History: Shinji was not born, he was created. a monster built from parts of some of the rarest ninja clans in the world, his creator was trying to create the perfect ninja. he is able to use any elemental ninjutsu. he can not copy techniques like the sharringan, but he is able to learn many of them with practice, and is a fast learner, except for kekkei genkei. when he was brought to life by his creator he killed him immediately. unable to satiate his bloodlust he was welcomed into the akatsuki with the promise that he would get to kill anyone he wanted as long as it did not interfere with the akatsukis plan.

Being an INTP type he often acts off these traits often seeing everything from a logical point of view he can often be negative towards almost everything and to his opponents often humiliates them in a stoic way. Neo is naturally intelligent and is revered as a genius despite his lack of ninjutsu Neo is a natural tactician and often works around his opponents weaknesses, pointing them out to completely throw off their game before finishing them with a final blow some find his methods of fighting vile in a sort, seeking to crush his opponents dreams and hopes before finishing them; Often acting as if it took nothing at all. However when it comes to his family he shows a rare kindness and generosity although he often likes to rival himself against his brother Oz to test his own strength and to also make him stronger.

@Azami @Sinister Clown I guess Oz and Daichi are twins since we are the same age. It works out pretty well then, since Daichi seems to take after mother and Oz takes after father, lol. Also I really like that their big brother is willing to stay in a genin squad to help his siblings.

And Kamui? Kakashi lost the sharingan, Kamui was his (Obito's) Personal Eye power, like how Itachi could perfectly read emotion, and sasuke use Amaterasu in more ways then normal

True. Every Mangekyo has it's own personal eye power. But scorch release can be created when adding fire and wind together. If your up to date with the manga and anime, you can see Naruto and Sasuke creating a jutsu. The name - Scorch Release : Hale Zero Something.

Okay, just read up on that, they could only use it because worked together, each pr voiding the ratios needed. Without the kekkei genkkei, or working together with someone you can't use scorch release. Still doesn't make sense to me, don't you need organs an stuff?

For example - It could use like this. Perform a fire style jutsu, and then quickly send a ball of wind, which feeds the flames. That's how it would be. Albeit, Naruto used one of the most powerful wind jutsu, and Sasuke used the most powerful fire jutsu. So, Hypothetically, you could use the scorch release without it's kekkai genkai.

Thats not scorch release, scorch release is like super heated air, not an air fueled fireball. That worked because it was a super powerful fire jutsu
