to use water then fire chakra the heat water so that it evaporates into the air beyond the dew point of the air around the user to create mist that blinds and confuses the enemy. This technique is idealized in the show by the rogue ninja Zabuza, who uses mist to try and combat Kakashi's Sharingan eye. Other people have made interesting variations of this unique ability, notably Kumiko of Raikou can create a mist that absorbs chakra from her foes but regardless of the traits of mist, most fog and mist based attacks are based off of this element. weak against earth then water, strong against fire then wind, Strongest against Poison, Weakest against Plantlife.


Ice, Hyoton (Water + Wind): Water then Wind Shakra together produce the secret element of Ice. frozen water that can be molded shaped and used in combat. Haku, Zabuza's right hand companion used his bloodline ability to form his patented Crystal Ice Mirrors. This element has some other variations in application but all has to do with the ability to cool and calm the temperature. weak against earth then fire, strong against fire then lightning. Strongest against Plasma, Weakest against Glass’


Acid, Saton(Water + Lightning): Water then Lightning chakra utilizes the chemical properties of inert and dissolved chemicals in water to create Acidic and Basic chemicals. using them can be a potent and deadly art. In the show Tsunade's most powerful summon Katsuyu can use this element proficiently. weak against earth then wind, strong against fire then earth. Strongest against Magma, Weakest against Sand


Diamond, Naton (Water + Earth): Water then Earth chakra mastery allows one to form and use crystalline minerals such as diamonds and use them in battle. basic forms can use sharp projectile minerals and protective armors. advanced users can use other tricks like creating lasers out of sunlight, weapons with razor sharp crystal blades, and lastly the ability to petrify, fossilize or otherwise solidify liquid based objects and substances. weak against earth then lightning chakras, strong against fire then water chakras. Strongest against Steam, Weakest against Explosion.

description: one food pill is taken before jutsu is used, forms chakra at finger and toe nails to make claw like chakra making me capable of using all four limbs to move around. buffs- slight movement increase when using all limbs, sharp chakra claws on hands and feet, slight more flexible in back and legs.


requirements: one or more food pills.

Name: Chakra rotation


level: Rank D


description: much like rasengan's first level of training, Riyoshi must fosuc his chakra in his palm. Then he must rotate the chakra in a clockwise motion. When coupled with a shuriken, Riyoshi will make it spin faster then if he was to throw it. This increased speed proves to be deadly against regular/same level opponents.


requirements: Riyoshi will need a fair stock of shuriken for the jutsu is useless without it. >.>
 
Name: Ninja Art: Mist of Deceit


level: Rank D


description: A genjutsu technique that is invoked when the target is looking at the user. After the technique is invoked, the targets will think they covered by a thick mist that makes visual recognition impossible, basically disabling the enemies' sense of seeing. It takes skill in recognizing that this is actually a genjutsu. The more perfected the


technique is, the more it gives the sensation of being inside a fog of thick mist.


requirements: The technique requires a proportionate amount of chakra depending on it's area of effect. It also requires the user to be seen when casting the technique.
 
Name: Staal Jutsu


Level: D Rank


Requirements: Several handsigns and concentration/chakra flow


Description: By doing several handsigns and concentrating his chakra into the object he's holding he can make the object's density feel and act alot like it was steel.


He is only able to infuse one object at a time. If the object is already made of steel or iron, the density will be increased exponentially and will be much sharper, stronger and more durable than common steel/iron. It will still not be able to slash through anything that is durable enough to withstand normal steel weaponry but it will have a much stronger impact on flesh, wood, glass, things like that.


Note: The effect is only temporary and last about a minute.

description: A genjutsu, non elemental attack jutsu in which the user shoots out senbon needles from the "palms of their hands" (A clever way of hiding the needles in sleeves, while giving the look of making them appear out of basically no where, though anyone with good dection skills can see through it for such a low level jutsu) The senbon shot out, are shot out quickly (kinda like a bullet) and travel in a straight line. They are shot out by a small burst of chakra in the palms.


requirements : Senbon needles, lots of senbon needles (generally pre put into the sleeves). The need to target the enemy before using. Can not be used while moving.

Description: A Ninjustu, in which the user molds chakra from their hands in circular formation and are able to defend as if they were shields. Can protect from weaponry for a short while, but if a higher chakra charged weapon comes into play, it will probably break. A work in progress (may get stronger later?)


Requirements: A high amount of chakra control, otherwise Nothing

Level: C


Description: caster turns metal into a black substance, making it brittle, after a certain ammount of time the metal absorbs oxygen and explodes. this move is good against armoured opponents and for setting traps, can also be used on kunai and shurriken.


Requirements: metal, exc gold

level: C


description: Aoi Kaji, true to it's name, is an uncontrolled blue fire shot from the mouth in short bursts. Once the fire leaves the arm's length of the user, it is no longer in control and can spread or go out as it wishes. It travels only in a straight line, and gives off a high amount of heat that will leaves burns on even the user. It can be semi directed with the use of a hand (think of Itachi's hand when doing his fire ball, similar to that but angled to give a direction). If it hits an object that is not flammable, it will go out instantly.


requirements: Chakra in size with the bursts of flames, the bigger the burst, the more needed.
