Yep, sorry I just find it to OP. I've never seen anyone play a Uchiha who doesn't become top boss because "copy wheel eye my dudes!"

Able to see everything, to copy jutsu they see, lock people into genjutsu just from eye contact, becomes more powerful with emotions etc

That's pretty reasonable. I think I'll make a Hyuga archer instead.

That seems like something the Hyuga should have done. Use chakra to shoot long distances and accuratly hit vital areas, as well as close range combat skill.

Each Naruto rp I start or join slowly dies so I am looking to somewhat succeed, I have lofty goals of having a second rp in the style of boruto where the first characters grow up and have kids.

You can change what you like but when I go over characters I'll decide if you need to change anything. Like for example making a mud waterfall would be more a chunnin feat in my eyes

Oh alright then. And as for the waterfall, even if it we’re small would it still be considered chunnin?
